Amazon Prime offers plenty of shows and movies, but I don't always find ones I'd like to watch.... OR, the ones I'd like to watch aren't included with Prime, so I'd have to pay more to watch them. It's easy enough to navigate and search. It's also easy to create a personalized watch list. I like that I can search for movies or shows on my computer and save them to my watch list, then go to my tv and easily find them to watch later. As a perk for being a Prime member, it's a nice service. I just wish there were better movies.

No, honestly, their shows are great and the streaming quality is much more consistent than Netflix even though they offer less free shows (all shows on Netflix are covered by your subscription fee but Amazon charges you an annual fee plus sells premium shows).

I liked the 2-days of shipping being an Amazon prime member. The membership also comes with free prime video and prime music. Lots of shows/movies to choose from the prime video. Little bit disappointed with the price hike, but still reasonable.

I love Prime Video! It has been my choice over Netflix since the very beginning of its existence! In fact, I have never used Netflix because I have tried both and I think Prime Video has better colors, and a sharper image with less compression.

Amazon Prime is amazing. I love the 2 day shipping and the streaming of all the movies and shows of old and new i can watch any time. Never have issues with the websites when streaming on the app or pauses of any kind. My kid loves it makes her happy. If i ever have any questions customer service is resourceful, reliable, and excellent.

Amazon Prime has been my saving grace during the pandemic. I am able to take to relax and watch shows found on this platform. Through the Up, Faith, and Family Channel, I take comfort in knowing all the movies will be clean and uplifting. I would definitely recommend to viewers of all ages.

Real good selection, good rental prices, often with special trials of other services and very easy to deal with as long s you do NOT use their useless voice Firestick which was wireless and didn't work worth a crap and that thing NEVER understood what I said. Good customer service, you can call them and talk to a REAL human! the bad is sometimes shows would end without warning.

I like the quick free shipping, but the video part of Amazon Prime is not of the same quality. I have had it for a number of years, but have seen that they are charging more to see videos than in the past. There were more free selections. The surprising thing is that sometimes really old videos have a charge to view them. I am not referring to Disney movies, but other general selections that may have been free in the past. The other issue is that at high viewing times, some videos keep freezing and have to be reset. On the other hand, there are many free options to take advantage of.

The only real reason I have Prime Video is because of being a prime member. The movie selections are not current. If I did not have Prime Video included in my Prime membership, I certainly would not pay the extra fee's to have this. There are better apps out there offering more current movies.

Like: quick delivery, free returns, never really a bad experience so far. If need to return, it's free (if free returns listed before purchasing) and most returns does not require boxes and packaging. Dislike: some people rate some products with five stars just to receive free products. Only order if free returns are offered.

There are a lot of good shows on Amazon Prime, but there are also a lot of options that crowd out the good options. The setup of the website isn't the greatest which makes it harder to find movies or shows. I do like the option that Amazon gives of watching certain moves (normally the more popular ones that aren't on any of the other streaming services) with commercial breaks.

If you shop on amazon you need to have amazon prime. With its streaming service that has plenty of free shows to watch and the free shipping there is no reason you shouldn't have it. Ive enjoyed watching several movies and shows the last couple months since we have been quarantined on prime. Id highly recommend it

I like that you can use your prime membership to watch movies! They have different shows than what you're getting on Netflix which is nice. I actually think it would be nice if Amazon offered different levels of membership so you didn't have to pay for the movie streaming service, but since I already have it... I'll use it!

We have had streaming services with Amazon Prime for several years and are very happy with the service. Their streaming service is fast and easy to use. A good variety of shows to watch. A major improvement would be to include PBS as a part of their package.

on iPad tablet, they are good with pausing and resume playing vs. netflex you have to hit the screen twice to pause. Also it is nice they link in to IMDb so during any scene of most newer showes/movies you can find out who the characters are in that particular scene. Content is better than Netflix in my opinion. Much newer more popular movie releases. stuff i guess netflix saves for its sister company DVD.com

I would give it 5 stars, except one glaring con. The pros, it's cheaper than Netflix, if you want 4k. I like the original content quite a bit. Excellent selection (again, for what I watch). Now the cons. Next to impossible to have a separate user on different devices. I'd like my wife to have her shows and movies that she can see easily, and vice versa. Biggest con is the 25 steps you have to go through to get to 4K content. I have 4k equipment, it should be at the top of the menu. (used to be). Seems they want to advertise they do 4K, but not actually have you use it.

I use other streaming channels but Amazon is by far the most prolific in terms of variety of movie, TV, music etc. options. My download speed isn't the best but Amazon gives options as to SD versus HD so I can watch or listen to all that are offered.

