Discover has been my main credit card since 1989. I have had MasterCard and Visa also over the last 42 years, but Discover card deserves my 10 star rating. Whenever I have had any issues with a purchase and the company I had made a purchase from would not or could not resolve the issue, Discover Card ALWAYS listens to my purchase issue, and then guides me through the steps I need to make to begin a complaint. Discover Card has ALWAYS investigated my purchase issue and has ALWAYS resolved the issue. I have received the monetary amount en total for the purchase or return of an item I purchased. There customer service representatives are professional, courteous and are dedicated to assisting their customers.

I’ve had many different credit cards in my 70 years. however, You always want to get the one that will have the best benefits for you. I feel with the Discover it card I’ve had for 4 years that I got just that. I enjoy in using the Discover card that I get money back based on the purchases I make and m6 card matches that amount. It’s nice to have perks along with a card. There is NO annual fee as a lot of Credit card companies are going back to which I am not going to pay.. I like the fact I earn 5% cash back on purchases like from Amazon , restaurants, gas, and other stores. Discover cash back is perfect for my needs. I liked the fact that for the first 15 months it was 0% APR on my purchases. ☺️

Discover is my first credit card I’ve had, so I can’t compare it to other credit cards. That being said, I absolutely love Discover! I am on the Discover Student plan and it’s honestly the best; getting cash back whenever I use my card for gas or restaurants is amazing. Being a college student, food and gas is where all my money goes to anyway, so why not just get cash back for it!? I’ve very little trouble with them, but when I have had trouble Customer Service was super nice and helped me with everything. They even answer on Twitter, which is a HUGE plus for me. Lastly, their app is so easy to use and understand. It’s easy to see every purchase you’ve made and it’s easy to pay your bill right in the app! 10/10 highly recommend.

I really like Discover for several reasons. Firstly, the interest rate is low whereas I can see my debt decreasing, and this gives me a sense of comfort knowing that my debt is diminishing. Secondly, because of this, I have a low monthly payment which allows me to make higher monthly payments over the requirement to pay off my debt. Thirdly, I have several options to pay my bill without being forced to talk to an automatic system; I prefer to pay over the phone because that is more suitable for me. Additionally, Discover does not have a convenience fee when I pay by phone, and I am grateful for that. I am allowed to speak to a person which makes me feel as if I am priority and important. Fourthly, the customer service representatives are professional, attentive, and patient, and lastly, when I went through a financial hardship, Discover was understanding and was patient and kind towards me. These are all the reasons why I will continue to use Discover and why I will recommend anyone to choose Discover. I was at peace when I obtained my credit card with this company because a family member referred me, and she expressed to me how much she loves Discover. My family member has very high standards, and for Discover to meet those standards, it says a lot. I have been a Discover credit card holder since the spring of 2014, and I look forward to continue being a proud, happy, and satisfied customer. I would love to do a commercial advertising its products and services.

I have credit cards with six different institutions, and Discover has the absolute best customer service. The automated system gets my information and gets me to a representative quickly, and I don’t have to click through 40 different menus. I’ve also never had to wait more than thirty seconds for someone to answer. The representatives are always incredibly helpful and nice, and we have great conversations while still handling the business I need to in a timely manner. To be honest, I enjoy calling Discover customer service, and I dread all other customer service calls (ex- the cable box in my bedroom hasn’t worked in two months. I just don’t have the desire to deal with the cable company's customer service). Bottom line: Over the past 5 years I’ve realized that Discover card’s customer service is even better than the TV commercials say it is.

What a terrific credit card! No annual fee, US-based Customer Service reps and good return on their points! I've been a customer since 1978, almost as soon as they opened. Now that they've bought Diners Club, you can even start to use your Discover Card overseas. And, of course, no foreign exchange fees. User-friendly website and they offer quarterly point boosters! It's a great card!

I recently received my discover cash back credit card and so far it is great. I was referred and then I referred someone else so they gave me $100 credit. Their customer service is great, they helped me get approved in until 10 minutes. They also offer cash back at different stores throughout the year which is nice since it opens your options for cash back. So far, so good!

Using Discover is one of the best decisions I have ever made. Their customer service goes above and beyond! They care deeply about their customers. I made a mistake recently by paying my bill right before my automatic payment date. This resulted in a double charge so I asked if that could be reversed. They not only sent my money back, but they gave a courtesy refund amount. I am beyond thankful and will always use Discover, knowing they will always be caring and helpful!

