I like the helpful attitude. But feel I should have been given a better deal since the service provider at the time over charged me and I feel sunpower used the overcharged Bill's to figure out my current payment amount.

When they installed the panels they left them dirty, filled with smudges and fingerprints all over them. They told me at least 4 times they would come and clean them and they never did. I have talked to the sales rep several times also and he said they would get cleaned and nothing has ever been done. Why would they consistantly lie to me? I would not recommend them to anyone.
