I have been with AT&T since they were Pac Bell. I never had a problem wherever I went. My sister decided we should all switch providers and everything went bad for us. Missed calls, dead zones, the slowest data ever!!! Nightmare! After a few months of nonsense we switched back and now all is well again. I will never do that again!

i have tried several cell phone providers, including the disposable phone companies. I LOVE AT&T. They have very competitive rates, their customer service is great, and the calls are always clear and crisp. I changed companies a few times trying to save a buck, but I always end up coming back to AT&T. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family! GOOD JOB AT&T!!

I have had AT & T as my phone service for several years. Recently I have had a lot of trouble with calls cutting in and out. I know we have had a lot of growth in our area and I wondered if that could be the problem. I called AT & T and they were great to work with. I did some price comparing when I first started having these problems but realized that I'm getting a pretty good deal with AT & T. They did fix the problem and I have much better reception now.

This is the best service, best data speed, and best overall experience I have ever had with a cell phone company. Amazing phone selection, great financing options. I always seem to have service and data when others do not. I have never had a random charge or higher bill (without reason I knew about). I am very happy.

Working out the bugs is frustrating. The product is good when it's working. The techs seem to be friendly, intelligent about the product but held back by the I eternal workings of the support process. Far too many layers for the techs to have to deal with just to get what needs to be completed. Work on reducing the layers and I think your support could be top notch.

I have had AT&T for ten years. Only the last two years I began service with a smart phone. I did notice that compared to my one friends growing up I did not have service in certain areas but she did with Verizon. Overall though I was satisfied with the service and how AT&T helped me get important information off of wet, cracked, and other broken phones.

The Day B4 Thanksgiving my phone decided to LOSE SERVICE. I called AT&T Customer Service and was told of an outage in my area and also got cut off every time I was in process of phone call with a rep to discuss my issue. I went to my local store and was told a NEW SIM CARD is my issue. Had it 2 weeks now and seems to be working well...... The fact that I spend $60 /month for service and deal with this situation is unbearable. Should any more issues arise I will be switching service.

AT&T has been fine. My family has used them for the past six years. Service has been good everywhere we go, but customer service is disappointing. We especially were disappointed with our recent trip to Europe - we went to the AT&T store to get our international plan set up, and the employee was very clear that we would be getting just as much data and service as our domestic plan. When we got abroad, we found that reality was very different. It sucked. And AT&T wouldn't do anything to help us. Bummed, but their day-to-day service for us is fine, so we stay with them.

I have been with AT&T for the last 12 years. We have only had problems like twice in that time, so that is not bad. The service is really great, I rarely have issues with service issues and call drops. We get an amazing price because of when we signed up. I wish they had an unlimited data option, but we do have a lot of data to share.

Have had my cell service with AT&T for over a decade. Service is strong everywhere I've been. The addition of other international services being included is super helpful for travel especially to Mexico and Canada. Only complaint is you have to inquire about there new programs or they keep you on your old plan. Often times you can get cheaper service with more/unlimited updates just by asking. Worth speaking with them once a year to see if you can save

I'm been a long time customer of AT&T for my cell phone service, my husbands and our two son's. With phone calls AT&T has always been very helpful in keeping our bill low, in letting us know the latest discounts, the latest programs. And not only is the service helpful but the phone signal and reception works very well. I think it is the best cell phone service. Before this when I had 18 employees I had all of my sales people on AT&T. My sons have gone to school out of state and the service has worked very well where they live too. I'm very pleased.

I have always been extremely happy with their service - although I was not always a big fan of the fact that they did not have unlimited data without paying a lot more. I wrote many reviews (as I am sure others did), and they heard us! Ever since they came out with their unlimited data plan, I have become a totally satisfied customer. I will never go anywhere else!

My experience with AT&T is pretty good for the most part . One of the things that I don't like is when you call in to speak to a live person it takes what seems like forever. I like personal service, not talking to an automated machine. But other than that I have been a valued customer for a long time & I have no intentions of changing providers. Thanks AT&T

AT&T is among the higher priced mobile phone service providers but you often get what you pay for in this industry. I have previously been with Verizon (the most expensive) and T-Mobile (less expensive, but poor coverage). AT&T has a robust and reliable network with good speed. As someone who travels for work, it is comforting to know that my phone will get a connection all over the U.S., something I could not count on with T-Mobile.

