The WFG. Helped me got out of a time share mortgage payment. Vistana was taking money out of my amex card for admin fees, mnt Fees and charging the card for whatever they felt. The WFG. Didn't get my money back but they helped me get this and it off my credit. They are also helping me get my credit score repaired. Their communication was Adequate for my case and they were flexible with payment. I did what they requested of my and they worked the rest. Overall I am happy with the results. It would have been nice to get the money back but I'm glad to have this behind me.