5% cash back is amazing and I'm sad to see the discover deals go. They let you apply cash back to Amazon, your statement, your bank account- which was awesome. I pay huge bills on it just for the cash back. They pick up on fraud alerts very quickly, but I wish there was a way they wouldn't lock it out at work every time I make a purchase (regardless of the amount of times I have asked them to unflag my employer's cafe). Online view and applications for phone are very easy to use.

My experiences with discover has been good thus far, I have only been with them a few months but I have had no issues whatsoever. Applying for a discover card was a very easy process, hopefully after 6 months or so of keeping my account in good standing I’ll qualify for a credit increase. The whole purpose of me getting a credit card was to help improve my credit score and in the short amount of time I have seen a big improvement in my score.

We consolidated our credit cards from an old business we owned into one with Discover. We had no interest for a year and were able to get out of all credit card debt in half the time. They also do a rotating 5% cash back to different stores, so that is fun to get cash back at places we already go to all the time - such as Target, Home Depot and Costco.

Discover has been my credit card since 1996. Discover is the only credit card I use. I’ll have to admit that for years, after I began using Discover, I had to keep a Visa or Mastercard because at first, many businesses didn’t accept Discover. But now, it is rare to try to use my Discover and it not be accepted and in those very rare cases, I don’t do business with that company. My account has been breached several times over the years and Discover has never failed to back me up and not hold me responsible for charges I did not make. Several times I’ve been scammed with poor products I ordered and received but was unable to contact the company who sold them. Discover has, again, backed me up and gotten refunds for me. Discover offers a low $99 annual I. D. Theft Protection which to me is invaluable. I have spoken many, many times with Discover customer service and to my total satisfaction, I’ve spoken strictly with clear English speaking reps. And this too is invaluable to me. A great perk is the 5 percent cash back throughout the year on specific types of purchases. I have been singing praises of Discover to family and friends for years and will continue to do so.

I’ve bounced around with several credit card services but Discover has made a lifelong cardholder out of me! Their customer service is outstanding. I’ve been lucky to never have any fraudulent charges but they are quick to contact me about any large purchases I’ve made that they deem suspicious, and I love knowing that should I ever receive a fraudulent charge they would be quick to respond. Always in my mind is their jingle, It Pays to Discover. I first signed up for their card back in the 1980s. People I knew were paying for their cards and I was getting a cashback bonus instead. Through the years I have been subject to identity theft, and even though a sizeable bill was run up on my card Discover said don't worry about it, everything is fine and your new card is in the mail. Before I signed up for autopay I forgot to send in a check in time, but they just said don't worry about it. You are in good standing and we will not charge you a late fee. And now they provide the ability to check your credit score at any time as well as other features I haven't used. They do send me an email each month telling me if there have been any credit inquiries or if anyone has attempted to open a new line of credit in my name. I have four other cards, and for a while was mostly using my Amazon card. But now I am back mostly using the Discover card, especially since my cashback bonus is linked to my Amazon account.

I didn't have anyone in my life to co-sign onto a credit card with me when getting my first one. I applied for a lot of different cards because I knew it was time to start building my credit. I even applied to a card with the bank I had been with for over a decade and was declined because of my lack of credit history. I was a college graduate with zero student debt, I had a good job and had never carried any consumer debt (obviously) and because of this lack of credit history I was denied everywhere I went until I tried discover. Discover had some convenient and small options for a first timer like me. They were so quick and helpful in setting me up with everything I needed. Discover was my first ever credit card and I have been a cardholder since 2013. Although they offer low credit limits on their entry-level cards, I have always been happy with my card and the customer service that I've received. My Discover It card has a cashback rewards plan that can vary depending on the type of transactions you use it for (restaurants. online retailers, etc). Since there is no annual fee, this is a great way to learn the potential of a rewards program as a new cardholder while beginning to build and understand a credit history. The minimal, clean design of the online user interface and mobile apps makes everything very easy to understand and interact with. Plus, there are a lot of cool card design options, which are fun and appealing, especially when just getting a new credit card. Over the years, I've recommended Discover to numerous friends that were looking for their first credit cards, and still would do so to this day.

We have had our Discover credit card longer than any of our other credit cards. The biggest disadvantage of the Discover credit card compared to Visa and Mastercard credit cards is that it is accepted by fewer merchants than those two. However, there are some nice perks of the Discover card. One we really like is the ability to get cash back at several vendors (including Wal-Mart and King Soopers and other Kroger grocery stores) without any charge (as long as the balance is paid in full each month). We haven't needed to use an ATM inside the United States for years with this easy access to fee-less cash. Discover has offered cash back on purchases for a very long time and offers much higher rates of cash back in different categories each quarter. Discover cash back is even more valuable when used to purchase gift cards from Discover instead of tasking the cash. We have elected to receive $50 gift cards instead of $40 or $45 cash many times in the past, making the reward more valuable. We choose gift cards for places we'd go to anyway and Discover makes it easy to do this because there are so many options for gift cards. One final Discover benefit we appreciate is the inclusion of credit score and report details with our monthly statements.