My family and I have had AT&T so long that I can't remember having anything else! With AT&T being a GSM network, it allows the capability of being able to surf and internet and talk. We need to be able to text, talk, and surf the web in our lives! I've never had any major issues with my AT&T service in the many years we've used them and will definitely continue into the future.

They tech that came out to our home to service it gave us his personal number to contact him because we were having so much trouble. But when they finally figured out what the cause was, they approved O.T. so they could get it repaired once and for all.

My family and I were AT&T users for a number of years. Let's be real, the more providers there are, the higher they need to make their cost. This is why we left AT&T. We found a better deal through Verizon and we have had them for quite sometime. As you are researching, make sure to look into the perks of AT&T and also into the negative effects. This will provide you with valid data as you make your decision of which provider to us. Sadly, I have had poor communication with customer service and feel that it has a long way to go before being super efficient. Look into monthly fees, hidden fees, annual fees, and then decide if you think it will be good for you.

AT&T has been a consistently trustworthy phone provider. During my travels abroad, I wasn’t even charged any international fees. This is super helpful considering I leave the country a lot. They are always readily available on the phone if I have any questions, and for that I am grateful. Data is usually reliable, and my friends that don’t have AT&T are often jealous of me when my service is better than theirs. I am very pleased with this company as a whole, and I would recommend to anyone.

Do not use AT&T or their online trade-in service. I traded in an iPhone 11 and they are claiming they received an iPhone 8 so I am not getting any money for my trade (costing me over $800). There is no oversight of their "back office" that processes trade-ins and there is no way for customers to verify what was sent in. They told me I cannot use Find My iPhone to locate my phone or have my trade-in phone returned to me. They told me there is nothing I can do that their "back office" has made their decision and I am out of luck. Have been a customer of AT&T for 20 years and will be switching to Verizon and I recommend everyone else does as well.

We have been an ATT customer for over 20 years (back when they Cingular). We recently upgraded our phones with a trade in. We pay for 5 lines. Phones were picked up at an ATT store. The gentleman at the store helped us factory reset the trade-in phones and mail them back in. ATT has denied our trade in stating the phones were not unlocked - They don't know how to do that? Now they want us to pay $60 more every month. We are old - we cant afford that. After spending hours upon hours online, and with phone support, and the store... we are out of luck - they don't care one bit. And since their processes take so long, it is past the return date of the new phones. We are jumping ship to Verizon no matter what it costs. ATT does not care about its customers. Avoid them like the plague.

I bought an Apple watch from AT&T for my 12-year-old son, instead of getting him the phone that he's been begging for. Soon thereafter, the watch stopped working. After spending more than 40 hours (that's not an exaggeration) over a span of several months trying to get Apple and AT&T to troubleshoot and diagnose the problem, it was discovered that the problem was on AT&T's end. I no longer want the watch because it can't serve the one purpose I bought it for: getting in touch with my son. I don't want a refund on the money I've already paid toward the watch. I just want to get rid of the watch and not have to pay the $250 balance, so I can get my son a phone. Seems pretty reasonable to me: Why should I have to pay for a defective watch? Well, AT&T refused to stand by their service/products and said that I have to continue to pay for the watch, which doesn't work because of an issue with AT&T's service. I am appalled by their approach to customer service. I didn't want to leave AT&T, but because they refuse to stand by their products/services, I certainly will be switching to one of their competitors once my contract is up. AT&T ought to be embarrassed by the way they do business. They're going to lose what would have been a lifelong customer, all over $250. Disgraceful.

went into the ATT store in Naples Plaza in Naples Florida. I indicated that I wanted to take advantage of an iPhone 14 promotion for $5.00 a month. I further indicated that I wanted no other changes to my plan. I specifically said that I wanted the same insurance on the new phone as I had on my old phone. The salesman told me that he was saving me money by changing my insurance to a plan that would cover all four devices on my plan rather than insurance on each of my three phones. When I got home I had an email from ATT estimating that my new ongoing charges would be approximately $270 mo. compared to $241 on my current bill. After an hour on the phone with customer service I was told that my ongoing bill would actually be $257mo. They told me that the insurance plan I had previously for $8 mo had been a grandfathered plan which is no longer offered and once changed could not be changed back.  My $180 phone (5x36) was now going to cost $576 ($16x36) plus a $35 upgrade fee for a total of $611   The $11 increase has no 36 month term so who knows how much it will cost in total thus $611+++ This is a deceptive business practice by any definition.

