I absolutely love My Discover It Card! Great introductory offers, benefits and rewards. I made over $360 in just a little over a year with this card and paid no interest. The app is easy to use. Application and approval was smooth. I've never had to call customer service for this card as I never have an issue with them making mistakes unlike other cards like Amex. They are accepted everywhere I shop with no usage fees. They offer referral rewards as well which is great!

I personally love Discover, because I have a great cashback offer with them, and their customer service is always very helpful. My issue are resolved very quickly. If there is not something they can help with they let me know who I should call first in order to get it resolved. They have offered great credit increases for my time with them as a customer.

I have been a member for ages. Recently I lost my card and didn’t realize it for a day. I called, they at once froze my account. After a day when I was convinced it had not been misplaced they at once overnighted a new card and life went on . I was stunned at the quick, professional accumulation of facts and response to my panic call. I was totally impressed.

I love my Discover card! It was my first credit card and I have been able to add multiple authorized users and help my family improve their credit score by piggybacking mine. Their cash back rewards are easy to use and you get a bonus 0% apr for 15 months when you first sign up! Plus by referring others you also get a bonus! The best way to make $ while spending what you usually spend. I love it! It has definitely helped me raise my score from nothing to over 760 now ;)

My discover card is my best friend. Seriously. As a student, they have the best options for rewards of any credit cards I have tried. The monthly 5% cashback options are always super relevant products (for example, this quarter Amazon.com purchases receive cashback! What a great season, with Black Friday and Christmas shopping falling under this time of year). They also give rewards just for getting good grades as a student?! Plus, the app is the best. So smooth, and doesn't require you to log in via internet browser for some functions like most apps.

Discover has been great in regards to credit card companies. Their app is easy to use. At the time of me using their card, I was going to financial difficulty, and so they put the card on hold, didn't charge me interest, and let me pay back a set amount each month until the balance was gone, as opposed to keeping a high interest rate. This was very helpful for me to get back on my feet.

I was recommended to Discover by a friend, and I've been VERY happy with it! They have good Rewards options, including a great rotating 5% cashback on various businesses and services that I regularly use, and I like the option of using my Rewards to purchase gift cards at a discounted rate. My friend and I both received as bonus for signing up, and my cash-back reward was DOUBLED for the first year! They also give 2% cash-back for restaurants, all year. Their customer service is excellent...you don't have to strain to understand the accent of the person on the other end of the line!

It's nice to have this card and if you have to make it into the 3 or 4 months payments you can divide things up on a budget so you can get some of the items you need some of the items you want and some of the items you might find on sale And you think about it and you decide to go for it because you know they're back you up and my you to make the payments

The best credit card I ever own. I sure would recommend this card to anyone is searching for a great no annual fee to use their card. Some credit card companies charge a annual just to have their card. I understand each person has different ratings to for spending linmit, just stating if a person has descent ratings and searching for a card this is what I would reccommend to do research on it before choosing.

Good customer service. 100% USA based. Resolved issues quickly. Has a number of cute photos you can choose from for your new card. Interest rates are a bit high, but they do have balance transfer options for paying down higher interest debts from time to time. 0% for 12 months is great to use vs trying to pay off credit card debts with 29.99% interest rates.

In fact, I was just able to do a balance transfer that will save me over $1200 in interest alone!! Discover has had great customer service too. I have had my Discover it card for at least 5 years now. I enjoy the quarterly changes in 5% cashback you can earn. This allows you to have a more flexible rewards card instead of being locked into specific types of rewards charges the entire time you have the card. And even if you don't use the 5% bouns opportunities, you can still earn 1% cashback. The card also has the ability to get different designs on your cards to keep it exciting looking in your wallet.

Of all the credit card companies I honestly think Discover is the best, based on my experience. Their website and app are the most user friendly I've found and they have great customer service. When I was young and trying to start building my credit they were one of the only ones to offer a reasonable credit card with no annual fee that was perfect for someone just starting out. I like that you get cash back in every purchase. They had specific categories each quarter that give 5% back. They used to have better added value when you redeemed for gift cards. Now it is hardly worth it...I just get it as actual cash back. They are great at catching fraud or potential fraud. Gives me piece of mind. Every interaction with customer service has been positive.

Discover card stands behind their promise of good customer service and you won’t pay for any fraud charges. I have had my card compromised. When I called them they immediately looked into the charges and worked on getting them removed from my account. Discover card also text you when they suspect a fraudulent charge. Their customer service team is always quick respond and very detail oriented.