I've had several different credit cards throughout my life. Discover has been by far the easiest company to work with. The App makes everything sooo easy. Obviously you can make payments BUT it also tells me every month what I can purchase each month to earn extra cash back points. Get your cash back points people! Right now I have almost $400 in cash back credit. I save it in case I have a tight month for money I can use it to pay my card payment. Love my discover card! For the 1st year I had 0% interest so I just used my card and paid it off and earned my cash back bonuses.

Discover always listen when call and in the event of a strange transaction, Discover makes it easy to report and stand with you and move quickly to resolve the issue. Have had my discover account forever it seems, and is my most used credit card. The cashback points are great and the extra points every 3 months are a bonus. I check my credit score through the app also which is great. Had my card stolen with fraudulent charges and they were removed quickly and received a new card. Has been the best card in my opinion

It was formerly good offering cash back and points after transaction but recently received an email stating that my Discover credit card had been closed. This was surprising since I always paid on time and recently paid off my balance. When I called to inquire, they stated that they do credit checks every year and found that my debt had increased, I had several delinquent accounts and a few new accounts that I had opened but good enough we solved it and my account was unlocked.

I've been a Discover card customer for over 15 years. Their customer service is top-notch, and I've been really happy with my card. I got it as a college student and never looked back. I love that when you call in you will always speak with an actual human. I don't know about you, but I'm sick of those automated routers running you in circles rather than connecting you with a customer service rep. You don't get that when you have to call into Discover. Their service is top-tier.

I wouldn’t consider discover a subprime credit card company. They have a multitude of financial instruments that are great and normally helping you build your credit on the second tier level as these are not a sub prime credit card company in my opinion, and by many others would agree, so they’ve been good to me and they’re branded with other big companies which are an added convenience.

Discover is a great credit card for anyone who is looking to own a credit card. I love the fact that their customer service is USA based and you can always get a representative 24/7. They have a great point system which you can use as statement credits. Discover is great especially when you have to file a dispute. Discover's process is fair and they hold merchants accountable when there is wrong doing. One of the best credit cards on the market

I have been with Discover since 1999! Discover is the ONLY card I trust to keep my account safe. They have caught several charges when my ID was stolen and I never had to do anything about it. Discover took care of getting my money back at no cost to me. I tell people all the time that Discover is all you need. I have a credit card plus a checking and savings account with Discover. I am/have been a Discover Card customer for over 15 plus years. Like Amex, Discover is at the top of the credit card game. I love that they provide insurance and covered protections for any event, shopping, etc., when I use the Discover card. Discover provides me with excellent financial tools and services that help me increase my funding. I really love when Discover Card matches reward points dollar for dollar and provide other money making incentives.

I absolutely love My Discover It Card! Great introductory offers, benefits and rewards. I made over $360 in just a little over a year with this card and paid no interest. The app is easy to use. Application and approval was smooth. I've never had to call customer service for this card as I never have an issue with them making mistakes unlike other cards like Amex. They are accepted everywhere I shop with no usage fees. They offer referral rewards as well which is great!

I personally love Discover, because I have a great cashback offer with them, and their customer service is always very helpful. My issue are resolved very quickly. If there is not something they can help with they let me know who I should call first in order to get it resolved. They have offered great credit increases for my time with them as a customer.

I have been a member for ages. Recently I lost my card and didn’t realize it for a day. I called, they at once froze my account. After a day when I was convinced it had not been misplaced they at once overnighted a new card and life went on . I was stunned at the quick, professional accumulation of facts and response to my panic call. I was totally impressed.

I love my Discover card! It was my first credit card and I have been able to add multiple authorized users and help my family improve their credit score by piggybacking mine. Their cash back rewards are easy to use and you get a bonus 0% apr for 15 months when you first sign up! Plus by referring others you also get a bonus! The best way to make $ while spending what you usually spend. I love it! It has definitely helped me raise my score from nothing to over 760 now ;)

My discover card is my best friend. Seriously. As a student, they have the best options for rewards of any credit cards I have tried. The monthly 5% cashback options are always super relevant products (for example, this quarter Amazon.com purchases receive cashback! What a great season, with Black Friday and Christmas shopping falling under this time of year). They also give rewards just for getting good grades as a student?! Plus, the app is the best. So smooth, and doesn't require you to log in via internet browser for some functions like most apps.
