Ryan was great. Very honest man. Took 3 months til install, had to call few times to see what was happening. I would recommend Elevation solar, hopefully your install goes faster. Install crew was great! Showed me everything they had and how they would install. Great guys!

Project started in February 2018. It is now last week August 2018. No communications about site survey. Salesman has left the company. No one at customer service has any knowledge. I was told I could not use my electric company, but Yes I can. Installation was delayed because on the day of installation, installers told me I had hail damage, that was noted in site survey two months earlier, causing more delay. Installation has failed electrical and city inspections more than once on both, which inspectors told me that Elevation does not send proper paperwork. At 6:00 PM, one evening, Elevation called me while I was out of town, saying I needed to take a picture of external work to submit to energy company for my rebate or I would not get the rebate. When I asked why Elevation was making this My problem I was told Elevation has no presence in the area. Inspections have been passed. This is the kicker, Elevation has collected their money I have paid the first installment and I still have NO solar power

In regards to your rebate, your electrical provider has great urgency around uploading pictures and our goal is to ensure that you get the rebate as promised. This is a HORRIBLE company. They are 100% incompetent and their customer service is terrible. We have been waiting 8 months for them to get our solar working - after paying in full - and while the installation went great, they have not been able to hook the solar up. FOR EIGHT MONTHS! They fail inspection after inspection and now they have mislabeled our electrical panel, which is not only incompetent but unsafe. They will not take responsibility. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