I recently switched to Discover for my student credit card. This card is by far the best student card out there as there are no monthly fees, up to 5% cashback offers, and a high starting credit line compared to other student cards. The only place I have encountered where this card was not accepted so far is at Costco, but other than that I have had no issues!

I have discover student and I love this credit card! They are very forgiving on fees and it's a very good card for people starting their credit scores. The cashback is extremely nice, as the cash can be deposited right into your bank account whenever you need it! The app is also extremely user friendly and nice looking. I’ll be honest Discover is the first credit card I have to build my credit so I can’t compare it to others but I can say that I love it! They matched my first year of cash back which made my payment for a few months. The app is super easy to use, you can check your balance, make payments, and it reminds you when you’re getting close to your next due payment. You can check your credit score without hurting it, and you get cash back!

I love Discover because it actually gives college student a chance and opportunity to build credit! The application is very simple, short and doesnt take a long time to finish. There APR% are one of the lowest out of many different comapnies I have researched on. If you want to try your first credit card, I would highly recommed it for college students!

I have the Blue Discover Cash Back card and love it. If you are going to have a credit card why not use it to your advantage? The first year they automatically match all the cash back you earn and there is no limit to how much they will match. We feel confident with Discover and will never go back to any other credit card. It just works for our family.

I've had a Discover credit card for years. What I really like about it is the variety of ways to use rewards. The choices to order gift cards or products at discount, or use rewards to pay on Amazon are very useful. My other credit cards seem much more limiting in rewards choices. They also have a great website to monitor areas of credit card use and just to maneuver to find information.

Hands down the best Credit Card I have ever had. When it came to disputing charges or notifying them when I was going on vacation I have been blown away with their customer service. It is the first credit card issuer that I have dealt with that I actually feel like they have my best interests in mind not necessarily theirs. That's hard to come by dealing with any type of financial institution. If you have had a bad credit card experience in the past I would highly recommend Discover to change your mind.

The auto pay option makes having a credit card a worry free experience for me. Customer service is excellent. Using discover has been a good experience. I used the student credit card mainly to get credit. It gives you a free credit check every month without hurting your credit, and gives you tips on how to improve you credit. The app is nice because I get an alert for every purchase so hopefully I won’t be a victim of identity theft. Sometimes billing takes a couple of days before payments go through, and I wish that were faster, but otherwise it’s great.

Having one of their credit cards was a decent experience. Many merchants and vendors do not accept them. Average service and very high fees for the product. I did not cancel my account because that could affect my credit rating but I just stopped using it and requested that no fees or to be applied and if so, then I would cancel it. Eventually I did.

I started as a secured card with a $500 limit and just after a year graduated to an unsecured with a $2,000 limit. As long as you're responsible with the card they will convert you to unsecured. Highly recommended

I had an account with Discover for 21 years; they were the first card I received as a freshman in college. Received an email out of the nowhere telling me my account had been closed because they could no longer meet my needs. I had a stellar payment history. My balance was less than 15% of my total credit limit. Repeated attempts for a more informative cancellation reason were met with repeated, "A business decision was made". Their business decision left monthly auto payments unpaid due to the lack of forewarning that my account would be terminated. The reason they get a two out of five stars is that they were my primary card for 21 years prior to the rude and sudden termination of services.

I have had no problems. Discover always keeps me updated with current statements, and if anything out of the way happens, they are quick to inform me. The APR is comparable with other cards, so I have not felt it to be prudent to leave.

I have never had an issue with Discover before yesterday. I basically made a payment to them over a week ago and always make my payments with no issues. Now they always want me to me to call in and call my bank to confirm all of my payments which is complete waste of timw since I. Get emails stating they received the payment. When I called the customers are rude and unpleasant. I am not the beat customer and I am pretty aggressive. But I just think it's a waste of time because n the year I have had the card they never started doing this before. So my credit was never updated. They told me it's their decision of when to release the funds. That's fine but why? Nobody could tell me that. If I have to call to confirm a payment I need to know why I am wasting my time on the phone. They didn't care, about how I felt so I closed my card. They rep didn't care either was like basically ok

We have used the Discover Card for nearly 30 years. Customer service is great at any time of the day for answering questions or replacing cards, and they are right on for discovering fraudulent use on our account, which has happened a handful of times. They'll continue to keep my business for years to come.
