You thought I was dumb and would leave a 5 star review. When you click on 4 stars, you are brought to this site. If you click on 5 stars, you are taken to a site called sitejabber dot com to leave a review. If you click on stars 1, 2 and 3 you are taken to a SurveyMonkey survey that nobody gets to see except QLink Wireless. I know this because earlier I was going to leave a 5 star review, but had to tend to other things so I closed the page. After receiving 4 more emails, 2 of which woke me up; I clicked on 3 stars and thought "WTF? That isn't the page I was on before." For waking me up in the middle of the night and being shady at soliciting reviews, now you get 1 star here and on the other site. I hate shady companies and that is shady af. Service is great, company shady. I have read reviews elsewhere stating they block you on Facebook for criticizing them or asking questions. I do Google Reviews too, and since you guys just emailed me AGAIN while writing this review at 5:23am and again at 5:25am I will be leaving the same review over there.

Cellular service is a lot better than what I had with tracfone, when I was with them . My only complaint is the tablet I got though q link and acp program it burned up and warranty won’t replace it

Verizon did not fully port my number, even though the phone and monthly bill were fully paid for. This made it difficult to set up my Q-Link phone, but I am pleased with the q Link service, but I would never recommend doing that when the previous carrier doesn't let go Just buy a new phone from q Link with a new telephone number. All will be well

I have Been a Q-link Customer for 3 Years, in those 3 years, I have lost broken at least 3 phones, first I would call Q-links customer service to get a new phone and sim card. The sim card seams to get shipped out right away because thats one of the first things needed to start your service with your new phone, this is where I had a problem because I have a job where I need my phone daily and did not receive my phone for 3 weeks it made my job very complicated needless to say this would be my only complaint thanks q-link. The service is great. The phone and tablet no so much. They both lag really bad. I can't even download anything on the tablet because it runs so slow. It's not my internet or I don't been to restart my phone or tablet. All other devices in my house hold work just fine. Thanks for the free service.

I live Sebring Florida and when I'm home 90% of the time I have to go outside to talk on phone. I can text and use other things on the phone inside but when I try to talk on phone I lose service. Other than that I'm happy with it. Thank you.

It's extremely reliable. I never have to worry about, if I'm going to forget to pay my bill so my phone won't turn off. The only bad thing is that there isn't enough internet time on these phone's. Otherwise I feel that it's a good deal. It does what it needs to do for me.

The only complaint I have is that Q Link, for the past couple of months or so, strangely near the end of the month has sent me an email warning that I need to use the service every 30 days to keep it, when their own records in an email earlier each of those months indicated that I used such-and-such an amount of data, etc. thus far that month already (and my own records would agree). Please fix your system, guys! Thanks!

I emailed Qlink over a week ago and still have no answer. That's why only 4 stars. However, recharging went seamlessly, and the website is easy to navigate, so, yes, 4 stars, if they would have answered my email within a week, it would have been 5.

It is a nice reliable Network. Faster speeds on the data than my last phone. Although I had to keep the same phone that I had cuz I couldn't get one through q Link wireless, the service was still good. I would recommend it to other people and have already.

The phones are cheaply made and are very slow . When you call customer service nobody speaks English and it's so hard to understand them. They had promised stuff in the past and I never saw what they promised. Instructions to your promotions are so hard to understand. So I am confused know with the upgrade promotion on top of this page. I thought I already was getting unlimited data, talk and text. Q link was there when I really need help, Great service The Customer service above the rest the only thing I have a problem with is T-Mobile really bad reception here in Laport CO. but that is the norm in Northern Colorado. Not a Q-link problem.

It works great when connected to WIFI at home. But the cell tower connection isn't good. I have to stand practically outside in the winter in order for the people on the phone to hear me. It works fine to make calls when I'm at other locations, though.

It's good most of the time but i do notice the internet is slow sometimes and watching videos there is some buffering during playback sometimes. Talk and text is good always for the most part. Overall i give Q Link Wireless a good rating.

I don't mind leaving it in for 1 day, but why 10? Sometimes I like to shut it off to get some peace!! I love 💘the free service though, Thank you for that!!!

It’s better now that I don’t have their cheap $69.00 phone that don’t work n crashes all the time, even after one replacement. I ended up having to buy my own unlocked phone n transfer the SIM card to it and now I can send n receive calls, before all I could get was Radom people calling n leaving voicemails or text messages but could never make a call or send many messages as the service would go in and out on the cheap phone. I bout a 200.00 unlocked phone, swapped out my SIM card n now I have service that actually works. Stinks I had to go buy yet a 3rd phone to get anything to work. Apps even crash on their free phone and tablets, both are JUNK! My partner ended up having to buy me a Samsung tablet through Meier, just to be able to use one, as theirs crashes constantly!

But, the only matter is that I've requested another free phone because the hot pepper that I bought for $40 doesn't work properly, When I'm using it, it becomes too hot to touch, sometimes I have to spend around a full day to receive service and it's too slow. Despite the fact that the tower in my area was down and I had to wait four days before having service, I have had no problem with my phone service. On the other hand, the Link tablet doesn't work properly. I have reset it twice and it still freezes and cuts off when I'm using an app.

Getting started took some time and some back and forth with customer service. Once everything was sorted out there has been no problems. I brought my own phone and have switched it a few times and its usually just a matter of switching out the SIM card from one phone to the new one.
