I needed advice on how to get out of a time share agreement that sounded to good to be true. After I contacted Linx they walked me through the steps of how to rescind the agreement. In the beginning I was quite skeptical as I was introduced to Linx Legal via a telephone call from one of their representatives. I was impressed with what this individual told me but still unsure that it wasn’t a scam. He offered for someone from his organization to come to my home but I wanted to ensure this was legitimate so I made arrangements to go to their place of business where I found an office, employees and a telephone call center. I was impressed. In our initial meeting they listened as we explained our experience and problems with being long time timeshare owners and we wanted out of this debt asap. At this meeting they explained what they proposed to accomplish along with a one- time fee amount. We were assigned a case manager that would respond to my emails within 8 to 12 hours. She was patient, listened, explained in detail to ensure I understood. We exchanged many emails and phone calls. In a matter of several months she and her team reported we were debt free of 3 timeshare contracts($180,000) and timeshare free.

I am beyond grateful for Linx Legal for helping me get out of my Westgate timeshare. This process started back in August 2024 and by January 2026 I was officially out of my contract, completely done and no longer financially obligated. Throughout the entire process they were always communicative, transparent, and patient. Nora Price was a life preserver as I was feeling like I was going under. I had inherited a time share from my parents. First, they said it wasn't enough, so I invested more. The next time I stayed with them, again they would be able to do so much more for me if I invested a little more. That was the beginning of my never ending 'logging chain" that just gets heavier of owning Wyndham... This time they said they wouldn't contact me anymore and this would be what I needed. Two weeks later, I got a call for even more because what they said wasn't really what I needed!!! Nora walked me through contacting them to cancel my timeshare within 10 days of the contract. I had already been in tears, Nora calmed me down and I got the letter off in time. Now, is the waiting game. Thank you Nora!
