They have a good product and it's reliable and they do what they say. They're user friendly. It's easy to get in touch with them and you actually get to speak with people and not machines all the time. I'm very satisfied with the look of it and with the way it handles. Easy to operate. They were always very responsive when I called, they made the appointment, they came out, everybody was on time. And then when the gentleman came to actually install the blinds, everything happened just the way they said it was going to happen and in the time we fashion.

I also have shutters in my home and they were delayed and we had some problems, but I had no problems from start to finish. Convenient. Management was great and so was cuestomer service. I had some issues with one of the windows because they installed the wrong one, then they came to change that and also was wrong again. So three times to to to get the the the right one. But everything was done very professionally, despite this mistake that was just one of the the windows. I'm quite happy.

The time it took was very good. We love their blinds. We got the remote control ones and we can sit down and push them up and pull them up. We got windows that are really, really high, so they were very, very convenient for us. I've had a very good experience with customer of blinds. It was a pretty easy process. I'm just glad we have blinds because we didn't before. We got the typical blind, so they're exactly what I expected. Just your standard blind, didn't get anything fancy or anything super different. They're totally fine. We never had any issues. I was really pleased that the blinds actually came in a little bit before they had quoted. I think they said originally it was going to be 4 weeks and I think it only took like 2 to 3. So that was really nice to be able to get them in before.

I had a couple different companies come out and 3 Day Blinds were the quickest in timing, turnaround, and also quality. It was easy to make an appointment. The designer was very helpful in making decisions, and the person that came out to install was very professional. They worked within the budget that I had set. I recommend their product. I recommend the representatives, they were knowledgeable, the installers were fabulous, and they didn't disappoint. The product was exactly what was shown to me in the initial presentation and then I wasn't disappointed when the product was actually installed. There was some follow up work that had to be done and because of the product what was shipped wasn't complete and so they were timely in getting it repaired.

The sales guy knew the installer that was coming and everybody communicated to me, I knew what to expect. They seemed very professional and it didn't seem like anything was confusing. It was all straight up. This was going down, and this was going to happen, and this guy will be here to put them in, and they all showed up. I didn't need the blinds till after Christmas, but then they came in 3 weeks early, so we got them in before, so that was kind of nice too.

They do well with what you have in your home and the installation was pristine. The guys who did the installation were really good people who did an excellent job, very clean. I like the fact that they come to your house and do the measuring. The representative that came to measure was great and very helpful, and the installer was very good and professional and you could tell they were highly skilled at what they do. If there was an issue, they took care of it. They're beautiful and they work really well. And the material is nice.

The girl came out on time to consult with me and gave me pricing on the spot, was able to pick out everything in less than an hour, and then everything was on time with delivery and installation. The blinds look beautiful. I have a custom valance, custom plantation shutters and then I have another custom blind and all three are perfect like we expected.

The consultant or person who came to give me a quote and everything was extremely knowledgeable. Then the person that measured was very good, and then the person that installed was outstanding too. So I had 3 different people that I encountered that were all very skilled and knowledgeable. The speed of how quickly they move to get from consult to installation was a remarkably short amount of time for something like that. I think that's probably the best thing. And you still get great quality. The blind they put in, they did a great job, it's beautiful. I've had a lot of compliments.

Peggy was a sales person and she was very personable, took her time, went over the options with me. There was number rush, very nonchalant and relaxed, and the installer was magnificent. He came. They are pretty expensive. They're customed to my windows. I have pretty large and high windows, so they got it exactly what I was supposed to. It was a constant back and forth that I had to handle. They're pretty thick, they block out the light which is the main reasons I got them and overall pretty good quality from what I've seen so far. They were pretty responsive. There were just a few delays, but they did manage to get everything set up in a timely manner.

She measured for the price, but then also she had someone else come in, so that she made sure that her measurements were precise so that when I received the product it would go in smoothly. They really work. Unless my husband or I set the alarm, I would sleep right through the day thinking it was still nighttime in my bedroom. The best thing would have been all the installation. The person who came in to install the blinds was expeditious. The measurements were very accurate. He showed me how to raise and lower the blinds because I got the lowering from the top and raising from the bottom, and he also showed me that if I was getting any light at the very bottom I was to pull the blind below the sill and then push it in and it would fit exactly and block out all the light.

