When I called them that was just such a wonderful person to talk to. I don't know her last name but she was awesome and she really helped me through. It's tough being sick and but just her mannerism and the compassion. I think they're doing everything awesome. And they're there anytime you need them. They work through everything, they're very explanatory yes.

It was pretty responsive, the follow ups are very timely so I really didn't have a problem in terms with the customer service it was fine. I talked to another company and their rate is a little lower the monthly pay back was a little lower, not significantly but it was lower. I don't really have much experience or haven't been a customer for a very long but it's just my initial research it seems like the rate could be a little lower. They've been doing this for a while so they're pretty good at it so I think everything is probably just kind of research of the other rate and best rate offer out there maybe to have an idea what their competitors are offering.

I’ve used Americor before and honestly had a good experience. They were clear about how everything worked, kept me updated, and I felt like they really had my back during the process. The only thing is it does take time,it’s not something that happens overnight. But for me, it was worth it in the end for the peace of mind. If you’re okay being patient, it’s a solid option.

I’ve been in the program for about 2 years now, and I’m really glad I signed up. From my experience, it does work as long as you stick to the plan and keep up with your payments. The app makes it easy to track progress, and the reps I’ve spoken with have been helpful whenever I had questions. Ms. P listened and advised us without any pressure what Americor could do for us. We are in our late 70's and could not find a way we would be able to solve our situation. Although we have managed to settle all my debt but for 2. remaining it has been a tumultuous relationship . It’s sometimes hard to get a hold of my spokesperson and they don’t always have answers. Maybe it’s just the process. The bills are being settled which is the desired outcome.
