I’ve had a Discover credit card for years now and have not had any problems. The one or two times I’ve had to deal with fraudulent charges, Discover has been incredibly helpful and swift in handling it. Less important, but I also really like the card design options!

What I like best about Discover is their customer service! They stay on top of potential fraud and are quick to alert me about transactions they think might be fraud. We've had our card replaced many times and they always rapid-ship our new cards to us.

When someone attempted to use my card fraudulently, Discover alerted me. Since I didn't make the purchase and Discover helped me get a new card and close my old one, I'm really grateful for that notice. Their security was efficient and quick. Would definitely recommend them always

I've had a Discover card since 2021 and have had no issues with them. Their app is functional and easy to use. When I've had to talk to customer service to get my name changed, they were very helpful. I love the card designs they offer.

The basic Discover card is great for getting money back. My first year I put all my auto deduct bills, like telephone, apps for TV, etc. at the end of the year I was able to buy an airline ticket to NY with the “free” money. Very easy to earn money on Discover.

Discover has great initiatives and Cash Back incentives that have helped me with purchasing several needed items. VERY thankful for this company. They also were very helpful in alerting me when a charge was in question and were much more proactive with identity theft alerts than any other company I have used.

I would say this is my favorite credit card. The service is amazing. The App is super user friendly and allows you see all the benefits of how to obtains the great advantages of the credit card. I like to see the credit bureau report every month with the account statement. Also, the chart with all the % of rewards is amazing and very simple.

I use the DiscoverIt credit card and they have rotating categories which I get 5% cashback, which is excellent. Also, I had been a victim of fraud where my starbucks app got hacked into and charges were being made onto my Discover card. they handled it well, refunding my money.

I love Discover's Customer SERVICE. It does what it actually says on the commercial that you can get a person. It is a choice in the first question of the customer service call. I am using them to tackle some person debt and their process to apply was simple. I dislike their interest rate. Discover has the highest interest rate (almost 30%) of all my credit cards which is why I don't use it much.

They helped me remove debt from under my name. My aunt opened a card with them under my identity. When the debt got out of hand and I told them my story, they helped me to transfer the debt to her social security (of course with her cooperation). I'm happy the customer service was good enough to help through those steps.

I have used discover for many years now and have not had any problems until recently. Something changed with their mobile app and it is almost impossible to deposit a check with the bugs. They are good about connecting you to a real human when you call but they aren't always the most helpful. If I was just rating my past 6 months using discover it would be 2 starts but overall they have been solid to work with

They have helped me on several occasions when someone was using my card. They sent new cards as soon as I told them of my problem. On one occasion, I had forgotten to post my new card with a webpage. The company honored the old card number and let me know I should register the new card with the seller.

I do enjoy the quality of customer service from Discover & what stands out, even more, are the actual representatives they have all hours of the night to aide their customers. My only concern is the interest rate on the card, estimated its about 19.99%. If I was in a major situation with an extreme need for funds, I know they would be available.

Discover is a great company to get a credit card with. They have anywhere from 1-5% cashback on certain purchases, and the cashback rewards can be used towards paying your bill or towards other purchases . They also have great options for student cards, so I would definitely recommend getting a credit card with Discover.

I have had and continue to have good experiences using my Discover card. Initially I received a year of no interest charges, which was great!! They continue to provide wonderful customer service, and, although my no-interest period has expired, the interest rate they are charging is in keeping with the market rate.

Have had a Discover card for over 30 years, and they were the 1st to give my son a credit card as well at 18. Unlike the old days, it is accepted almost everywhere. Uncapped cash back is a great feature as well. Website is excellent for doing almost everything you need to do yourself.

We appreciate the cash back that we can apply to our balance and also feel they've done a good job in contacting us when our card has been compromised. Me and my family have been using discover for our credit cards for years now. Customer service is what I find the best about this company though, as any time I have any trouble with the card or anything I am able to get in contact with them. Something I often dislike about Discover though, is that the user interface of their app is often clunky and confusing. Overall pretty positive experience in the years I have been using their services.
