I had the worst experience with T-Mobile. We didn't have any service in our home. We even used the booster and that still didn't make it any better. Calling the service wasn't any better. I would call and get put on hold forever and then the call would drop when they would transfer me and I would get to start all over.

does not take any responsibility for there poor service they provide customers. customer service doesn't either. For the amount we paid monthly was not worth the service we received. Too many dropped calls, we had warranty on our phone and it was a manufacture issue, they refused to solve the problem. Worse service!

Hated it! alot of dropped calls, customer service very rude. Billing was a joke. Always had problems/extra charges on my bill monthly and it was a repeated thing for months. Once i wanted to cancel my service and i was hung up on .
