The process is always a little murky when dealing with your township but she kept me in the loop and let me know when I needed to step in and handle things. Very pleased with the customer service. Jeff W was the guy that came out to explain everything and he was fantastic. The system went live today so can't say anything about how it works yet but happy so far.

Great price - they beat solar city by $700 and the start up was bumpy. Things happen but I have a good rapport with my sale person Deanna and Project Manager Marvin, Sarah was non-responsive, I guess too much on her plate but the squeaky wheel gets the grease. I'm happy so far and hope I'm not negatively affected by the Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing....

It took several months to get the ball rolling, but the installation was finally completed in about 3 days (36 panels). My lease is $184 and change, and my Edison bill went from a minimum of $250 in the winter and over $500 summer to less than $10. In fact, my bill for Feb. 2017 was 50 cents! I should have done this years ago. The only drawback is that the system will not produce if the Edison fails completely. Apparently the inverters need an input in order to connect the solar panels. This is probably to protect Edison workers in case they are working on their power equipment.

My major problem with Sungevity is their lack of familiarity with the regulatory process in New York and their failure to provide crucial information I need to obtain my real estate tax abatement and income tax credits bnoth federal and State. They have not sent me any data tohelp my accountant complete these forms. Also the tax abatement form requires a signature from an architect. I do not understand this notr am I prepared to pay an architect to to look at my system and sign off on this. They have never been transparent about the requirements to get these credits and I am about ready to to lose my temper with them. My installation had its final inspection in August, 2015 and works fine. I purchased it and am counting oj these credits to offset the moneys I paid from my retirement funds.

Sungecity handles everything. I met a guy at Lowes got a quote that in 2 months I was paying $32 a month for electricity. Best company I have ever done business with. They actually are paying my heritage tax that my town has for solar because my taxes were not supposed to go up. I called one time got an american and the situation was resolved.

I've had a Sungevity system on my home since Feb. 2015. The installation process was smooth and timely and working with Sungevity was great. The system has high quality panels - I opted for the mono crystalline type - and I really liked their quoting process. They can sometimes be a little more than SolarCity, but its more than worth it.

No problems. They have exceeded my expectations. I would have asked for a few more panels to completely cover the roof. So far system is putting out more then I am using. My home uses on average 16kw a day and my system is putting out 20 to 50 kWh a day. Utility owes me money now.

The system was supposed to be running for a week or week and a half and it's only been running for one day and I haven't received help with that. Installation was really fast, but it has only worked one day. Waiting one week to make an appointment to come to my house is not acceptable. Need better customer service.
