We went to Mexico got ourselves in a bad situation that would have put us in financial ruin. After researching online, talking to a law firm, another timeshare cancelation company and Linx Legal, we chose Linx Legal.
The Linx Legal team clearly explained the ways that timeshare companies often use to avoid honoring rescission requests. They were confident in our case since we had notified the timeshare company within a month of signing the contract and had documented how we were misled.
Andrea E at Linx Legal calmly helped us avoid getting caught up in the timeshare company’s tactics and she handled all correspondence after we provided our statement of how the timeshare company acted dishonestly.
If you're dealing with a dishonest / manipulative timeshare situation, we strongly recommend Linx Legal. Just know that while they are thorough and effective, the process does take time - so patience is key. We're very grateful for their help.

They did what they said they would do with very little asked from us. We talked with 3 different people in this process and all 3 were very kind, understanding and informative. When my wife and I first considered exiting our timeshare we had no experience with a company we could trust to work with. With many of them being outright scams, we thought “who could we trust”? After extensive research, reading reviews and the BBB we decided to take a chance on Linx Legal, and we are glad we did! Every interaction from the first phone call and meeting with Danny W to the last communication from Matt H was professional, pleasant and gave us a sense of security. This morning I was searching in the internet and I saw Linx Legal Inc, I send some of my information and little later I receive a call from Mr. Hunter V, to make it short, I explained everything to him and to my surprised and amazement, he told me what to do to fix the situation. I wish you all understand what a relief I am feeling right now. Mr. Hunter explained and guide me through this, we were in the phone for a long time and when I ask how much it was, he told me, nothing. Now I can have some sleep.

I am grateful to Linx Legal and my case manager, Gary P, for helping me cancel my timeshare. They were very knowledgeable about the process and guided me through it. They listened and were very attentive to details. My case manager was always available via phone or email whenever I had questions or concerns. Early on, I knew I was in good hands and felt relieved knowing that the burden of my timeshare would be lifted off of me. I have learned never to purchase timeshares again; it is not worth it to be stuck in something so costly and unrewarding when it comes to the limitations placed on how, when, and where I can vacation. Mr. H. was a beacon of hope for me when my options appeared limited, and the likelihood of a satisfactory resolution to breaking my vacation timeshare contract was nigh or impossible. After trying for almost a year alone, I hired Mr. Matt H. to intercede in December 2023.

We entered a timeshare agreement in 2019 with the intention of using it for visiting Washington, DC. It was for the even number years. We could not use it in 2020 due to Covid and then my wife developed a tumor in her inner ear which destroyed her sense of balance and made it difficult for her to walk. With no cure for the problem, we decided to get in touch with the timeshare company, explain what had happened and ask them to cancel our contract. When they would not, we went online and found Linx Legal. Our agent Matt explained the process to us and let us know that it would take some time, but we would eventually get the contract cancelled. It took longer than we had hoped, but the contract was cancelled and our credit score which had dropped 18 points went up 35 points! We are thankful to Matt and Linx for helping us when it seemed that the harassing calls from the timeshare company would never end. It is all over!!

My husband and I attempted to exit our timeshare from Wyndham independently for over two years but went nowhere. Wyndham would not work with us and even referred us to several
fraudulent companies. We heard about and subsequently hired Linx Legal, Inc. The rates were reasonable, and even though they told us upfront that it may take a year or more to get results, within six months, we were FREE of our debt at Wyndham with no credit penalties. From the moment we started making our no-interest payments to Linx, we stopped making payments to Wyndham. So, we swapped where our payments were going. We worked with Kyle Sullivan and were very satisfied with his communication and the Linx process. We highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to exit your timeshare. We provided documents to prove that Wyndham pressured us into buying, fabricated benefits, and did not deliver on their contract. I was initially hesitant, fearing another scam agency, but I am so glad I took the risk. They removed over 10K of debt and lifetime HOA fees for us.

