It was pretty quick and pretty efficient. They even worked in the rain, which kind of surprised me. They were able to pull it off in one day. They were very efficient, very respectful of our space. I was surprised how how quickly the turn around was. I had a contract with another company and they were gonna overcharge me. Customer support was very good about getting in touch with them and canceling that contract so I didn't have to. They were always pretty prompt with responding to me. Usually within 24 hour period or so I'd get a response back either a phone call or a text or an e-mail. There was one issue, It was very minor and it was corrected very quickly.

They walked me through the process of what would happen from start to finish, and gave me timelines on when I could expect equipment to be installed. I felt like I was being engaged throughout the entire process and I appreciated that. I haven't had any issues with the equipment as far as the installation, the setup, or the utilization of the equipment. For the instllation, they were in, they did their business, and they were out. They informed me what they were going to do, how they were going to do it, and how much time it would take. So it just seemed seamless to me. I honestly think that anyone who is not satisfied with the electric company they're currently using, if they feel like they're being overcharged for the service and getting very little in, I would recommend that they go with solar. And I would recommend, if this company is available in their area, that they would choose this solar company because they provide outstanding service. I'm glad I chose them.

We actually had two separate installations. The second installation we had, the panels were even newer, so they were larger and more efficient. So we gotten even more electricity generation capability out of it. It was quite smooth. They showed up first thing in the morning, got up on the roof and had everything completely installed, attached, wired and set up in a day. We just had to wait for the electricity company to come out and inspect. It was actually a lot less noisy than we thought it was going to be. Everyone we talked to was very responsive, and very helpful. We got quick answers to the questions we had and the guys that did the installation and got all the permits and everything were absolutely fantastic.

The installation went very smoothly, they were in and out in less than three hours from start to finish. They came on time and the salesperson followed up and made sure I had everything. I was positively impressed with how rapidly all the paperwork and approvals and everything went through the system. They had a trailer, they had all the equipment so they just jumped right on the roof and they were busy out there. I was home during the whole installation and everything just went smoothly. Everything looks very professional. There were no issues on starting the system up, no issues with the county inspections. By and large everything went very well.

I have had my system for a couple years and recently I got a Duke Energy bill for $184. I called and found out a had a ALERT on my system, since August 22. I found this out because I got a bill not from anyone notifying me. They said they would get a Tech out in 7 to 14 BUSINESS DAYS. Today is OCTOBER 23rd and I have YET TO SEE A TECH!! I also got another Duke Energy bill for $458.00, AND IM PAYING FOR MY SYSTEM FOR ANOTHER $250! I have tried to call the EMERGENCY NUMBER, to get hung up on after 3 mins, because they say to call back later! Worst company ever!! I hate this company and I’m going to contact my attorney to sue them for not following the CONTRACT!! BEWARE!! NOTHING BUT MISERY!

Every time I emailed or called, I received an immediate response within 24 hours of when they answered my question or my concern. They got their on time to install it and explained how they work, and what it meant. They accidentally damaged some of the brick In the installation, but they also sent someone to repair it within in a very timely manner.

I had one solar company come by the house just cold knocking door to door. I reviewed their contract and didn't like it because there were a lot of items that I didn't agree with.Then I turned around and gave Meraki a call. They came out the next day, looked at everything, gave me a quote, I read over their contract, and everything looked great. I didn't have any issues with the contract, so I went with Meraki. The panels have been generating a great amount of electricity since the install, and I have not had any bill for electricity. With the solar panel install, I had no issues whatsoever. I realized that Meraki outsourced the generator installation to another company and then they outsourced the nest thermostat install out to another company as well. But it took them probably 3 months just to get the nest thermostat installed. And I kept having a call over and over about it and it seemed like no action was being taken. They came out to the house early one morning, got up on the roof, and started mounting the rails. By midday, they were mounting the solar panels and running electrical cable through the attic and by the end of that afternoon they were finished. It was a one day install, very quick.

We researched what was available in our area and made a decision based off of that. The installation went great. It went a lot faster than I thought it would. The team they sent out was very organized. Everybody seemed to know exactly what they were doing. They actually sent out two teams because we had so many panels installed- I think there's a total of 39 panels. Each team knew what they were supposed to do, and they got it done really quick. We were really surprised. The one thing that I wish we knew more about is the mobile app and how to use it. They gave us information, as far as how to get to it and everything, but it would be a lot better if there was a little more training on it.

They were very communicative and they made the whole process as simple as it can be. Overall it was pretty straight forward. We had some delays due to having to get a roof. That's one thing which was disappointing, we didn't find out we had to get a roof until they actually came to install, even though it was inspected before. So that delayed the project by several months, but once the installation of the solar panels themselves was done, everything went very smoothly with no issues.

