Keegan B at Elevation coordinated all the activities required to include coordinating with our roofing company on scheduling. We decided to switch to solar and we got the full solar package. We even added on the EV charger. We have yet to receive the EV charger. Every time I call to get it scheduled, I get placed on hold and then told that they are having issues sending me to the right department. Or the rep will tell me that they will call me back, but they never do.

post purchase = no customer service. Quoted a price for 42 panels. Got 37, they didnt lower the price after only 37 would fit. I called..got a song and dance. Not Right. Have Called for Customer Service issues, no answer back. Called my sales guy, he never returns calls...MIA. Very Very Very Disappointed. Panels dont deliver as promised.

It took me almost five weeks for my question to be answered. I was very disappointed in the professionalism. Their equipment seems to be state of the art. The installation was a disaster as it destroyed seventeen of my roofing tiles. I would never recommend them.

It is basically as scam, I am not saving money. I am not happy with it. It takes them forever to get everything done, I don't know why the process is hard, it but it basically took seven to eight months before I had any electricity. Their sales team are liars.

I liked the salesperson that came. The installers that came did not install it right and I didn't have air conditions working for three or four days because of an error.
