Today, Kohler is one of the oldest tub companies in the world and is focused on providing comfortable, beautiful, and clean walk-in tubs to each of its customers.

KOHLER’s installation specialists are specially trained and certified by the company to install walk-in baths and handle all plumbing and electrical work, treat each home as if it were their own, and lay down canvas mats and wear booties while working in the home to avoid tracking any dirt.

Most installations take one or two days to complete, but if additional time is needed, the installers will promptly let the customer know. After the installation is complete, KOHLER’s professionals will make sure the bath is watertight and that the jets, heated surfaces, drain, and handshower function exactly as they are supposed to. Then, they will walk the customer through how to work each feature and operate their new walk-in tub, as well as answer any questions that they may have. KOHLER’s installation specialists will also carefully remove the old bathtub or shower and take it with them when they leave so that the customer doesn’t need to worry about disposal.

Designed and Engineered in the USA

Every KOHLER walk-in tub is proudly designed and assembled in the USA at the company’s state-of-the-art facility in Kohler, Wisconsin. KOHLER ensures that every bath meets its rigorous quality control standards.

We are satisfied with the Kohler tub we purchased, but Kohler should be more careful about the contractors they hire to install them. Our installation was a nightmare and we could not use the tub for a month due to it leaking into our basement. Ultimate cause was improper installation by the contractor after 6 service calls.

When I called and talked to Alexis, she was not very helpful. But when I later talked to Jessica, she was very helpful. I wish someone would just call and tell me the truth about when my project will get started. I am in poor health and this was going to be a health treatment for me ( a very expensive one I might say) however if it helps it would be worth it. I am beginning to think I made a bad choice.

The tub is great but the toilet installed is the wrong size and I can't get a hold of anyone. Also, my vanity area wall was damaged and now I'm left with an additional bill to fix it and paint. Additionally not everything budgeted was needed so I'd like credit for those items. I look forward to hearing from someone soon.
