We contacted Linx Legal to assist us with getting out of our overrated, overpriced timeshare with Hilton. They came to our home, reviewed our case, and immediately got to work. We dealt with Matt H, who advised us how to protect our credit during this battle and handled all communication with Hilton. We did not have to deal with any collection calls or any emails or letters we received. We just took a picture, forwarded it to him and that was it! He kept us in the loop on where things stood throughout the process. He answered questions and responded quickly to all our concerns. We never had to worry about "dealing with the Devil" ourselves. We are now free from this debt and have learned not to sign ANYTHING that we're not allowed time to read. The team at Linx Legal showed us where Hilton had statements in their contract stating that we would be paying over 100% interest on the loan! Nobody mentioned that during the presentation. (Wonder why?) Thank you, Linx Legal, for helping us get away from this huge financial burden. Thank you for handling all the dirty details for us. Started my case with linx legal in 2021 and got my contract canceled with welks resorts. They were very helpful with given all the information on what to do and not do. Froze my credit and started the process. I got updates very quickly whenever I reached out to my case manager. Took about 6 months for welks to stop calling us. Ironically, soon after the final papers were signed ending this nightmare, I received a bill for the annual maintenance fee with a 16% increase over last year. I was struggling financially, and had a timeshare that I could hardly use. I had no idea you could rent these things so cheaply. I feel like Wyndham took advantage of me. Linx Legal was able to help me get a full cancellation of my timeshare. I listened to and followed how they did things, and I was out of the contract in a little under a year. I was in contact with my case manager the entire time, and he kept me updated as things moved along. Their customer service was a huge plus, and I'm very satisfied with the service.
