Still waiting New Port Richey, FL

I was told that I would receive my money back if I didnt use them. When I decided not to use them I was told since they could help me and they did they some initial work I would not get that money back. I tried to talk to someone else about it and was told I would receive a call with 48 hours. Nothing!
