My case did take about a year to settle, but my case worker kept me updated throughout the entire process. During moments of uncertainty and anxiety, she provided the reassurance I needed. Froze my credit and started the process. I got updates very quickly whenever I reached out to my case manager. Took about 6 months for welks to stop calling us. I was struggling financially, and had a timeshare that I could hardly use. I had no idea you could rent these things so cheaply. I feel like Wyndham took advantage of me. Linx Legal was able to help me get a full cancellation of my timeshare. I listened to and followed how they did things, and I was out of the contract in a little under a year. I was in contact with my case manager the entire time, and he kept me updated as things moved along. Their customer service was a huge plus, and I'm very satisfied with the service.

We didnt know we had to pay maintenance fees every year, and we bought enough points to only get 2 nights a year. These con artist ripped me and my wife off.