My fiancé and I went on a vacation to Florida a couple of years ago. we stayed at a resort and the first couple of days went well. the last day on our vacation we were told we had to go to a meeting for the timeshares. at first we were not planning on buying anything, be we were tricked in buying a timeshare which ended up being a huge financial burden. our month payment kept rising and we were fed up. we then called Linx legal and got help. Contacting Lynx Legal to assist us with getting rid of our Time Share was the best decision we could have made. From the initial telephone call to receiving the letter from our Time Share company granting us an affordable option for exit, Lynx staff supported us and kept us informed throughout each step in the process. I highly recommend Linx Legal if you are unlucky enough to get roped into buying a timeshare - like I was. I was lied to, misled and scammed by the timeshare people - even after the sale. The one time I used the timeshare, the accommodations were atrocious! Worse than any hotel I have stayed at, certainly nothing like they show at the sales presentations. Matt H, my assigned agent, was with me every step of the process. He was very patient when I got frustrated, calmly answering all my questions and assuring me that, although it seemed to be going nowhere, things were moving along, and soon I would become timeshare-free!!!! He was spot on!!!! I am seeing the "light at the end of the tunnel" and it is not a train! It is FREEDOM from wasting a lot of money on "bottom of the barrel" rooms; being invited to "new member" training only to be subjected to pressure to upsell my "membership"; increasing maintenance fees and harassing phone calls!! Stephanie U. and Linx Legal were such at tremendous help to us. We had been duped into signing up for a timeshare while on vacation. Wyndham Vacations promised us the moon. But they were unable to deliver. They also refused to cancel our contract or refund our money. We were stuck paying for a worthless (to us) timeshare and even though we never even used it to go anywhere. We felt stupid, powerless and ashamed. But Linx Legal changed all that. Representatives from Linx Legal were courteous and patient in helping us get out from under the timeshare we were paying on and now can no longer afford. From our initial call to them, that representative, Chris, explained who they were and how they might be able to help, but was clear on the possibility that they might not. There was no pressure to move forward and no discussion about costs. We then had a representative, Nick, who came to our home in rural Tennessee and spent several hours discussing our situation and reasons we needed to get this expensive and useless-to-us timeshare off our hands. He reviewed the cost structure and got approval to move us forward as Linx Legal believed we had enough proof of bad-businesslike practices that the timeshare engaged in with us including the high-pressure tactics, that our contract could very likely be cancelled. Then our ongoing representative, Stephanie, was an excellent communicator on when and how we needed to manage this exit. She supported our written statement, provided quick responses when we had questions and assured us when the "offer" of a Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure came that this was the best of cancellation options with this timeshare operator. With Linx Legal's assistance and diligence in follow-ups, we are now confirmed as Deed-in-Lieu of Foreclosure process with our timeshare operator. This is a tremendous relief for us. We appreciate Linx Legal's honesty and consistent communication throughout the process. The price we paid them was well-worth having this albatross off our minds.

I’m so very thankful to Donna P. and her team at Linx Legal for helping me exit my timeshare. After nearly 6 long years, I can officially say I’m out of my contract. It has been closed and removed from my account thanks to all the advocacy from Donna P. She took on my case like it was her own and was instrumental in explaining the process to me. I worked with another agent before and our personalities didn’t line up. Now I know that stress can make your emotions go haywire so that didn’t help, but once Donna personally took on my account I felt confident my case was in good times. The wait was not easy at all. There were times I even stated I wanted out because I felt it was a lost cause, but my timeshare was with Wyndham which is not an easy one to escape, so it took even longer. Then add COVID to the mix, it just drug the process on that much more. But needless to say, patience was a virtue and the waiting paid off. We contacted Linx Legal to assist us with getting out of our overrated, overpriced timeshare with Hilton. They came to our home, reviewed our case, and immediately got to work. We dealt with Matt H, who advised us how to protect our credit during this battle and handled all communication with Hilton. We did not have to deal with any collection calls or any emails or letters we received. We just took a picture, forwarded it to him and that was it!
