Had more damage done to my credit score than they helped with every challenge they sent then when attempting to cancel I kept getting told different scripted reasons on why they couldn't do it.

Just take to long to see improvement

Take two long to remove items from report i have been with them sense june 19 and they only removed 2 items from my account its november now and still nothing

I had them for 6 months and credit is the same it did not go up they took a couple things off and they got put back on so 600 dollars down the drain I wish it would of worked but sorry to say they didn't.
