Definitely use Americor. They have an A plus rating with the better business bureau which is one thing I look for because I generally don't trust companies that I have found online, but when I saw that they had such a good rating and how informative and knowledgeable they are about the company itself and how it works I would definitely recommend Americor. My rep has explained everything from the beginning to end without leaving out any details and if there was something I wasn't sure about he answered those questions and told me that if I ever needed anything just to give him a call. He has been very helpful and very informative.

I am absolutely pleased with the guidance and the services. They're kind of teaching us how to handle creditors, it's been great. So far it has been absolutely easy to handle, if there was any kind of worry about the whole process they were able to provide me with an answer. I had to give my part of it things with documentation and things like that, but after that they took care of everything and that they did a wonderful job. Every time I had a question they were ready to answer and then there's always someone available to answer my questions. Everything was was transparent everything was clear and I had no doubt that they were there to help me.

I trust them because they're very prompt, everything's confidential, and they reassured me. I am confident with them. I would definitely recommend Americor. When I first spoke to them they were attentive to my situation. And I really enjoyed listening to the representative explain the program and what they can offer. He was very knowledgeable. The process of getting a loan went smoothly and he walked me through a lot of the links. I would refer them because they're very knowledgeable and helpful and it's one on one consultation. If I call back I can talk to the person I started with not with someone different, that's what I like about this company. Michael has been with me all the way through the whole procedure and until it's over. I think they're just a great company to work with.

I would definitely recommend Americor. Every time I called there was somebody to answer my questions. They thoroughly answered and the people very very pleasant. There are articles on their mobile app that I could educate myself with. Each account that you click you can observe the progress from the beginning and can see the end goal and where you were at so it was very reassuring, I appreciated that a lot. I monitored it very closely. You need to be patient because it is a process. They are easy to work with, they explain everything to you in the beginning. And they have people check in with you every 6 months to ask how things are going. I liked my experience with them and I am pleased.

They were able to explain everything in a way that I was able to understand and they made me feel comfortable doing business with them. They've been very helpful, they are also on top of making sure I give them proper information so they can best help me when it comes to renewing my debt. I like the tips that are in the app because it keeps you up to date and informs you. Honestly I would recommend Americor one hundred percent of the time just because of the way that they explain everything and the way they break it down and the way they're able to work with you depending on what you want and what you don't want.

I mean, it's never easy realizing just how bad your financial situation has gotten. For me, after my husband lost his jobs going into Covid, I basically went into complete denial on how far we were sinking into debt. So when push came to shove and I finally crunched all the numbers, it was debt consolidation or bust. Americor made the process of debt consolidation accessible and straight forward. They handled all the communication with my prior financial institutions, and even took care of the relentless phone calls. They've always been incredibly professional, kind, and understanding. And much to their word, now that I'm over a year into the program, my credit score has gone up, I'm on the road to being completely debt free, and overall, things are just better :) 10/10 would use again. But ya know, I hope I never have to use them again lol

Extremely trustworthy, made me very comfortable. I trusted him, he was just like the average Joe talking to me, he didn't over talk me or make me confused with finance, so I trusted them a lot. I'm very happy right now because I was able to speed it up a little bit because all my payments were on time and I was able to pay for debt relief loan that they offered and we did all of that pretty quickly and I'm very happy how everything went. I've paid most of my debt all through Americor and it went pretty quick. It would have cost me twice as much if I had to try to do it on my own and they made me very, very comfortable. They answer every question that I had, they were always available and they kept alive the communications. I never felt like I didn't know what they're doing.

I have been dealing with some issues from the divorce. One of my credit cards was sueing me and the gentlement I worked with went ahead and did a refinance with my debt consolidation loan. He was able to work out that I didn't have to provide all the paperwork the credit card company wanted - because I went from a joint checking account to a singular checking account. So I thought that was fantastic. My claim was dropped as far as being sued by the bank. The only thing i was upset about was that they took care of the credit card with the lowest balance first instead of the highest (which is the one that was sueing me). And because we couldn't pay off the higher one, that's why I ended up being soon. So I wish they would have worked on the higher balance one first or all at once a little more patiently. Americor keeps me up to date where I stand as far as when they make the payment for each credit card, how many payments I have left, and they have one paid off before they move onto the next one. I would recommend them. I personally didn't want to go this route, but I had to do something and they are wonderful to work with.