I think they found me a good loan for the equipment and the labor and everything. I haven't had any bill other than the minimum so I would assume they're working really great as far as I know. The install all went pretty smooth and in one day and I haven't had any issues as far as leaks or anything like that yet. The install was pretty fast, and the install crew was polite and professional.

Every time I talk to them, they answer my questions and they seem to be right. It seems to be working very good. It's it's easy to understand, with the app, what's being produced and what's being used. They came out and they installed them in one day, but they had a problem with one of the panels which they came back and replaced the panel and they cleaned up well. It looks nice. They were nice and friendly.

When I was looking for solar, Meraki Solar was the first company that came by and responded. After consideration, then we decided to go with you guys. I made a few phone calls looking for some information with customer service and I actually never got a call back. No issues with installation - it was really fast. When the system went down I was never notified by the system not working at all. I was called and told it was going to come back, but I never got any information on what happened or why it happened, even though I called back a few times. They did come and fix it, but I spent almost two months not knowing that the system wasn't producing any power.

Meraki solar, the agent, came out, explained everything to me, made me feel comfortable with the decision, and the financing was a breeze. It has been a very positive. I only had one issue and they made sure that the issue was resolved within three days. And then they even checked back to make sure everything was still okay. The installation process was so fast, if you blinked, you missed it. They came in. Got up on the roof. The team knew exactly what they were doing. I thought it was going to take all day. They got 40 panels installed before lunch.

Installation was very slow and the panel's were not put up right away, so they had to put in another another electric box on the outside of the house because I live in an older house. The code did not allow them to put their connections inside my house, so it's outside my house. You need to step up your installation process. The panel's got put up pretty quick, but it was almost a year before I ever had the power turned on So I actually lost all the power records generated this summer and now I don't even know if I'm generating power or not, or if it's just a bunch of old panels on the top of my roof.

It has reduced my light bill and it seems to be working pretty fine for me right now. After the work was done there was some repair work that need to be done. I had to call several times to get the people over here. Install was timely, neat and clean. They had good manners and were very professional. I'm still satisfied with the work.

They're very professional, they're very timely. They worked with me because I had some delays. The only problem I have is the software for the solar array, they've not assisted me in a lot of training on it and understanding the things I can do with it. Other than that, they did an excellent job of the install.

The Installation was excellent. The original presentation was good..a few things were not exposed in the presentation like the fact tat upon installation any warranty is terminated, and Maraki didn't offer to take over the Warranty. I am also disappointed that Meraki does not offer a backup battery (Finding a company that does is difficult, and something I would have appreciated).

The panels have done what they're supposed to do. They could have had better communication with the installers. Their customer service is good. When we had an issue they sent someone out to fix it. I could always get a hold of Crystal.

It was wonderful. The people that came out and did the cleaning of our ducts and checking everything out and putting in the smart thermostat and the people that put in the Solar panels, they were great. They could have explained the tax credit better.

When I need something I always gotta get an immediate response. It was done in a timely fashion. When I needed assistance there was always someone there. There was some wired stuff with the tax credit, but other than that it was good. My electric bill will stay low while everyone else's increases, so I'm happy about that.

The panels have helped me significantly lower my power bill. Also, when the workers who installed the system were here, they were always polite, did their work, didn't dally, and were gone with a handshake. I am VERY pleased with the system, and I can sell the loan with the house if I ever sell.

The sales person was good with communication when we had to get him involved, but our Meraki representative with horrible - no communication whatsoever. There were issues with the installation and the guys that were out working on the House were not really informative. When they left, they left tools and stuff on the roof.

The system does not function properly. The first crew installed the system and it didn't pass code, didn't pass inspection. The second crew had to completely disassemble the entire system and rewired it all, leaving holes in our roof where there shouldn't have been any. Also the first crew, one of them fell through the ceiling, leaving a giant hole in the ceiling of my garage. They finally got it up and running and then that worked for about 2 days and now it's not working, so they're supposed to come out here next week. They respond, but they don't seem to be able to get things right.

I needed to decrease my cost of electricity and I had contacted some other solar energy companies and they were not willing to help me get things accomplished like Meraki was to eliminate the trees and things like that. I've emailed and called and have not got a return on either from customer service.

The equipment is fine but Mark talked me out of getting backup batteries. They'll buy whatever power we don't use and they say they'll sell it back to us at night when our panels are not generating. Don't try to talk to your customers out of backup batteries, because now we're still paying more than we were than before we put solar on the house, which defeats the purpose.

Some things happened that they didn't let me know were going to happen. People showed up at my house with no notice. And then they tried to tell me that I owed them more money and that I needed to sign a new contract. And I said no, I don't think so. And and then they got the higher level people involved and they said no, never mind, we're not going to try to make you pay that. So it was a bit of a mess.

