Was disappointed that I was told in the beginning of the process that I would be given an affordable payment to alleviate the stress of credit cards and then half way through the process I was given a loan with a very high interest rate a payment that matched what I was already paying. So it still damaged my credit and put me in a position worse then what I started.

Terrible company! Nothings explained, you never can get on the app to check nothing, they contact you CONSTANTLY, they don't help with majority of debts, and after 48 months you only save like less than 10% of your debt! So saving a couple of thousand, with me only $1600, you still have to do alot of fixing yourself for the stuff they can't do! So why do I pay them all those fees...obviously not to save money! Not to have less stress! Not to fix your credit quick to get out of debt! Alot of people said why you paying them to do exactly what you can do yourself for free?! Well its my fault for hiring a company and blindly trusting in them and not reading the WHOLE CONTRACT/FINE PRINT! DONT HIRE THEM THEIR RIP OFFS!

I was on hold for over an hour just to find out I had already agreed to a settlement via email. I received no less than 12 emails asking me to confirm that I agree, which I did. I had the same amount of phone calls saying/asking the same thing. All of which were on Saturday and Sunday. They all told me I could call until Monday along stating that business hours were Monday thru Friday. This was boarder line harassment in my opinion. I talked to two separate customer service representatives that couldn’t find any answers to my questions. I’m beyond dissatisfied with this whole situation.
