I previously contracted with FDR then sold my house to pay off my debt. The buyer was a scam so I rehired FDR to finish what they started. Due to the time that had past, my debt accounts were closed and now I'm paying twice what my original contract was for to catch up. Don't wait till your debts are past due.

The process was easy for the program itself. But dealing with the people that you owe is hard. FDR. should warn the people that enroll in the program of all the actions the debtor use. Not just putting stop payments on them is enough. I had to change my account numbers also. My debtor made a fake check as if I wrote it and tried to deposit as a withdrawal on my account. Thank you well Fargo. For the notification. To stop payment. You do save money, but there is stress evolve. So just let the customer that use the program of everything. So stop payments doesn't work. You literally have to change everything.

FDR has come in and relieved me of most of my stress debt. I am so much more relaxed and I can actually answer my phone if I don't recognize the number. Of course there is one company I'm in debt to that won't play well with others. I still get emails and calls from them.

it was very simple to enter into this program. And I felt no judgement for being in the position to have to do this. I found the instructions very clear and the step by step format was easy to follow. My contact with Jessica, my account coordinator, was reassuring. She was very empathetic and informative . Answered all my questions clearly and calmly. Even when I asked the same question several times out of nervousness. I feel very confident to call her whenever I need to.

Overall, a great company to work with—quick to respond to customers and highly efficient when it comes to customer needs. However, the programs they offer require money in order to speed up the process, which can be a bit discouraging when dealing with a creditor trying to take you to court. That said, this company has lawyers who work with you throughout the entire process at no extra cost, as long as you make your payments on time. At this point, I am very pleased to be working with Freedom Debt Relief.

Love FDR ! It is alot of relief to give them all your debt to work on for you. It takes alot of stress off of you and eventually, all of the creditors calls will stop. All of your bills you were paying before FDR, all added up, will be drastically reduced into 1 payment to FDR as they work with your creditors get all your debt resolved. 5 star *****.

What I love is that they seem to truly care about helping people resolve their debt. If I had called my creditors and asked for grace during my financial struggle, they would have told me to go pound dirt up my nose and keep paying -- which is why I chose this company to help me. Unfortunately, I experience two injuries in a row in several surgery later I was in debt due to relying on credit cards just, soinstead of doing bankruptcy, we chose to do consolidation with Freedom. I’ve been struggling for a while to get my finances back on track and haven’t been able to secure the overall funds to consolidate for one reason or another. After reaching out to FDR for a loan they too were unable to assist me, but the young man that assisted me didn’t give up…he reached into his “help bag” and pulled out this consolidation offer; which was what I was pretty much looking for all along. 🥰

The agent who responded to my inquiry was extremely helpful. Because I was also stressed and grieving at the time, she took great pains to patiently explain the program. She encouraged me to include all my debts, and gave me the tools I needed to protect my bank account from automatic withdrawals. It has been such a weight off my shoulder having this program! I just got my first settlement and knowing that my designated amount is coming out automatically and going towards paying off my first big debt, is incredible peace of mind. I have worked with this company twice to eliminate my debt; I am still enrolled with them the second time, as the first time went so well. This company works with you to eliminate the debt you choose to get rid of. Both times, I had over $10,000 worth of debt. If I remember correctly, you had to have at least that amount of debt to have them work on the accounts you want cleared up. You agree on a set amount they will take from your monthly bank account to apply to your debts.

Absolutely life changing. I felt relief immediately on day one as my monthly debt payments dropped by half. Yes, you have to be prepared to ignore collection calls but that’s just a matter of doing just that. Trust the process. My first account settled in the first couple of months. The customer service is also extremely accessible and very helpful. There are no dumb questions and they do not pass judgement as many of them have gone through the program themselves. If you’re in seemingly endless debt, this truly is your opportunity to turn your financial situation around.

I'm not quite 2 months and only made one payment. So fair I have been very happy with how things have been handled. Nancy has been wonderful with answering questions and putting me at ease. This was definitely something I never thought I would need. I will be happy when the creditors stop calling and their balance is zero and I'm paying one low monthly payment to Freedom.

I have been a client for the last 30 months. I was in credit card debt of over $30K. Had no idea how to tackle it. Wasn’t sure if FDR was a scam as I found it from an ig ad. 2.5 years later and I’m debt free and had to pay 60% of what I initially owed you. I couldn’t recommend this program enough.
Their customer support team is incredible on the phone. The only area that could be better is the self service dashboard login.
When I got creditor queries from layers they knew how o handle it. Thank you guys so much.

I was really skeptical at first with joining a debt relief program because I never really had any results in the past. I have been in the program since July 2024. I have one creditor already paid off and another creditor that accepted an offer. I just have two more creditors that are in negotion. I have a feeling that I will be complete my program in another year and will have my financial freedom back. I highly recommend this program to anyone that may have made some poor financial decisions in the past and just want a clean slate

As i was told before signing up, my debts were significantly reduced. I was also told that the payments need be punctual for processing, it was very transparent. Took me awhile to decide to do debt relief. The rep I worked with was very patient and encouraging. Once I made up my mind to do debt relief with Freedom Debt Relief my rep was very helpful and made me feel I was doing the right thing. Had my first settlement on December 30 2024, actually I had two. I like that they settle on a pay off amount then break that down into monthly payments, others don't do this. I would highly recommend Freedom Debt Relief I am glad I stopped procrastinating, one of the best decisions I ever made.
