We are having a great experience with Freedom Debt Relief. It was scary at first because of having a large monthly payment but we are doing very well with it and each time we get a notification that they've settled another one of our accounts it makes it even more worth while. They have been great to deal with on every occasion and have dealt with communications with debt collectors. We highly recommend FDR.

Well where do I start, if it were not for Freedom Debt Relief and there help here I am not sure were I would be right now. They help me get out from under a very heavy debt here and helped me work with the card company to easy my debt here. The program provides great assistance of experienced representatives to help you with any questions you may have on your debt consolidation program. Once you're in program for a while that you've accumulated enough funds, they immediately start to work on paying off your debt as needed. I've had a wonderful experience so far in the 6 months I've been working with them.

8 out of 10. Freedom started out great out of the gate. When Teachers decided to take me to court and I didn't receive a summons I lost the case. So I drove 300 mile round trip 3 times. Freedom told me even though I'm paying for lawyers they couldn't help because I didn't let them know within 3 days. I would have told them if I knew. So you might look at helping client with court hearings no matter when you find out. Customer service as been good to me. It would be nice to talk to the same customer rep instead of having to explain my case over and over. I look forward to giving Freedom a 9 out of 10 next time. Now that the teachers saga is over Freedom can start knocking the smaller one down. I do appreciate Freedom's help in this matter of helping me become debt free. These are not complaints just suggestions.

I had lived on credit cards for years and finally got to the point that even the minimum payment was hard to make. I saw an ad for Freedom Debt Relief and thought "what could it hurt?" The rep was knowledgeable and helpful. They guided me through the process and all through the payoff time. I'm still working on it, but at least I can see a light at the end of the tunnel and can now use my take home pay to buy things as I go instead of having to use my credit card all the time.

So my first experience was a litigation from one of the creditors contracted with Freedom. Fortunately I was signed up with NLLG. Incredibly it was handled swiftly and much to my satisfaction, along with the great customer service from Freedom, it was settled immediately. And even with their fee, saved me thousands in comparison, had I kept the debt and had to make payments for years to pay it off. Yes it takes time and can get a bit scary along the way, but they earn every penny of what they get. And I get the pleasure of knowing I will be debt free at the end of my program.

After the first settlement I was a little disappointed that there was no reduction in the balance. I understand that no creditor is obliged to make any concessions, but I thought at least the interest could of been waived. The second settlement was more reassuring that some reduction in the balance was possible. I hope the rest of the creditors are as flexible and willing to compromise. I have always paid my debts, and I intend to make good on all of them. Life events happen that sometimes make it difficult to deal with. That’s what happened to us. Hopefully in time I can get back on my feet.

When I called the representative was very understanding and offered solutions instead of trying to "sell" me the FDR service. After asking a few questions, and explaining to me how FDR can help me, I found myself breathing easier after I signed up. My debts are being paid off. You will find no better service. So far I am happy with freedom debt. They send you information about your debt, how much it will take you to pay it off. They know the law about debt. They also have you change your address and phone number so the credit cards or what ever is not bothering you so they can negotiate the amount you owe. You also pay for an attorney to protect your rights.

She explained that we had resources and that we didn't need to do this by ourselves. Provided us with a phone number for Customer Service so we could call when we needed an answer. We were provided with numbers to give our creditors when they call. It has been an empowering experience.

Everyone that I spoke with was very friendly, courtesy and knowledgeable. When I called for assistance they were right on top of things and had things going almost immediately. Freedom Debt Relief was negotiating with one of my creditors. All of a sudden I received a court summons to appear in court. This made me very nervous. I contacted Freedom and they reassured me and placed me in touch with the law department that I joined when I agreed to allow Freedom Debt Relief to negotiate my debts. A few things needed to occur before I reached out. 1- coming to the realization that I could no longer support my debts & that I was extremely overextended. 2- willing to destroy my credit that I had built since the age of 18 (I never had a late payment in my life) 3- had the support of a company like Freedom to get me thru the next steps. So far Freedom has made this experience almost pleasant- which is bizarre. The constant staying in touch and being updated, the helpful emails and especially the speed in which my first settlement occurred was amazing.

Freedom Debt Relief does what it says. It manages your debt so that you can become debt free. I have been with them 5 months and 1/3 of my debt has a resolution agreement. And, my monthly payments into my "debt resolution bank" are almost $500 less than my monthly payments. The dashboard keeps me up to date as to where the process is. All in all I wish I had found them earlier.

I felt that the first person, Alyssa, to help me was polite and helpful. She went over all the information and also sent me emails with this same information so that I had references. The Welcome call person was also very friendly, however I didn't find it helpful since all this information was already said to me with Alyssa. I felt that the welcome call was forced on me and the agent I talked to in between Alyssa and The Welcome call was rude and refused to listen to me or my voicemails. He, Michael, was the worst part of my experience. Overall, I am still in the beginning of the program so I hope things will continue to meet expectations.

All the levels of service, from my initial interview, the person that enrolled me, the debt relief accounting team, to the legal team, have all made me feel as though they collectively have my back until the end. I all to well, do know the process, and it is very far from an elegant journey from start to finish. However, I do know that I will one day reach the end, and I do know that when I do, I will want to thank each department that carried me from start to finish. ADR is a good company with a tough job. They do assure you through the process.
