Loved it while I had it but my bill was ALWAYS incorrect. Called in every month and every month it was fixed easily but this process got to be very tiring. Coverage was excellent. Price was meh.

We have had phones with AT&T for many years and have generally been happy with them and the service. We tried to have a mini-tablet taken off of our account after it was paid for. It took many calls, many transfers, and many HOURS to make this happen. It was an unpleasant experience.

Overpriced, decent service and coverage. The main reason I didn't love AT&T was because they were so HIGH priced. We were with them for many years and had to switch because their pricing wasn't at all competitive with other carriers. Their service and coverage was great but not for the price.

We stay with AT&T because they have good reception and fair prices. I still don't think their reception is as good as Verizon's but they have made headway. It would be nice to get updates for MY AREA on the new 5G LTE.

AT&T has been a pretty good provider, however sometimes it can be frustrating. At my school, it is almost like there are little black holes, where my phone is unable to receive or send any text messages or calls. It has been annoying, and has prevented me from always being able to communicate with my friends or family.

Not as good of service as Verizon and not as good value as t-mobile. AT&T just doesn't really seem to be good for consumers. Perhaps they have good plans for business customers. Coverage is ok but not better than the other two big players.

I had AT&T as my carrier with my company several years ago. They were a reputable company to use but I found that the coverage wasn't as great as my current carrier. Their prices are comparable so I probably won't be returning.

Horrible customer service! I tried using the web to cancel my account. Not possible. I tried calling customer service. Their automated system wouldn’t put me through to a human because I couldn’t remember my pin. I finally had to drive to an AT&T store. Goodbye forever AT&T!

I have tried for 3 weeks to switch carriers but they refused to unlock my phone so I could switch even though they admitted that it was paid off and should be able to be unlocked. So now I need to buy a new one and lost the deposit I paid to my new carrier. Do not give this company your money. They are a bunch on crooks.

The absolute worst! If there is one company that absolute socks when it comes to resolving any issues with your bill is AT&T. I had service with them a while a back and it was absolute disaster to fix a biling issue. One person said it was fixed, next bill issue never resolved. It went on for months until I blew a screw and cancel my service.

If I could give a 0 I would. If you sign up through Sam's or Costco or anywhere that isn't an ATT store. They are contractors that are not with ATT and when their contract ends your bill will go up significantly and you pretty much stuck paying more for 4-5 months. Stay away! Stay with T-Mobile. ATT is the devil.

AT&T is absolutely horrendous. If you like to get lied to about everything you are purchasing and your bill being twice as much as promised and calling and talking to them about it, they’re a perfect fit for you. I did nothing to change my bill and it went up $54.33. Absolutely disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend them at all.

I am unable to move my camper due to a dropped AT&T wire that drapes across its roof as the result of AT&T doing work in the neighborhood. I am unable to get this resolved because I am not an AT&T customer. Beyond frustrating!

I was a customer since 1986. In 2018 I terminated our business relationship due to bad customer service, nickel-and-diming on charges, inability to remove or even explain charges. You do not treat long-term customers like this.

Their personnel at their stores lie about what it takes to get free or reduced upgrages and the corporate office does not correct the issue. This has happened multiple times with people on my account. So I swithched mid-month and had prepaid for a full month, and they do not prorate the prepaid amount. They suck.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Money pit, hidden unexplained fees, price gouging. For 1 month of service and returning phone I was charged 223.00 for 1 mo. Normally with past company I paid 60. 70. A mo. I regretted leaving my old carrier. New carrier 70. Month w new phone. No hidden fees.
