Service is great! The customer service sucks. You have to plan on being on the phone a half a day. You end up talking to someone in a foreign country. They will not or cannot let you talk to someone in the US.

High fees, bills you can’t understand and taxes that never end. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. My biggest complaint is being more confused after speaking with customer service about my charges than I was before I called them.

When I had my cell service from them, I would always get dropped calls. Or couldn't hear the other person and vise versa. Reception was poor and service was bad. I switched over to a better cell service.

Terrible at getting through and getting information about my account or trying to set up my account so that it is the way I want it. Repeatedly had to make calls regarding multiple billing errors. The people are nice but their system is horrible. Don't trust it at all. Poor coverage.
