Despite the fact that the tower in my area was down and I had to wait four days before having service, I have had no problem with my phone service. On the other hand, the Link tablet doesn't work properly. I have reset it twice and it still freezes and cuts off when I'm using an app.

Getting started took some time and some back and forth with customer service. Once everything was sorted out there has been no problems. I brought my own phone and have switched it a few times and its usually just a matter of switching out the SIM card from one phone to the new one.

I love and appreciate the free service. My only problem is sometimes my calls go straight into vm. The other thing is that sometimes I dial a number to call, and it takes a long time to connect, so I'm just holding the phone waiting for it to decide when it wants to ring. I've only had the phone service for 3 days but they sent my Sim card in 4 days so that was Awesome. They also sent me a tracking number so I could see how long it would take until I received it. What I don't like is that they don't let you keep your old number like the Ads say. And they got my name wrong and won't change it. Otherwise the service seems okay...

It's nearly impossible to find anything that is perfect, nowadays. Yet, this service comes pretty close. Aside from the occasional "missed/lost signal spots(which comes right back into being reconnected with a few steps to the next block)," all functions well & is nicely reliable. Heck, with being on limited income, this is a great service provided. Even my friends with major providers don't always get as reliable service as I usually get. So, I'm very thankful for such being available towards me. It's a true benefit for us of whom are on SSI/SSD. Cheers.

Within a day, I lost data for 2 days. It's been back since, but it's spotty. I have to turn on airplane mode a couple times a day to get the network to straighten up. The network stops responding quite frequently. I only have 2 bars inside my apt. Here, but nevertheless, the abrupt stops are something entirely different than range or signal strength. Overall, it was easy to install, and unlike most carriers, Q Link was able to provide service to this specific device. Thank you very much. If my internet service was better, meaning, not having to reset it so often, I would give more stars.

Wasn't happy with a few things at first but overall ok with this service since it'll be temporary. I received the $25 Amazon gift card as promised so that made me happy. Pretty decent service with 5g and 5g+ in a majority of the areas I go to. However a lot of little lies here and there... one of them, being told I have unlimited high speed data but this is not true, as my speeds were throttled down to 2mbps after using 5gb of data. False advertising, whether it's free for me right now or not, Q-Link gets reimbursed by the government for these false claims of unlimited high speed data, which is why it's not ok to make these false claims

What I do like is the program really helps those in need of a phone but can't afford to get one. I love the service Qlink provides for free!!!! I have hit a rough patch and was unable to pay for a phone. A friend told me about Qlink and I signed up and was approved!!! The reason for 4* instead of five is because I live outside of city limits and don’t currently have WiFi and the service doesn’t work in my home. When I asked customer service why they said they didn’t currently cover this area.

When i first saw an ad online from you guys i quickly signed up to get me a government phone but i guess i missed the important info about what type of free phone service that i had signed up for until i went to go check my mail i only got the qlink sim phone kit only and not the qlink phone i was expecting to get so after i got my sim phone kit from you guys i started to search all round my house and my sisters house to find a unlocked cellphone for my sim card and even went and asked friends and family if they had an extra unlocked phone and it seemed crazy for when nobody had one i can use for almost going on a month without having a phone missing out on my calfresh benefits because i didnt have no phone with service and a callback # to give to my caseworker until a week ahalf ago my friend finally came thru for me and blessed me with a good unlocked phone and thank you guys for not cancelling my free phone service even after all your guys emails sent me saying that i need to hurry and use the service or else its going to get cancelled thanks for your guys patience...sincerely a happy camper!!...

I love the service and the free minutes but what is killing me is you have to buy a phone through them that works but you pay 35 dollars for the cheapest phone and it's a phone from like 5 years ago so it runs slow as hell and freezes up oh yes I would love to have the Google 6 but if you truly only get food stamps and not skimming the system you can't afford a phone for even 259 dollars I am too broke and poor to afford anything like that the most expensive phone I have ever bought was 50 dollars that about max I can spend for a phone so for us poor and broke people why can't we catch a break and get a decent phone for a decent price for one because I know me and several people out there feel like that wish we could get a new Samsung or apple iphone but we can't afford it on what is we get paid just bills but that's my complaint even SafeLink and most of the other free government phone companies at least give you the first phone for free

It's a good service, and it's a decent company, but being completely honest with your customers would be very appreciated. Because even though you claim to have unlimited data, this is not a fact. Your unlimited everything plan does provide unlimited calls, and texts, but your data cuts off completely after 30 g of data every month. That's a fact, so unlimited data is actually false advertising on your part. I would've given you 5 stars if you were honest about the 30 g of data a month. So overall, I've had a good experience with your company, so I gave you 4 stars, because of the dishonesty about the data being unlimited. I'm sure this comment won't be shown anywhere since I've exposed the truth about the 30 g of monthly data, but that's okay, I just had to voice the truth