Taking that step to get help will relieve a lot of stress, but also knowing that others are in the same boat so there's nothing really be embarrassed about either. So far I've had a lot of good consistent communication, a lot of good tools and resources emailed to me frequently. I love that they have the app as well so I can go in and take a look at current standings and different resources available as well. I've worked with Sean and he was super diligent and thorough in looking through my actual credit report and then helping me to find the best plan of action to help decrease the overall debt.

I'm glad that I got the letter in the mail about Americor. I wasn't sure about the company before. I would definitely recommend anyone to call americor and just be as honest and upfront as possible with them about spending habits and what loans you have out there because regardless, if you do decide to go with them or not, they're going off to check your credit and that's going to help give you understanding of what's really coming out of your account of what you have to pay. So I would just say if you're really trying to get better financial ability for yourself in your household I would recommend americor. My agent's name is Derek and he was very knowledgeable and made it pretty simple. It was very helpful.

Even after the initial set up you expect excellent customer service members getting everything set up. Follow up care was exceptional. If I contacted them right now they would answer me promptly. The only issue we currently have a debt collector were the debt been settled but we're still getting calls and collection notices to we're trying to get that resolved right now but that's not through any fault of americor but the actual service itself. Americor got things taken care of it, it was exceptional what happened on the schedule. There were no hiccups. It's a pretty simple system, the portal was easy to maneuver. They have everything solid, I think it was a nice job. They were exceptional.

Everything moved very swiftly according to their promise. I was able to get on a payment plan in a relatively short period of time. It is all paid off. I am glad I don’t have to worry. I would recommend Americor. Often times the cost of the service is the same amount as the debt you are trying to get rid of but in the case I didn’t have to shell out a large amount of money. I am completely satisfied. It is a great service. I feel very comfortable working with them. I didn’t see anything to make me think they were untrustworthy. They built on their promises. It is thoroughly better than bankruptcy.

I have no reason not to trust them. They need to give clearer answers when customers ask questions. A couple of times and I felt like I wasn't quite getting a clear answer but otherwise everything was great. Just do it sooner rather than later and follow the advice of not making any large purchases while you're doing that negotiation that helped me a lot with mine. They were always good about communicating with me with any changes that came along they would try to contact me in any way possible. To make sure that it was clear what they were doing and why, say yeah I was happy with that. Everybody was always really kind and friendly.

They have always been really helpful. Whenever I need help, they are able to answer my questions right away and they are kind over the phone. They are encouraging and nice to talk to. The plan is really good. They do everything. It helps you in the long run to take of you finances. The company is very people oriented. They listen to you and care about your stories. American provided the best possible solution to my financial problems...they explained in detail what they could do and what I would be expected to do...there were no hidden surprises like special fees or unplanned expenses...everything was made clear for me to understand and followed to the letter...and to boot,, they resolved my debts long before the end of my payment schedule offering to arrange paying all debts off with a loan thus boosting my credit scores long before they would otherwise go up...and the loan was no more unaffordable or mysterious than Americor's original contract...can't recommend them highly enough!!!

Very very thorough. Everybody that works together has called me and and help me out with answered any question I had. The gentleman that is taking over my case has been ready to call me, he's available anytime I need him, if I send him an email he answers very quickly and has information and whatever else I may need. They were very honest and upfront with me and explained to me exactly what I needed to do as far as getting in contact with the credit card companies. It was easy to get signed up, it was very quick and very very simple. I would definitely recommend it to someone that's in the same situation that I'm in.

Stay away from Americor. This company is vague about settlements until the moment you’re pressured to accept them. There is no real transparency upfront about how much goes to creditors versus how much they’re taking in fees. Once you look closely, you realize their fees are front-loaded, meaning most of your early payments go straight to Americor — not toward resolving your debt. They even request additional deposits that conveniently go toward covering their fees instead of accelerating payments to creditors. The priority clearly feels like getting paid, not getting you out of debt. Several of my accounts remained unsettled, including one that had been sold months earlier — and they didn’t even know. That’s basic oversight. When I asked how much my monthly deposits would decrease if I removed the unsettled accounts (which represent more than half of my total debt), they told me the deposits wouldn’t decrease at all. They also couldn’t tell me how much sooner I could finish the program — not even an estimate. So even if you reduce your debt load, you’re still stuck paying the same amount with no clarity on when you’re done. This program feels structured to protect their fees, not to prioritize your financial recovery. Avoid them completely.

