It is also important to note that Wesley does not provide loan modification or loan negotiation services. Our organization assists individuals in exiting unwanted timeshare ownerships, relieving them of further obligation. In some instances, timeshare developers may impose an exit fee as part of their termination process. This possibility is explained during the initial consultation with our Vice Presidents and is also included in the enrollment agreement. We understand that you've expressed dissatisfaction with the process and the resolution offered.
