I highly recommend Linx Legal for all of your Timeshare needs ! We must extend our gratitude to Juan Pimentel for being instrumental in getting my Mom out of her Timeshare. Juan has been overseeing my Mom's account and he has always made himself available by phone and e-mail. Juan has been very professional throughout this whole process and great to work with! Thank you so much for everything that you have done.
My Mom had her Timeshare for 30 years and she upgraded 4 times as for the previous Timeshare Companies would go out of business and they would never honor what she already had. At the end she had Hilton Grand Vacations and they are big liars. They told us that we could walk away from it at anytime and no questions asked. HGV are big liars!
But now thanks to Linx Legal and Juan, we have no more frustration and we are now stress free! What a blessing! We are so grateful to have found Linx Legal. Thank you!

Reached out to Linx Legal when I needed to get out of my timeshare. The staff listened to my story, took notes , made a case and kept me informed the whole process. Received a call today I was completely out of my contract. Linx took care of everything. Easy process. Would use again and def recommend.

Wade McGregor was extremely helpful, empathetic, and knowledgeable. He was also super prompt in his responses and answered each question that I had for him when getting out of a timeshare contract. I cannot recommend him enough when looking for a lawyer who is, intelligent, trustworthy, and prompt.

Shout out to Paul DeBellis! I got swindled into an upgrade and thanks to Paul he provided me with the necessary steps to rescind this upgrade. I sent out what I thought was the right information but thankfully I spoke with Paul who guided me in the right path with only one day left to be able to rescind ! Shout out to you Paul, from the Bay Area!

Tennille S. is incredibly talented and very helpful. She understands how desperate I felt trying to end my timeshare contract, she sent me a cancellation template, with which I was able to use to write my cancellation letter. She was also checking with me to ensure they replied to my cancellation letter, stating that I am no longer in contract (Timeshare is cancelled). I am so grateful that with the help of Tennille S. I got out from this terrible financial burden situation.

We were in a tough situation feeling stuck with a timeshare but Linx Legal were awesome in helping us get out. I personally loved the fast communication, transparency and hard work.
