Are you still in business? Our panels (leased through you) are now needing warranty replacement after 10 years. Spruce has been non responsive for almost a year. Apparently the performance guarantee stayed with Sungevity when the assets were sold off. So.. if you own my performance guarantee how can you help getting this resolved? Sungevity was a great company. Now I regret ever going solar

Sungevity/ Horizon/ Solar Spectrum CLOSED for BUSINESS, just 1 month after billing and accepting my Final payments. They didn't pay the Supplier, CED, which immediately filed a LIEN on my house, for ALL the material costs. So I can forget about system, and battery monitoring and warranty for 20yrs. It is now ALL my expense. Sungevity changes names and REOPEN and start again. Now its PINEAPPLE ENERGY company. STAY AWAY. In addition, the CSLB doesn't hold any of these businesses accountable.

Totally frustrated trying to reach this company. Customer service at it's utter worst. I need to reroof and schedule to take the panels off and back on for that to happen. All phone numbers do not even ring, emails bounce. I'm shocked and appauled. The website pages list contacts that are vapor, as well. I have no idea what to do about all this. This review is an attempt to get the needed response, asap. 6/17/21

I am writing to retract my review I wrote previously. What the last reviewer said is correct. I have now had mechincal liens placed on my house by two subcontractors and Horizon Solar Power who my contract was with is no were to be found. There office has a padlock and chain on the door and know one is there. Numerous phone calls and messages have not been returned. These people are bad news. I would not give them any stars, but you can't submit without answering all the questions

BEWARE- Horizon Solar Power (Sungevity in Temecula) is not paying their 3rd party subcontractors and customers are getting mechanical liens placed on their properties. We had our solar installed in Sept 2020 and paid in full, but now there are two separate mechanical liens on our property because Horizon Solar breached their contract and did not pay their subcontractors. There are dozens of other Horizon Solar customers now in the same boat as us. We need to file a large lawsuit for their illegal business activities. Please do not sign a contract with Horizon Solar Power.

Stay far away from this company, the subcontractor they used was amazing but now my monitoring is not working because Sungevity went bankrupt and stopped paying for it. Sungevity sold me my system years ago, they filed for bankruptcy in 2017. I was told they would charge me to fix my system. Now I see they are selling systems again. When will they file for bankruptcy again? Soon if you ask me.

I was in the middle of installation when COVID hit, now the panels are installed but not complete and no one since March has returned my call or emails, my contacts and even my sales person seems to have been laid off. No return phone calls even from the website general number. I have 2 liens from their supplier that the company didn't pay! I would never recommend anyone to them!
