Had a great experience. The team is very honest, what they described as their process is exactly what happened. I followed their instructions and was able to have the timeshare cancelled. I am so relieved of having the monthly loan payment and annual dues off my mind. I would recommend Wesley Financial to anyone wanting to cancel their timeshare.

From the very first call to the end of the process WF was there every step of the way. All of my questions and concerns were answered promptly. The process only took a few months and I know longer had to worry about the Timeshare that I once owned.

I was very skeptical at first, but they got it done in less than 10 weeks! it only took 6 weeks once I was assigned a specialist, April F was responsive and she was on top of it! I should have done this years ago! Lynda Fratis

A bit pricey, but it was worth it. This is a legit company that can get you out of your timeshare. They ask you to help out with the research and the experience you had at sale time and during your membership. Then proceed based at that information. At least talk to them as the conversation is non-binding and costs nothing.

We hired Wesley to help us get out of our timeshare. They walked us through every step and assisted us with any questions we had. They were very prompt with any follow throughs, and as a result we no longer are weighted down with a timeshare. It has all been legally taken care of, and we are grateful.

We are grateful that Wesley Financial got us out of the timeshare situation we were in. They were extremely professional throughout the process, and constantly kept us up to date with the frequent e-mail contacts. We were also able to easily contact them if we had any questions. We could not recommend them any higher.

I would like to resolve my issues with Wesley Financial! Hopefully the Department of Consumer Affairs, State of Tennessee will resolve my complaint. If not then other measures will have to be taken.

This company is not what I expected. Yes we did get out of the timeshare but more or less they just give you some ideas of what to say to your timeshare company and them play the waiting game. I honestly think the only reason we got out of it is because they told us to stop paying everything and the timeshare terminated do to failed payment. Also the cost that we had left to pay the timeshare company is about how much Wesley financial charged us. Trying to get ahold of your timeshare specialist usually takes about 2 weeks, and they keep sending you to different specialists. Honestly they should cancel our payments due to Wesley Financial Group for only doing ⅓ of the work...

The only way I could be happier with WFG is if they were in the room to stop me from purchasing the time share in the first place. It is a long process so trust they are working for you.....

Priscilla was wonderful to work with. The process took much longer than it should have but I completely blame that on Covid and not on the company. We are so glad to be out of our contract with Bluegreen!

Got the job done. Took awhile but it is done. They did say they would keep us up to date, this did not happen. We could blame covid and possible short staffing for this, I do not know. Primarily, we are done with this time share and that is a good thing.
