Recently had 2 Tesla batteries installed to compliment existing solar system. The Tesla system design and installation was superb. Very clean and efficient. The technicians were very capable and polite. Everyone at Solar Optimum was cordial and accommodating. Just be aware that the timeline on projects as this is long because of all the various parties involved — approvals, licensing, commissioning, etc. Solar Optimum does all it can to expedite, but it takes time! In summary, I am very happy that I selected Solar Optimum to do my installation. They know how to navigate the bureaucracies involved and communicate progress. Jim W

Had a great experience speaking with Energy consultant Andrew Felix. I was surprised by how quick and efficient the whole process was. I received a well laid out solar system plan perfect for my size home, and electrical usage. The pricing was very competitive, honest and straight forward. I really assumed getting solar would have been much more confusing and complex. If you are thinking about solar ask for Andrew Felix, fast, efficient and zero games… save yourself the time of shopping around and multiple quotes, too many companies out there with confusion pricing. This agent and company will give you the bottom line best deal right upfront!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ WOW — If I could give 10 stars, I would! What an absolutely superb experience with Solar Optimum from start to finish! I was referred to Solar Optimum by a close friend who had a great experience with their roofing and solar + battery installation and now I completely understand why. From my very first call with Tom, their representative, I was blown away by his professionalism, sincerity, and deep knowledge. I’ve dealt with many contractors over the years, but Tom’s clear and honest explanations of the process and how I could truly save money with solar and battery storage were a breath of fresh air. After getting five different quotes, Solar Optimum offered the best combination of pricing, product quality, and professionalism. With the strong referral from my friend and all their outstanding online reviews, choosing them was an easy decision. I signed up for a new GAF composition shingle roof with the GAF Golden Pledge Lifetime Warranty, 24 Mission Solar panels, and a Tesla Powerwall 3. The very next day, Sonia called to schedule my site survey, she was warm, professional, and explained exactly what to expect. The survey technician was courteous, on time, and respectful of my property. Within three days, my project plans were finalized! Then Hannah from their project management reached out and walked me through some design adjustments to better locate the battery on the north side of my home. She made sure every detail was handled perfectly. Solar Optimum submitted for the permit, and incredibly the permit was approved in just one day! Carlos from their roofing department called immediately to confirm my roof installation date. He was knowledgeable and kept me informed the entire time. The roofing crew began work the following Monday and wrapped up by Friday. They showed up early every morning, kept the property spotless, and were respectful and professional throughout. Jason called to review some necessary lumber replacements and answered all my questions with the kind of expertise that only comes from years of experience. Once the roof was complete, Orbel reached out to schedule my solar and battery installation his enthusiasm was contagious! Rafi and his crew arrived on time, explained the entire process, maintained excellent communication, and made safety a top priority. I can’t say enough about the quality of their installation the panels are perfectly aligned, and the conduit is neatly run and painted to match the house. Everything looks amazing! The installation only took two days, and Rafi made sure I understood exactly how the system works before wrapping up. Afterward, Solar Optimum sent me clear instructions to set up my Tesla and Enphase monitoring apps and even helped walk me through the next steps with Southern California Edison (SCE). Despite being told the utility process could take six weeks or more, SCE completed everything in just a couple of weeks, and I received Permission to Operate (PTO) in under 60 days from signing! That includes roofing installation. Every single person I worked with from sales to project management to installation was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about delivering a great experience. If you’re considering solar, roofing, or battery storage, look no further than Solar Optimum. They’ve earned every one of these 10 stars and then some. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I did a lot of research before I decided to select Solar Optimum, I would say that they were not the cheapest but they have a competitive price. I decided to go with this company because of the 5 star rating reviews and being awarded by Panasonic as installer of the year. I was not disappointed and they fulfilled their promise in installing my solar in less than the time frame they gave me, thank you William and Francisco. Their Installers were very professional and they even help me to replaced a bad breakers, thank you Raffi. Their customer service were awesome and always there to answers any questions, calls and emails. I am now enjoying the benefits of solar power, I will give an update if the promised output KW is attained in the future. Thank you Solar Optimum and I will be recommending you to all my friends.

Solar Optimum has been a 5 Star Experience in all categories from start to finish. What I'd like to write about specifically though is to recognize Solar Optimum's level of Customer Service and "Service After the Sale," so to speak. I DID have a couple of minor issues after activation, but Solar Optimum fixed everything in Lightning Speed. I literally called once in the late afternoon, and had someone at my door who resolved everything early the next morning. Nothing less than Stellar! Solar is a major and worthy investment, and every step of the way, I couldn't ask for a better experience. Everyone I've ever dealt with at Solar Optimum has been A+ and I'm VERY happy with our system. I don't know how they could be Better.

Quoting was fast and I liked that there was no pressure to sign a contract. They weren't the lowest-cost option but we had just put in a new roof and the roof penetration warranty was the best I found. The installation was very quick - we didn't have to be on-site for it. We had existing electrical issues with our wiring and electrical panel and Solar Optimum fixed them in-house at cost (a lot of solar installers don't do additional electrical work) and made sure our inspection passed. They also submitted all paperwork and were present for the inspections - made the whole process really easy and effortless on our end!

Adding Solar panels was completely foreign to me. The team at Solar Optimum was fantastic. They communicated every step of the way and were extremely easy to get a hold of if I had questions. There was virtually no work on my part other than getting HOA approve and signing a few documents. Solar Optimum managed every other aspect of the project and communication with the city and SCE. They are fast too, I’m already generating my own power. AND to top it off their quote and financing was HALF their competition. I’d highly recommend and already have to friends and family.

Mike & Elias did a great job in getting us upto pace with all the steps from utility, panels, inverter, city evaluation & net metering setup. I also contacted them couple of times for checking on the inverter app & panels and got quick response. Overall, I didnt have any issues with the panels/inverter and the process was smooth and took around 5-6weeks as promised.

They were a great and transparent company to work with upon installation. I chose them because they weren't a fly by night operation and wanted to have the piece of mind that I was covered POST install. Well one of my microinverters went down. We discussed next steps. Turns out it needed to be replaced and they had it ordered for replacement and installed within a week! Great job Solar Optimum!

Work was completed successfully. There was little hickup when the stucco person left a big hole in wall for couple days, and the pipes not being painted until asked etc. But overall it was good. At least I don't have problems with the system

My solar installation went very smoothly. First I was little upset why they are taking so long, but I was wrong. It really takes long time as so many steps are involved in it the installaion. Just to install the panels takes only 1 to 2 days, but lot of things go behind the scenes that I didn't know.

I met with 3 or 4 other solar companies in the years before meeting with Solar Optimum. The previous companies's representatives all lied to me or tried to distort the benefits. Solar Optimum told me the truth. The system was installed properly, works as specified and my property was treated respectively. What more can anyone ask for?

They designed a system for our needs and workers to our home to set it all up. They installed it and had the city inspectors check their work and all passed with flying colors. They answered any questions we had and even came out two times to make sure all things were going right. They flipped the switch and it all work like it should.