Streaming is good but the cost is too much. I felt baited with a free season then per episode charges to watch the rest of the seasons. If you order a Prime item and a non-prime free shipping item you are charged shipping on the non-prime item unless the non-prime total is over $35. I went to my Prime settings 2 days before my account expired to make sure it w3as set not to renew but they charged another card on my Amazon account instead. Fortunately I had just run an account check on all my cards and discovered the Prime charge on my card 2 weeks prior. I went to the website and found a cancelling account FAQ buried in the menus. I cancelled again and got a page stating I would get a refund if I had not placed any orders since the Prime Renewal was paid. I did get a refund but people BE AWARE and check your cards frequently.

Amazon Prime is a streaming service and a home shopping network. When you sign up for the home shopping service, one gets free shipping and a more preferred shipping for faster delivery for all the items one orders online. But in addition to all of that the customer gets the first level of streaming service with a whole large library of content available for streaming. However the most current movies the customer still has to rent those. Now there's a second tier of streaming service for just an additional $5/month where the customer gets access to original content. The customer also has the option of not subscribing to their streaming service but can still purchase any of the content that is available for Prime subscribers. All in all it's a good deal for the money

I don’t feel like you really pay a lot for the service since it comes with your Amazon prime. Does it have a lot of movies probably not as many as some of the other movies descriptions. But I do like that you can Byam different movies. I buy quite a bit as well as the free ones are on there. My kids love the yoga that is free. Just type in kids yoga. There is a good variety of older movies and that’s probably one of the biggest sell points for me

I use Amazon Prime all the time and it is AWESOME!! I can almost always find anything I need. I don't have to fight the traffic, or search for hours at multiple stores. It is all there in one place with the click of my finger. Prime is wonderful. There is so much more available that just the free or $1 shipping. Having access to the movies and TV shows is great and I have found at times they have anything Hulu and Netflix don't. I love it.

Amazon Prime has a pretty good selection of movies and TV shows. It's selection is definitely smaller than some other streaming services, like Netflix, but it also has several great TV shows (like Dr. Who, Monk and Psych) that are not available on Netflix. Prime video is a great deal, especially when considering the other benefits of Amazon Prime

Streaming TV has never been easier than using Amazon Prime. Not only is this great in place of Block Buster or Red Box, but almost every movie ever is on there. It is great to be able to rent movies or watch free movies provide through the Prime feature any time on any device. Our kids have loved this and use is often to watch movies with friends and family. I would 100% recommend using Amazon Prime Video as your TV Streaming channel.

I didn't know what to expect with Amazon Prime Video since it is a free service added onto my Prime subscription. I have since been blown away by everything that comes with it. The movies are very good especially since they have many blockbuster options. The original content is great and options for add on subscriptions make Amazon Prime Video have many more options than other similar streaming services.

We stream amazon every day. I love all the shows and movies on there but there’s two things that bother me. 1- I can’t put up parental controls to block certain content from my kids and that’s disappointing because sometimes I think of cancelling my subscription so my kids don’t watch bad stuff. 2- I get why they do it but why show a bunch of shows and movies that are not included with prime mixed in with ones that are included. It makes it feel like when I click on amazon I’m going to go broke. Ends up costing more than going out. Sometimes I just don’t want to click on it. But I do appreciate that they made it so that the shows automatically play the next episode. I never turned it on for my kids before that because I had to be sitting there to start the next one or hand my tiny kid the remote and that could end with my problem number one where I can’t block adult content. Just a few things to think about.

We dig Amazon Prime, mostly because it has our favorite shows, ok it has Suits. And that's what is winning our business. What am I saying? Who could live without Prime at this point? Prime Video is a really nice added benefit though. That being said, it is not our exclusive source of streaming video. We use a couple of other sites, as well, to meet all of our tv/video needs.

Have used amazon prime for a while. Great content, it’s nice that if something isn’t included in the service you have the option to rent, honestly though my favorite has been how easily it is to control parental settings, and that it has to be done from the website so that kids don’t even get a chance to get around the settings in the TV app.

Amazon prime is the best. There are many things you can do with it but the TV streaming is nice and easy to use. Very efficient if you watch TV a lot. I also love using amazon prime when ordering my textbooks for school. They come quick and in good quality. Love it for ordering gifts when I want to be able to see a wide variety and have them come quickly. Easy to return stuff that doesn't work.

There’s a great selection, and you can watch their stuff anywhere. I always download plenty of rom coms and episodes of psych before a road trip, which has saved my life. Over the last few years, we've enjoyed having Amazon Prime with Amazon Video. We began using Amazon prime for kids shows such as Backyardigans, Peppa Pig, and more. We would download them to watch in the car for trips, etc... Then as new movies would leave the theaters, we have rented them right off the bat on Amazon. We love the service and enjoy the vast amount of viewing material offered.
