Return Policy

Customers wanting to return their Independent Home walk-in tub must first request a Return Authorization Form from the company and have the original receipt, and the company must have a record of the purchase in its system. Items that are qualified for returns must be in new condition, never been used, and in the original packaging. If the tub has been installed or used in any manner, it is not qualified and not eligible for return. Also, the customer is responsible for a 30 percent restocking fee, the original shipping charges and the shipping charges back to the company.
