This is the best, way to lower your debts and improve your credit score. It is so easy; you transfer a small amount of money to a special account they have set aside and then National Debt Relief will contact your Debtor's and work out a plan to lower the debt and then a plan to pay off the lower amount. They have helped me with two of Debtor's and I am very happy with the results. Thank you National Debt Relief and I am recommending you to any of my friends who can use your help.

I signed up with NDR the early part of July 2023. Was hesitant but once the actual process began I felt a little at ease. The first offer to settle one of my debts came pretty quick. Then 2 more offers to settle were in the works. I'm pretty pleased with the process as of right now. I'm feeling a little less overwhelmed and feel like NDR is indeed working on my behalf. I contacted National Debt Relief 6 months and I’ve been very happy with the results. It is a little slow going in the beginning but I’ve learned it’s needed so I can build up my savings so they’re able to negotiate and get payments started. Each time I’ve spoken with a representative they have never once made me feel embarrassed of my situation. They are always so encouraging and helpful. To date I’ve had 3 accounts settled for less than half of what I owed and I truly do see a light at the end of what was a very dark tunnel. That first call to them is hard but believe me they are on your side and here to help you and you will see results.

My experience has been overall positive working with NDR. My main point of feedback would be more visibility into when communication has been made between NDR and a creditor. Customer Service has very limited visibility to what the negotiation team is doing and having some piece of mind about when that team has had some initial contact with a credit would help immensely throughout the stressful process of fielding aggressive creditor communication on the client's end. The most detail I can receive when connecting with Customer Service is that "The negotiators have been in contact with your creditor and they will begin settlement when you have 50% of the debt saved."

Nothing short of AMAZING! I cannot express how much I appreciate NDR. They have completely taken the stress of my debt off my shoulders and run point on all negotiations on my behalf. No more aggressive phone calls from debtors and i don't have to do anything, besides make regular set bi-monthly payments (which are automatically withdrawn). Outstanding. This program was my Saving Grace after a series of very unfortunate incidents piled up at once. Health problems, deaths in the family, unexpected household expenses left me in the lurch. I called NDR to inquire about a settlement that was reached. I only received a text message and email about the settlement. However, when I reviewed the dashboard, I had some questions about the lump sum fee. Unfortunately, the initial representative that I spoke with named Letitia was very rude and condescending. At this time, it was 2:14PM EST. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, she put me on hold for 15 minutes and then came back and stated the supervisor was on lunch and would return at 4PM. I then asked if the supervisor had a 2-hour break. Letitia continued with the condescending tone and advised that I had the incorrect time and that she was in EST. She then informed me that she is in DR "The Dominican Republic" and proceeded to suck her teeth and give attitude. At this point, I told her that she was not in EST and that I am in Florida on EST. I discontinued the call requesting the supervisor. At 4:38PM EST when I did not get a call as promised, I called back. Spoke to a wonderful young lady named Taylor that was able to answer my question. Taylor then put in a request for me to speak with a supervisor, as I had a follow up question. Unfortunately, a woman named Elizabeth called me 2 days later and tried to answer something she could not answer and proceeded to keep me on hold. To date, I am still waiting for a Supervisor to call me. With this current state, I would not recommend NDR to anyone else. While they do review the terms, they dropped the ball with this situation.
