ATT is another company I avoid like the plague. I remember so many times sitting with no signal while people with other providers made calls. After 13 months I cancelled my one year contract. They tried to force me to pay early termination fee. I had to escalate the call and three calls later they agreed that 13 months satisfied my 12 month contract???? I loathe ATT.

They offer a 1st responder rate, but there is minimal to nil service available in the lower SW States. I spent 2 weeks in Arizona, Texas, New Mexico and Nevada without reception.

AT&T does lose signal alot especially in some areas. The internet can be slow on LTE and it is very expensive to pay for service that isn't as great as it seems to promote.

Service is terrible, customer service is terrible. I live in a pretty popular area and never have great service. I feel since I am one of the people that is grandfathered into the unlimited data plan, they intentionally slow down my service. Every store I’ve been to has been mediocre at best. If I wasn’t in this unlimited data plan I would definitely be switching my phone service.

AT&T has the absolute worst customer service of any company I've ever done business with. Once a person has successfully navigated through the many automated processes on the phone, you will normally meet a customer service person who has not idea what to do. This applies to cellular, internet, home phone, any service they offer. Their website is also mostly un-useable.

AT&T was the second worst service I have ever used. At first they were great. Their customer service was decent and their phones were decent. Towards the end of our contract with them, they started overcharging horribly, we couldn't reach anyone friendly over the phone, then they double-charged us for ending the contract. They also started to require use of certain products to continue contract for cell phones. No way will I ever use them again.
