Started my case with linx legal in 2021 and got my contract canceled with welks resorts. They were very helpful with given all the information on what to do and not do. Froze my credit and started the process. I got updates very quickly whenever I reached out to my case manager. Took about 6 months for welks to stop calling us. Linq told us exactly what to tell them during those calls.

I was struggling financially, and had a timeshare that I could hardly use. I had no idea you could rent these things so cheaply. I feel like Wyndham took advantage of me. Linx Legal was able to help me get a full cancellation of my timeshare. I listened to and followed how they did things, and I was out of the contract in a little under a year. I was in contact with my case manager the entire time, and he kept me updated as things moved along. Their customer service was a huge plus, and I'm very satisfied with the service.

We didnt know we had to pay maintenance fees every year, and we bought enough points to only get 2 nights a year. These con artist ripped me and my wife off. Wyndham is just a bunch of crooks and it blows my mind that the government hasnt stepped in to stop this fraud from happening to hardworking people like myself.
