When asked by a customer whether or not buying a timeshare is a worthwhile investment, Linx Legal’s answer is almost always no. This may seem counterintuitive to its business model since it is in the timeshare industry, but a large part of its job is to educate consumers. The sad truth is that people still continue to purchase timeshares without full consideration of the risks, opportunities, costs, and usefulness of the contract, and therefore still need Linx Legal’s help in getting out of timeshares.

Fair Costs

Linx Legal is dedicated to helping clients alleviate timeshare debt. The company is not a law firm, yet does use a select few attorneys when necessary. Due to the company’s knowledge and experience, attorneys are mostly not needed; but if it does become essential for legal assistance, Linx Legal will pay the attorney’s fees. The goal at Linx Legal is to help clients save money, so services are provided with this in mind.

Picks and Chooses Clients

Linx Legal does not accept every request for service. The company provides an assessment to evaluate a claim and then proceeds if there's a consensus that it is a viable option. Only choosing clients the company knows it's able to help may be interpreted as unfair. An experienced organization should be able to take any case and try to solve it.

Linx Legal's website does not give the option of a live chat with a representative. This is not as convenient as many other competitors' websites. I can not say enough good things about Linx Legal. They literally are the best! When my husband and I first realized what a mess we had gotten ourselves into by purchasing a time share, we were at a loss and we had no idea what to do or where to turn. Luckily we found Linx Legal and signing up with them was the best decision we could have made. Gary P is my representative who helped me cancel my time share and he was great. He is so efficient and super easy to get in contact with. Mr. H. was a beacon of hope for me when my options appeared limited, and the likelihood of a satisfactory resolution to breaking my vacation timeshare contract was nigh or impossible. After searching high and low for assistance with a supposedly dream vacation which ended up being "a timeshare" I came across a website that had excellent reviews for helping with my type issue. We entered a timeshare agreement in 2019 with the intention of using it for visiting Washington, DC. It was for the even number years. We could not use it in 2020 due to Covid and then my wife developed a tumor in her inner ear which destroyed her sense of balance and made it difficult for her to walk. With no cure for the problem, we decided to get in touch with the timeshare company, explain what had happened and ask them to cancel our contract. When they would not, we went online and found Linx Legal. Our agent Matt explained the process to us and let us know that it would take some time, but we would eventually get the contract cancelled. It took longer than we had hoped, but the contract was cancelled and our credit score which had dropped 18 points went up 35 points! We are thankful to Matt and Linx for helping us when it seemed that the harassing calls from the timeshare company would never end. It is all over!!

My husband and I attempted to exit our timeshare from Wyndham independently for over two years but went nowhere. Wyndham would not work with us and even referred us to several fraudulent companies. We heard about and subsequently hired Linx Legal, Inc. The rates were reasonable, and even though they told us upfront that it may take a year or more to get results, within six months, we were FREE of our debt at Wyndham with no credit penalties. From the moment we started making our no-interest payments to Linx, we stopped making payments to Wyndham. So, we swapped where our payments were going. We worked with Kyle Sullivan and were very satisfied with his communication and the Linx process. We highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to exit your timeshare. We provided documents to prove that Wyndham pressured us into buying, fabricated benefits, and did not deliver on their contract. I was initially hesitant, fearing another scam agency, but I am so glad I took the risk. They removed over 10K of debt and lifetime HOA fees for us.
