When I was doing a donation I made a mistake and reversed the amounts of donation to the cause and for the admin fee. I‘Ve submitted a message explaining what I’ve done. Lauren responded to me within 20 min, refunded all donations and explained how to do it right. Very impressive!

One of the customer service reps That was helping me setup my go fund me campaign, her name is Ruki. I have recently lost my pet to a horrible attack so that’s why I started the campaign for vet emergency costs ect. She was so supportive and helpful and very tentative. I am so grateful to her and the team.

This was the first time I donated to a GoFund Me campaign I had a question about some of the terminology used on the page. I could not find the answer in the FAQ's so I submitted my question. I received an acknowledgement and answer to my question within 2 hours. I would certainly donated again without hesitation.

Apparently the GoFundMe that I donated to, did not truly need the funds for a funeral. My niece sent me a message that the parents had paid for the funeral. I contacted GoFundMe, they responded immediately, and gave me a full refund.

GoFundMe was quick,secure and easy to use. The online chat function for customer service always was within the thirty minutes as advertised and they were able to answer my question, or would look into it and got gack to me. I’m not a big fan of telephone service, I have a small impairment and am often impatient waiting in line to get a customer service rep. Waiting for an email lets you continue with other projects on your computer or personal device .

GoFundMe is an excellent resource for raising funds. They were incredibly helpful when Tabletop Gaymers first started to raise funds online. They have incredibly good customer service and their response times to tickets (even at 3:00am) is amazing. The only reason I am not willing to give them 5-Stars is because of their billing policy. They take 0% of personal campaigns, but 5% of nonprofit campaigns. This seems backwards to me.

I started a campaign for my missions trip but I don't know if anyone really saw it cause I don't have a facebook. it pretty easy to use (i will just never get the hang of all the financial jargon) when I wanted to cancel, they were able to help me and get it done pretty fast for a company that probably deals with thousands of pf problems every day.

I set up an account for someone not very computer literate. After we started receiving donations I changed the account contact and info to them. They were unable to navigate into the account. I asked for assistance to transfer the account back to me. Support was quick to reply (both auto message and real person) and able to reset the password/account so I could access again.

I had an issue with the "tip" part of my donation. The 100.00 went to the tip and the 5.00 went to the family. I requested the money be moved appropriately and I received an email in about 10 minutes reading that the monies would be refunded to my account in 3-5 days.

Peter from GoFundMe took quick action when I alerted Customer Service about disturbing comments and photographs placed on a beneficiary's GoFundMe page. Very soon after I complained, I received a note that those were removed and the person who wrote the comments was banned. Thank you for the immediate response in taking care of this!

Gofundme was a great way to raise money desperately needed. At one point during the campaign I was notified that a gofundme employee nominated my campaign for the gofundme gives back. They gave my campaign an extra $1000. I was so surprised. I didn't have a large campaign. But that extra put my total over the top. It helped several men receive education badly needed. I recommend gofundme.

Very difficult to get a correct answer on get money out gofundme it shouldn't take 2to 5 days if your going to take money for your services then speed the process up there people that really need that money for medical expenses it's hard as it is to ask for help then for gofundme to make you wait is not right it takes them 3 seconds to pull the money for the bank account of the donor but takes up to 5 days for the person needing it to get something not right on that end some one needs to look in to gofundme and explain why if bank accounts are all ready Verified it shouldn't take up to 5 days gofundme is joke

One of the most widely known group funding sites. Ranging from charity to company support, the site is a vehicle for a wide audience. Sponsors need to do their own research into the validity of a particular cause. All in all, the site offers fund raising opportunities over the usual "buy this product" to provide support to a cause.

GoFundMe makes fundraising incredibly accessible. Account setup is easy and once done, you can publish it to all different media sources. The app is great too - once you're logged in, it will send push notifications to update you on fundraising status.
