It’s been a good mobile network. I almost always have service. The international plans are quite expensive however, so if you travel a lot, it might not be for you.

Before T-Mobile, our family used to use AT&T. They were a good, average carrier, but I like my new carrier more. There wasn't anything wrong with AT&T, my T-Mobile plan is just better for me.

AT&T is so overpriced and still drops calls in certain areas. It's almost always reliable in cities but I dont think its necessarily worth the price tag. They also slack on notifying their customers about service outages.

After multiple attempts to update my last name after getting married, and poor cell service, I decided to switch to another company. At&T cancelled my service and then refused to unlock my phone for 48 hours so I was without a phone until I completed a very clunky and in all honesty, infuriating online process. I was very disappointed with At&T's customer service. Multiple phone representatives were unhelpful, did not listen to my requests, and made me confident that I would never be a customer again.
