Representative did not seem to accept my response to a settlemen which was rejected. I kept explaining that I had not made any payments to any creditors but it was quite obvious I was not believed. I was never notified that the settlement had been rejected.

No communication with you at all. Your paying as much to them as you are your creditors. They take their money monthly on accounts that are being paid off, so it takes forever to move to other accounts. You can call your creditors and do exactly what they do for you, and not take the huge credit score hit or pay them what your supposedly saving by using them. They have not been worth using, and they are not honest up front about anything. They take your money out early all the time, and will blame it on your bank too.

I keep getting emails saying they need to talk to me about a negotiation. I call and email back. same thing next day. Need help with communication. so far not happy with this part of the process. Other than that Maritza did a great job dealing with Target. Hope communications improve.
