We decided to use Linx to unravel our HGVC timeshare mess. We started the process in Sept 2023 with Matt H. as our contact. Although we went months without hearing from HGVC or Matt, anytime I had a question he was very quick to respond. We were finally released out of the timeshare in Oct 2024. In the end we saved about $25k and cut our ties with Hilton which was priceless!

After my initial phone call with Linx, I felt confident in their abilities to free me from my timeshare. My case worker, Stephanie has been a pleasure to work with. My case did take about a year to settle, but my case worker kept me updated throughout the entire process. During moments of uncertainty and anxiety, she provided the reassurance I needed. Patience is key, and I highly recommend their services if you find yourself in a tricky situation with a timeshare company.

My wife and I contacted Lynx Legal to get out of our contract with Wyndham. At first I was skeptical about contacting them but we did our research and found out that they do get people out of their contracts. I was highly impressed when Matt H. came to our home and guaranteed he would get us out. If we had a concern or question about our case to divest us from the time share, we communicated them to Byron who quickly gave us information and confidence that our case was moving in the right direction. They did not promise anything that they could not deliver and gave us no false expectations. My fiancé and I went on a vacation to Florida a couple of years ago. we stayed at a resort and the first couple of days went well. the last day on our vacation we were told we had to go to a meeting for the timeshares. at first we were not planning on buying anything, be we were tricked in buying a timeshare which ended up being a huge financial burden. our month payment kept rising and we were fed up. we then called Linx legal and got help. Our case manager Gary P. was able to get our timeshare contracts cancelled. he was such a great help, always called back in a short time manor, and always listen to our questions and concerns. No Regrets Whatsoever!
Contacting Lynx Legal to assist us with getting rid of our Time Share was the best decision we could have made. From the initial telephone call to receiving the letter from our Time Share company granting us an affordable option for exit, Lynx staff supported us and kept us informed throughout each step in the process. Our Case Manager, Matt H. was highly professional and extremely kind and patient with us. He was available to answer our questions and explained each step in the process as well as all our options. There apparently is a lot of “hurry up and wait” when dealing with Time Share companies but Matt assured us throughout the process that this was “normal” and explained what to expect as well as what would be the next steps. I highly recommend Linx Legal if you are unlucky enough to get roped into buying a timeshare - like I was. I was lied to, misled and scammed by the timeshare people - even after the sale. The one time I used the timeshare, the accommodations were atrocious! Worse than any hotel I have stayed at, certainly nothing like they show at the sales presentations. Matt H, my assigned agent, was with me every step of the process. He was very patient when I got frustrated, calmly answering all my questions and assuring me that, although it seemed to be going nowhere, things were moving along, and soon I would become timeshare-free!!!! He was spot on!!!! I am seeing the "light at the end of the tunnel" and it is not a train! It is FREEDOM from wasting a lot of money on "bottom of the barrel" rooms; being invited to "new member" training only to be subjected to pressure to upsell my "membership"; increasing maintenance fees and harassing phone calls!! Aaron T. was wonderful to work with. After 4 years, Linx Legal was able to help me get out of two time shares and give me resources to repair the damage the time shares inflicted on my credit reports as they refused to let me go. It’s costly to have and remove timeshares from your life. I do not recommend having timeshares, unless you enjoy being held hostage financially.

Stephanie U. and Linx Legal were such at tremendous help to us. We had been duped into signing up for a timeshare while on vacation. Wyndham Vacations promised us the moon. But they were unable to deliver. They also refused to cancel our contract or refund our money. We were stuck paying for a worthless (to us) timeshare and even though we never even used it to go anywhere. We felt stupid, powerless and ashamed. But Linx Legal changed all that. By following Stephanie's sage advice in a little under a year we were able to get out of our contract with Wyndham. We will be forever grateful to Linx Legal and their amazing Staff.

Representatives from Linx Legal were courteous and patient in helping us get out from under the timeshare we were paying on and now can no longer afford. From our initial call to them, that representative, Chris, explained who they were and how they might be able to help, but was clear on the possibility that they might not. There was no pressure to move forward and no discussion about costs. We then had a representative, Nick, who came to our home in rural Tennessee and spent several hours discussing our situation and reasons we needed to get this expensive and useless-to-us timeshare off our hands. He reviewed the cost structure and got approval to move us forward as Linx Legal believed we had enough proof of bad-businesslike practices that the timeshare engaged in with us including the high-pressure tactics, that our contract could very likely be cancelled. Then our ongoing representative, Stephanie, was an excellent communicator on when and how we needed to manage this exit. She supported our written statement, provided quick responses when we had questions and assured us when the "offer" of a Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure came that this was the best of cancellation options with this timeshare operator. With Linx Legal's assistance and diligence in follow-ups, we are now confirmed as Deed-in-Lieu of Foreclosure process with our timeshare operator. This is a tremendous relief for us. We appreciate Linx Legal's honesty and consistent communication throughout the process. The price we paid them was well-worth having this albatross off our minds.