When I've had issues or needs, they found a way to resolve it. The material is good material and so far, they've functioned as designed. They change their fabrics so if you buy something and you decide you didn't do your entire house all at once, it's hard to get the same fabric choice in 3-6 months, they're telling you that fabric is no longer available.

3 Day presented the product very good and had what I wanted because I'm very light sensitive, my eyelids are thin, and I need a blackout type curtain and they provided what I needed. They're wonderful blinds, it's just that it's hard sometimes. I have arthritis real bad and it's hard sometimes to pull them up and down. I got them with the rope thing and it's hard for me to do it, but it'd be hard with any curtain. Installation was fast. They came and put them in and it was done. And they work wonderfully.

They're very expensive. One thing we ordered wasn't the color anticipated, I wish we could have seen the comparison before installation. It was nice that they come to measure, they take responsibility for the measuring and then the installation. Very nice quality and they work well. I have the automated blinds and they do work very well. Everything has gone smooth.

The guy that did the install was also very knowledgeable and took time to just demonstrate how to use the blinds and then also talk about caring for the blinds as well. I appreciated that, he was pretty good. The process was very easy, it wasn't complicated at all, and it didn't take too much time to do the order. The guy who came out to give me the estimate was very nice and he seemed very knowledgeable. He provided great feedback and guidance to what I should get or what would look right.

Great customer service and nice installation. We've been really happy with them, both the darkening ones and the light filtering ones as well. They're really easy to use and easy to maintain. They were really dependable and punctual, for the both the consultation and the install and then very professional, done very quickly, but also done very well.

Customer service was outstanding. The blinds are beautiful. They will last my lifetime and I just thoroughly enjoy them. They were here at the appointment time that we scheduled and also when the installers came, they kept calling me to let me know when they would arrive. The installers were outstanding. It was perfection once they were done. Outstanding service.

I knew the person that came out to do measurements and I was very happy with her and with the installation. I'm waiting for phone calls because we need a new remote for our blinds, but we haven't heard anything about that yet, but I'm not worried about it. The blinds that were installed in our living room that help cut out the sun are effective, but maybe a little too dark.

I used 3 Day Blinds in the past and found them reliable and easy to work with. The blinds are durable - I've had some in this house for 20 years. And they're beautiful and easy. The manager was super easy to work with. Really knowledgeable, very patient, really that was great. The person who installed was really fast. I did have a little billing issue and when I called about it, the person I talked to was really gracious and courteous.

They took the time to explain and show me what they had and they were just very very professional and they just came in and and make you feel like you were going to be part of the family. I have been using the blinds for a few weeks now and they're fantastic. They do everything that was promised and we are just really happy with them. Very efficient from when they were ordered and they came in and they were installed all in a very short period of time and everybody that came was just fantastic to work with.

Everyone we dealt with designer and sales, measurements, installers, were all pleasant, professional, and efficient. The products seem first-rate. We are satisfied with the process and the results. The wait for custom shutters was rather long, but understandable given circumstances. And one unit that was replaced at the original installer's recommendation, is noticeably, to me, crooked. But that may be due to the actual construction of the window. Others might not notice.

I had a friend whose home I've been in and they had gotten blinds from 3 Day Blinds when they first moved in about five years ago. I knew they were happy with those, so that's who I went with. The young woman who came and sold the blinds was outstanding. She didn't push a sale any one direction and knew immediately what I was looking for. Everything was done efficiently from ordering to delivery and no mess left behind. The only kind of complaint that I had is that they left a couple of tiny marks on our new windows.

Kept seeing advertisement in our local newspaper. I had already gone to several other department stores in and didn't see what I wanted. The person I worked with at 3 Day Blinds gave me guidance and offered to come to my home. They were polite and didn't try to highball me or lowball me. I just loved the experience. One of the blinds was incorrect and they were swift to replace it and to install it again. The quality of blinds just makes my house look so much better.

We called the number and the lady helped us sort it all out and she came right over. 5The sales person did a great job and the young man that came and installed it did a super job. It was fast and it was easy to do. We really like them. I think the only issue we're going to have is I was told that after two to three months we would have to recharge them so that they will go up and down, so I've got to figure out how to do that. That's about the only thing I'm not sure how to do.