I had a banking issue with a vendor taking a premature payment that would have caused my RAM payment to put my bank account in the negative and not only was Valerie sensitive to my situation but she was also able to successfully move my payment back three days which was enough to safely remedy the issue. Upon speaking with her she also was nice enough to explain specifics about the Advantage Law app and what state my account is in with my creditors. Ms. Baslee is DEFINITELY an asset to the Americor team and i hope she gets the due credit that she deserves in a business that can be trying with customers who are in financial hardship. Today was a very good day dealing with Americor as I met Keith Long Americor Claims Specialist. My challenges before me are significant. Keith presented data and facts to me to assist in the resolution of a number of issues I need to address to effectively tackle all my debt and become better able to navigate my financial past, present and prepare for my future success in all my financial arenas:personal, business and family trust transactions… Keith was considerate, listened, spoke to me respectfully and compassionate AND provided the information I requested in the way I wanted and quickly… I am a handicapped person - hearing and speech impaired, on 24/7 oxygen, and recovering from many major life events all colliding at once… It has taken me a long time to organize myself to even MAKE THIS CALL TODAY! Because of Keith’s demeanor and behavior towards me my FAITH in human beings has increased from the depths of total disappointment to my goodness there are STILL GOOD PEOPLE IN THE WORLD WILLING TO LISTEN AND ASSIST WITHOUT JUDGEMENT… Miracles never cease! KEITH should be highly rewarded for providing his style of customer care as it is a rarity… His practices should be used a Model Method for Communication with Disabled Customers in the Americor Training Program. I did recommend a friend to Americor and she went with them. I can't remember the girl's name, but I usually talk to her and she, she's very understanding. She talks to me and she explains things to me as far as you know that this is going to go into effect. She's a very pleasant person to deal with. They're not out to overcharge you on your payments and stuff like that. I make two payments a month and it's reasonable to where I can afford it and not have to worry about how I'm going to pay. It's always been taken out with no problem and it's not too high.

I can trust them. They call. They explain you everything good. They are good communicators. Everything is simple and same payment. They check with your income, everything and they do everything how much you afford it. But they try to give me the loan option and they should start with debtors, make sure everything done. I guess all I can say is it's been all right. I just wait to hear from my creditors regarding settlement. But I saw in the e-mail that I got today that those letters of settlement usually don't come until after six months. So I'm just being patient and making sure that all my money is always there if you go into the account. They're there if I call them - I get answers when I have questions and I check my portal. That's usually up to date and it's been okay. I trust what's going on.

My agent has put confidence back into me and I have the confidence to watch the way I will be debt free. I like because they accepted me so quickly and that they have paid on my creditors but I'm dissatisfied with the amount each of my creditors are getting. I'm a little dissatisfied with the amount that they are paying my creditors on my behalf because I'm still left with balances that are not in reach for me to pay, it's just like putting a Band-Aid on a on a sore. I wish they would communicate a lot more and try to get more from my creditors to help me out, in other words them paying my creditors I still have a fairly large balance to pay afterwards. Don't get me wrong I really like that they accepted me and offered to help me pay my creditors off but I'm disappointed because they're not getting more out of my creditors than I thought so it will help me. My two most expensive bills that would that would take years to get those paid off the way that they are going about it so that's why I had a relative that offered to help me pay two of my creditors off.

I love that they were so impressionable, it was like talking to a friend rather than a robotic person reading from a script. They explained the process in terms that I could understand. They gave analogies that made total sense to me. There’s always someone I can reach out to and their portal is very easy to use. I increased my deposit amount so hopefully I can be completed with the program sooner than they stated. It's a good experience. They always explain everything to you. You don't have to ask them. Basically they explain what what the interest rate you will wind up getting, how much you would have to pay out at the end. Anything basically that you ask them, they will give you your answer. They don't have hidden costs that you're going to have to pay them something, so they'll tell you what it is if you ask them. It's a good experience.

The associate that I dealt with when my account and information was being set up was extremely personable and just made everything really easy for me. It was really convenient and I didn't have to ask a whole lot of questions, everything was good. I would recommend anybody to go through these guys for sure. They've been extremely helpful and I haven't had anything go wrong. They're doing exactly what they're supposed to do with the agreement that we had.
