Shout out to Paul DeBellis! I got swindled into an upgrade and thanks to Paul he provided me with the necessary steps to rescind this upgrade. I sent out what I thought was the right information but thankfully I spoke with Paul who guided me in the right path with only one day left to be able to rescind !
