These measures are necessary to ensure the security and safety of our donors. It appears that the resolution here was delayed because responses to our questions were being sent to our general support inbox rather than a reply to the direct email our team was sending. Once all documents and names on your campaign were sorted out our team was able to immediately send you the remaining funds to you from your campaign.