They told me it would not cost me anything, power company will get the money from a Grant, but they socked it to me with a $22,000. loan for installation. Now they are advertising the State will pay for the installation. where is my money or why is the State not paying mine? ed it to me with $22,000. loan. Now they are advertising the State will pay the installtion fee and I am stuck d it to me with $22,000. loan. I never saw the loan until I requested it while disputing the payment. Installation was great! The hidden costs, are not! Nothing is free, remember that. Now I have a reoccurring payment of $79+/- per month for a year, then it increases to approximately, $99/ month.If I sell my home, and the buyer doesn't "buy" into the program, I am stuck with the bill. Had I known this, I would not have had solar installed by Meraki.

Well, since the beginning I've been told things that weren't true. The biggest thing was my FPL bill would never be over $40 a month but sadly it's been well over $100 every single month. This month it was over $200. So with having to refinance my home in order to pay you guys the 12% so my monthly bill wouldn't increase I'm also paying a monthly bill for solar panels and a very high FPL bill. I'm now paying more than what I was paying when I just had FPL. I've talked to customer service several times including one time recently and the person I spoke with concerning limbs over my panels couldn't even find the pics of my house. I'm confused because I was also told my panels are only working at 30%. I questions the installers and sales associate when they first installed the panels as to why they were placed on one side under the big tree. I was told they could get some in the company to cut the limbs but no one has shown up. Also, there was never a shade ordinance signed. I really need help and questions answered. I've called several times but no one seems to be able to give me answers. Soon I'll either have to get an attorney or sell my home. I really need someone to look into my account and explain why my panels aren't working like they should please!!

It was very quick. They were out here and it didn't even take them a whole day and they put quite a few on. The installation process was very easy going, not stressful. When I have called nobody could answer my question and had to have someone call me back that was more capable of answering the question. When my solar panels went out, and they monitor them supposedly, it took a month of my solar panels not working before someone called me to tell me.

It was a very smooth operation. They were in and out in one day. They did leave a little bit of stuff around, so there wasn't a perfect routine, but it was not bad. I'm very satisfied with what we have. The panels look good on the back of the house.

They described how it would go. They sent a guy in the attic and hooked it all up pretty well. The solar panels do a good job. They don't cover everything on my power bill. But I do keep my house a little cooler than normal. Overall I'd say it's pretty good.

Overall it was okay, but there was some misinformation. An inspector came and the first time didn't approve it, so they came by real fast and fixed everythingthey way they were supposed to.

I didn't really have to do anything for installation. I just opened the door for them and said hello, and showed them the roof and that was it. They kept me in communication for everything and they did a really good job.

We found almost non-existent communication with the company and we found that they were more concerned about following artificial protocols that they had designed and set up, rather than actually getting the job done. The right hand didn't seem to know what the left hand was doing. Meraki needs to provide more updates to the actual consumer. There was very little communication and on our project they changed what they call the Project Advocate five times on our project. I don't know why they did that, but it resulted in a greatly reduced flow of information to us and we were the ones that needed to know what was happening and we didn't them. But the salesperson saved the project by going above and beyond the duty to get things straightened out. Very good salesperson. Installation went terribly poorly. We're both professional engineers and Meraki's engineers designed the system incorrectly- designed it at an incorrect capacity. When they did the installation, they did not provide the correct diagrams to the installers. There were quite a few problems, and then when they installed it, they made a number of fillers in the installation. It did not pass inspection and we realized what was happening the entire way, we kept correcting them, but they weren't listening very well. Fnally, it was all completed after we made a number of corrections to them and told them what to do. I felt funny about that, I thought they really shouldn't have to have a customer tell them how to do their job, but we finally were able to tell them enough that they got it done correctly at the end. It took several tries and almost six months.

I was told the product would replace our electric bill. It did not the bill remains high. After multiple calls a month over many months trying to get our system evaluated we were told the problem was the trees and our yard. Our salesman did not mention that the trees would be a problem and we were told that we need to cut them down we did so to the tune of $7,000 out of our own pocket. I had complained to my friend who referred me to Morocco and he told me he was told the same thing yet maraki paid to have his trees cut down. I asked maroki for a reimbursement and was denied. I was also encouraged by our salesman to buy more product than what we needed that if we produced more than we used we would be getting a check from the local electric company. That never happened the electric bill remains very high. Doing business with with meraki has caused a great strain on my marriage. My wife was opposed to the deal and was especially offended at spending seven extra $7,000 to cut the trees down . A 40 years of marriage this decision to go with meraki I regret the most. After many months of voicing my concerns and displeasure I was told by the company the problem was simply the weather of which there's nothing that they can do about. I've had multiple acquaintances inquire about the product and I have discouraged them all because of the horrible experience that me and my wife have had and the great expense that it has cost us. We are now stuck with a high solar payment and a high electric bill of which puts again a great strain on my family's budget. After so long a time and so many attempts at getting satisfaction my wife and I simply became so discouraged and frustrated that we have just simply given up..