I’ve had ATT for decades even way back to Na Bell but they have become so overwhelmingly difficult to work with I can’t even see trying further. Not just horrible cell service but horrible customer service and in this new Messed Up World they care even less. I just wanted to upgrade TWO PHONES, but they are out. Not just the ones I wanted but out of all phones. Even the store attendant was beside himself. I went to the Lake Havasu location where “Will” is now the manager and he’s way better than the lousy manager the everyone knew was a bad fit. His hands are tied as ATT WANTS YOU TO GO ONLINE TO ELIMINATE COMMISSIONS TO THEIR REPS. So I had to order online where it send me a link to choose the 2phones I wanted, I’ll pay cash up front I don’t care but we need simple I-phones that work. The link told to to click the link to ask for help so I did. A guy came on and was eager to sell me two phones and when I told him I just spent near two hours at their store to be told to go online because they had no phones available and what I wanted. He replied you have to go online at which I replied I did and clicked the link to send me to you. He said well you have to order online anymore and I just was beside myself. I HOPE YOU SUFFER GREATLY ATT AS I WIL BE SEITCHING OVER THD FACT THAT YOUR COMPANY IS SO INCOMPETENT ONE CANT EVEN ORDER A PHONE, YOU GUYS ARE UNREAL AND LOOSING A NEAR 40 YEAR FAITHFUL CUSTOMER. VERIZON IS ABOUY THE SAME SO I THINK ILL TRY T-MOBILE OR SOME OTHER NO NAME COMPANY AS YOU ARE UNFIT FOR MY BUSINESS…😡

We had 2 techs come to our new house in April to set up the internet due to the last owners ripping the connections out of the walls. 1 tech signed us up for the cell service & gave us a bunch of special discounts that only techs get. This did not help us when we called their customer service line or went in-store due to these folks not getting these specific deals. Our bill has been a mess ever since. Then they shut off our automatic withdrawal & took away that discount. So i had to go up to store to get it fixed. They did not tell me it can take up to 4 billing cycles for it to kick back in. It's coming from our bank acct. We've had at&t internet for years, moved to different states w/ it, only ever had 1 issue w/ them claiming we didn't return a modem when in fact they told us to leave it due to it being a "community router". Took 2yrs to get them to fix that mess. The reason i say this is because the they cut our cell service off after not withdrawing our payment & then "fixing it". The tech today claims the payment was kicked back... saying the bank must not recognize at&t withdrawal... yet We've had our internet automatically withdrawn for years & it's been withdrawing from the same bank acct. this entire time w/o issue... but yet our cell isn't? And i know it will come out regardless of whether or not there's money in the acct. when it's linked directly to the bank acct. When the last rep corrected the situation, she told me to use the app to do a payment arrangement, however even tho i chose oct. 26th, they changed it (w/o notifying me) to the 13th & just cut the service off!! Now claiming i broke our promise to pay. Then told me that's due to them not allowing me to arrange it past the 17th. Well that's not what your app allowed! So now we are shut off for the next 10 days & i have major health issues & stay home w/ our little boy. They also owe us $800 for my husband's trade-in & they sent us 3 faulty phones so we decided not to purchase a phone from them. They told us they can only disperse the payments portioned out over the next 2yrs. So basically, they locked us into a contract they claim they don't do. So now, in order to get away from At&t we have to spend money & lose our $800 credit due to their crappy service. The techs & customer service reps really don't know what they are doing. Every single person I've talked to tells me something different. I've spent hours HOURS on the phone & at their stores every single month since April trying to fix our acct. And this whole "it takes 3 cycles to show up on your bill" BS is just that, BS. AT&T ruins people. I recently found out they've screwed 3 of my family members over too. We will be leaving AT&T as soon as we can. Thought the grass would be greener & it's been a nightmare.

Awful unprofessional company. Salesman lied and disappeared when we had questions about the 2 phones we signed up for. Activated one and discovered the coverage was NOT the same as Verizon and had no coverage in the areas we frequent. Immediately canceled the contract and sent the phones back. Then started getting huge bills from AT&T and called over 5 times to get an itemization. Finally they figured out we DID send the phones back and struck that off the bill. At last we get a past due letter for around $95 so we called to find out what that charge was for. At no point could we get an itemized invoice. Some charge for "restocking" and 1 activation fee. But finally to get them off our back we paid it. I hope I never hear from that company again!

Should have kept the five phones.
