This is a HORRIBLE company. They are 100% incompetent and their customer service is terrible. We have been waiting 8 months for them to get our solar working - after paying in full - and while the installation went great, they have not been able to hook the solar up. FOR EIGHT MONTHS! They fail inspection after inspection and now they have mislabeled our electrical panel, which is not only incompetent but unsafe. They will not take responsibility. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

I was told that my solar would be $150 during the summer months. During the inspection the SRP tech told me that the solar panel is generating less than 1/4 of the energy that my house is using. It also looks like they screwed something up as my electrical usage has actually gone UP since they installed the panels. They were supposed to come and connect my internet, and haven't heard a word from them. Reading some of the other reviews on this site I'm not hopeful. I'd stay away from these guys, it's a big scam.

Took 4-5 months to install, still paying electricity and solar 5 months after activation and they claim I should be glad I’m paying less when they sold me no more elec bill - the remedy they say is buying more panels after they screwed me for the better part of 2021 - I know I’m not the only one, let’s make them pay for their deceptive business practice

the sales person basically they will tell you anything to make the sale ..... Most of it it lies..... customer service is basically non existent yes they answer the call but can only give you scripted non helpful answers... it took them 3 months too finally send out a service guy and he gave me lip service as well.... so I would not trust this company once the deal is signed your on your own....

We had our solar panels installed in April 2020 and since that time we have had nothing but problems with the panels. To date we have had 7 panels replaced. Not a day goes by that all of the panels are working correctly. Customer service and problem resolve by Elevation Solar is sub par. They promise to call back "by the end of the day" and they do not. We are the ones that has to call them. We are to a point of considering hiring an attorney and get the panels off the roof so that we can find another solar company. I would not recommend Elevation Solar to anyone!

I signed a solar Photovoltaic installation agreement on 09/30/2019 for the price of $52,008.00. I have already paid out in cash 90% of payment which included 20% , $10,401.67 on 09/30/2019 of down payment and 70%, $36,405.60 on 12/14/2019 of due before or at installation. The first installation date was scheduled on January 6th, 2020. But since that day, reschedules and cancelations occurs with unknown reasons to me. As today of March 22, 2020 the system is not completed done and activated with SRP yet.

Hi Al, unfortunately, the current activation delay is with SRP. They have been holding their activation process with everything going on. We are working on getting everything pushed through as quickly as we can.

Took over 5 months to complete installation. 5 times I was scheduled for a crew to start/continue/complete installation. No one shows up. No calls. Left me waiting for nothing. They promise work and do not deliver. You have to watch them. How can a business operate like this? Constant phone calls got me no results. Very unsatisfied. I wish I went with a different company.

The project is coming up on a year since it started with Elevation and they still can't seem to figure out how to install and/or turn on the system. Literally every time something was scheduled to be done at my home there was some kind of mistake made, mis-scheduling, or mis-communication. At this point I'm thinking of removing the panels myself and leaving them in the alley for them to deal with. Since they've upgraded my circuit box every time it rains we pop a fuse although I've told my point of contact no one has come out to check it.
