love their service, I always seem to have 3 bars anywhere I go and the prices aren’t as expensive as other cell phone providers. Their auto pay allows for me to not even have to go into the store to pay my bill.

Overall, having AT&T family plan has proven to be The best an economical decision for my phone plan. However, internet and cell service can be quite inconsistent. In areas where other phone companies work well AT&T may not work at all, and vice versa.

I've been a customer for years. The family plan has worked out great for us. Coverage has been a problem in the mountains at a cabin. It seems we are constantly working with AT&T to figure out a solution that works for a while, then we call when we have issues again and try something else. Sometimes they have been more helpful then other times.

AT&T has amazing coverage for the U.S and when travelling abroad. They have affordable and useful plans when travelling out of the country, and provide good service when in use. The price of the bill can be high, but the service and customer service is great.

I’ve used AT&T for 4 years now, and it’s been great. I have cell coverage in the mountains, which is really nice when camping. They always have great deals for upgrading your phone. My only complaint is how long it takes to talk to customer service to arrange warranties for a phone. Very time consuming.

AT&T is great considering the widespread of their networks, due to their popularity compared to other providers. The prices are quite high, and there can be issues when it comes to phone upgrades and pricing. Still, it would seem ineffective to let go of their service given the quality service my devices have using their network.

We were very please with AT&T for several years, but eventually we tried to get a better deal financially and we did. Sorry. While we were with AT&T we enjoyed the service and the extra effort that the customer service department gave me so that I could understand and have answered any of my questions.

I'm currently with AT&T and the service has been great. The connection is excellent, the customer service is adequate, and billing is very easy. I've had my AT&T account hacked a couple times by someone who ordered himself some new phones, but AT&T took care of me and removed the orders from my account.

AT&T is a good company overall, while I did not feel that the national overall cell service coverage was as strong as other carriers I have used. I am impressed with At&t's coverage in the wilderness and outback and found it better than anyone else in that arena, but in the everyday coverage in. Urban and rural America - I believe they could improve in the strength of their coverage

WE HAVE BEEN WITH AT&T FOR MANY YEARS AND EVEN THOUGH WE COMPLAIN ABOUT SOME OF THEIR SERVICE PEOPLE THEY REALLY DO TRY AND HELP YOU IWTH YOUR PROBLEMS. THEY ARE OVER PRICED AND YET I GUESS WE STAY WITH THEM BECAUE WE ARE ABLE TO HAVE PART OF OUR SONS FAMILY ON OUR PROGRAM AND DO NOT WANT TO MAKE EVERYONE CHANGE.. IT USED TO BE THE SERVICE IN SOME AREAS WITH THEM AND OUR CELL PHONES WAS POOR BUT THAT HAS GOTTEN BETTER. MANY OF THE TECHNICIANS IN THEIR STORES LIKE THE MALLS ARE WILLING TO HELP AS MUCH AS THEY CAN. HARD TO GET ON THE PHONE WITH A MAJOR PROBLEM AND GET THE HELP YOU NEED.

I have nothing bad to say about them or their cell phone service, its just that they are way overpriced. I would look somewhere else before signing a contract with them.

Went in to switch from my local home town provider and got kind of a surprise. The customer service was great. The plans were ok. The news that they told me not good. Was informed that my local company has all other companies blocked and that they could not provide me service. Super bummed but wasn't really on them.

compete with Verizon, but still fall short. All companies have their flaws, I would only be an AT & T customer if Verizon ever drove me off. They have pricey service but decent coverage. At & T has decent service but only where their network is available, so it wouldn't cut it for me because I travel through the desert.

Overall, AT&T offers good service. However, at times, it becomes annoying as it will go in and out of service in certain zones when other carriers would not. I like how AT&T offers unlimited data with Direct TV, it actually is very beneficial for our family and the price is not terrible for the service. AT&T gets the job done, its not the best carrier, but it is sufficient.

AT&T is my current mobile phone provider. They have decent coverage. I do have a few areas that are spotty. They have a great family plan that works well for our needs. Sometimes I do have issues on their LTE network. I love their international plan. Very easy and affordable to travel with.

I have had AT&T as my cell provider for the past 16 years. They've been great. I've never had a dropped call, if I have an issue, customer service, while not always great, will eventually get my issue taken care of. I think the prices are fair for their competition.

We switched to AT&T several years ago. They have been pretty good. Coverage is good but not the best. Prices seem a little high. Not bad. Their web site is a mess. It is very slow (I have tried it on fast and slow networks). It is so hard to find anything. It has taken me a year to figure out where the features are that I use all the time. As soon as I figured it out they changed the layout.

My husband has AT&T and he likes it! Once in awhile when we visit a small town the service is not the best and that is frustrating. But the customer service is always amazing they are always easy to deal with and we have no complaints other then we wish there was a better amount of coverage even in those small towns!

AT&T by far had the best coverage. We never had a dropped call or service issues. We had them for years and would of stayed with them had it not been for the price increases. We compared prices with other carriers and found a better deal. We wanted to stay, but AT&T didn't care we were long standing good customers, and just let us close our accounts.

A little more expensive than some providers. I have never had an issue with dropped calls or spotty service, however. If I have a question, I can chat online with a customer service rep and usually get things resolved quickly. Very responsive.

Accounts are not secure and AT&T takes no responsibility for securing your account to keep others from being able to charge whatever they want on it and make changes to your plans. Passwords and passcodes nothing

I have a problem with my phone, pulled up to a brick and motar store, there was a sign on the door that said "on break back soon" I knocked on the door a guy came and said he was on a break and would be available in 30 minutes, I was the only customer there! So I waited 30 minutes he let me in ..and 3.5 HOURS LATER LEFT, THE PHONE NOT FIXED I AM 72 YEARS YOUNG THIS IS THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! SO SAD....

been with this company since i've owned a phone at 17 yrs old and i can believe how terrible the customer service has gotten. i called to get a breakdown of why my bill was 320 instead of 120 and the rep kept stop asking if i was ready to make payment over and over again. anyways i'm ready to find something different even if i have to pay more for some simple customer service.

I canceled my internet service 4/07/2023. AT&T drew a payment from my bank account a month later even the service was canceled. I checked my account on line and I had a credit that should be refunded. 4 months later I'm still waiting for that refund. On 8/7/2023 I called AT&T and I was told yes there is a refund, but he has to connect me to another department. I had to explain my problem 5 times and stay on the phone for 1:07 Hour and gues what I was not done. Nothing happend. It is so easy for AT&T to get your money, but it is so hard for them to refund any over payment. That is AT&T.

I switched to At&t and traded in both my wife's and my phones. The phones were lost in the return process, using an at&t provided label, and I have been over billed since December. I am about 8 hours waisted on multiple support calls delivering tracking numbers and everything they have asked for. They have not found a solutions and basically I have to eat the 2 phones they lost and I will be returning the new devices, cancelling and warning people at every turn. DON'T SWITCH TO AT&T, horrible experience horrible service, no accountability. I just wanted to get the word out.

What was sold and what was billed was a difference of $90 a month, sometimes more. Customer service was terrible. One department would "fix the issue and the next month another department would un-fix it. No resolution. If you're purchase a phone from them they will not let you switch to another carrier without paying off the phone first. Even when they are literally stealing from you.
