I live in a very rural area and still get a signal. Most of the time it's only 1 or 2 bars but in an emergency that is all you need. I am waiting for them to go 5G I hope that it will be soon. I can't wait for my new sim card.

I have had very little problems with my service. The only thing that was an issue was on hold when I called for the issues I was having when I bought a phone from you and updating it. Over all this has been a good service for me. Thank you

My only issue is that incoming calls don't always come through. This has made me miss some pretty important phone calls, especially when voice mail doesn't even notify me. Other than that the service is great. It definitely has helped get me through the pandemic.

I received a tablet instead of a phone, it’s a little slow & doesn't have much memory but it’s a nice tablet other than those two small issues, I believe it’s jus slow because there’s not much space on it. With a memory card inserted it’s a little better im still trying to figure out how to set up the txt and calling (@ least tha txt).

Well at 1st I liked Qlink and referring them to family and friends was because they had the best phones for free ,way better then safelink and assurance, qlink smartphones were more up to date ,now it just seems more nicer ,and the Sims r a variety fit any phone u chose to use IPhone ,or android

I’m a firm believer that beggars cannot be choosers. This is really good service for free and my hat is off to you. This is the lowest point in my life and it will take a year or so to get back in my feet. This phone has saved my butt, because without it I couldn’t apply for jobs.

I like that I don't have to pay for overpriced cell service and I'm over the moon that my taxes pay for my service. But the call quality is downright awful. I've tried to find out if it's the phone I have or Qlink itself, but I can barely make or receive phone calls. I was promised it would be fixed once the towers were maintenance last year. I still can barely make or receive phone calls. I have a Nokia G20 4G LTE which is compatible for the service and receives data and texts just fine. Just the awful calling service.

They don't stand by what they say. At first they were supposed to furnish New smart phone and New sim card but when it came down to the final ending they renigged and only sent Free Sim card and I had to pay for New phone even though my phone was less than a year old but it wasn't compatible with your new system. Which I didn't think was fair since I had to pay for 2 phones in a year. It was not my fault the old phone didn't work. I shouldn't have had to pay for the new one. HJMACK

I love the service however incoming calls sometimes go directly to voicemail without ringing and I have yet to be able to connect to wifi calling. I'm confident these small issues will work out eventually. Mostly stress free... thanks

It was hard getting started with 6 hour wait times and finding a second phone to call about my qlink phone. I never received the promised tablet but I get texts to pay the copay of $10.01 which I will gladly do once I get the tablet. Thanks for a great service.

So far, this is really a decent service, for (FREE). Yes, the internet/phone is not optimal, but you do get a lot for (FREE). If things were better financially (NO) I would not choose this provider, but all in all I'm happy and Blessed. Thank you for helping me out in my time of need. God Bless

Had trouble with sim but the service department sent me out a new one along with telling me how to get into my iPhone to give them the number that they needed. The only thing is the iPad that you gave out for free does not work all that good it is so slow. I’ve just gave up on it and use my phone.

I purchased a smartphone in 2020 for 112.00 then you upgraded network and i had to buy a new phone but couldn't afford to. I bought the cheapest phone for 25.00 but it won't hold a charge and is super slow. Then I was sent a tablet and told to put sim card in the tablet but the sim card in phone is to small. Your customer service takes forever to get through to someone. Very frustrating

QLink has been very good to work with. I don't have any costs associated with my plan & the service is good. I was with Verizon, and although I had good service with them also, QLink offered my same plan at no cost since I'm a Senior citizen & on a limited income. Thank you QLink!

I really like the fact that this plan allows us to have phone and data service at no cost. In these uncertain times, I'm relieved to know that our wireless bill is covered for now. Talking to family and friends is so important to us, and we are able to do this thanks to Q-link wireless.

The biggest problem is that there is not a wide variety of cell phones to choose from, with that being said I feel that if there were better selections of cell phones the more customers you would have iv been told this by alot of my friends when I tell them to switch

Love the idea that it’s free to the less fortunate, but the verification part is kinda hard, I’m on Medicaid but I have no updated paperwork to prove it so I get noticed I’m getting cut off, that’s not very comforting. Needs to be a better way

Hi well my phone appears to stop working in the midst of it operating every season since March when I was having major issues.. My phone stop working on last Friday which the day before that I went online to use a different phone and to receive a SIM card from them. I received the SIM card and the phone that I wanted to use, one of the employees was telling me that it was not compatible but it was. Any who they deactivated my SIM card and will turn my phone off within 48 hours. Until one week- ten days for me to receive another SIM card. Too much Drama. I really prefered Assurance Wireless over Qlink. Qlink really must be able to adapt to the needs and wants of their customers. Disappointed with their long waiting period. Every senior should have a landline. Which is too expensive for all of us.

In my opinion Qlink is a very good choice for customers who are low income and are in need of cell phone service. Once service is set up they send you monthly statement. And the cell service is as good as your other service providers. The cell phones that they send are smart phones , but they are not that great.

Whatever the issue/help I may need from Customer/Technical Services, I am always directed to the Web Site for support, despite the fact that the information available may not address the problem. Repeated attempts to convey, by email messaging, that a particular issue is not addressed sufficiently to resolve it, the email response is scripted text, directing me back to the web site that, once again, is insufficient to resolve the problem.

I am on SSI disability due to an automobile accident. At first Qlink was a blessing financially and for the most part, still is. But recently, it has started to censor search results. This is a communistic practice. Maybe its because its a government subsidized company? Don't know don't care. Its wrong!
