Eli, the Project Manager was TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL, never let you knew when the crews were coming, and what was happening in the following steps. When you talked to him on the phone, Very Rude. Also threatening to cut off the power, when I told him there were issues with the installation, and needed to be fixed.

It was frustrating when the installers never came when they were supposed to. I had to call them several times, and they did damage to my roof during the installation process. It's always difficult to get a hold of anybody, and the response and timing is terrible.

The people they hire for installation work are not qualified. They installed this thing and it has caused me a lot of troubles with my TV. It's either not working or I have issues with my electricity. It's all very poor though. Now they are not returning my phone calls anymore. It's a poor service.

We're actually not that thrilled at all. Their Solar Consultant was friendly, however the installation occurred in segments. They also promised an electric car charger but for several reasons they didn't install it the day they promised they would. The Project Manager promised us a refund, which we haven't received yet.
