If you need a question answered you might not get it answered and have to call customer support again, it has happened a lot. The system is pretty expensive.

There were no issues with the installation, they came and were professional. My problem is I did not get in writing by the salesperson some features and when I asked about it, I was told too bad you signed the final document. I was told it was covered but it wasn't in writing, so I would advise people to make sure you get everything in writing.

The company is very good. They were courteous and knew what they were showing. The product may be very good but the results are very poor. I was told I would save eighty five percent and I am not even getting fifty percent off sale.

I have had my solar for four months and it still is not complete. I have made multiple payments and I know there are parts that need to be replaces and I am still waiting. Customer service is pretty quick to get back to me and answer my questions.

I recently had insulation put in and although there was some hiccups, eventually everything worked out perfectly! I had to call a couple of times to follow up on the resolution of the minor issues I was having and each time the team was professional and supportive. Pete responded to my concerns promptly reassuring me that they would make it right no matter what.

From start to finish, I had a phenomenal experience. Solar projects are complex and when issues did arise (permitting, supply, activation), most were outside the control of Elevation. My utility company was dragging their feet, but I was properly updated with each step in the process. Seamless (from my end) from beginning to end. My system is 6.5 kW with REC panels and is working like a charm.

I like the feeling that my utility bill will never be outrageously high again. I have a lot of my neighbors complain about the high energy bills they receive each summer, so I like the fact that I’m saving money and paying less than my neighbors. Elevation install crews were great, and I can call in for support whenever I need a question answered.

I purchased with Elevation in May of 2021. The system was installed in July, fairly quick turn around. The crews were all very knowledgeable and professional. He did notify me that there was a small crack on one roof tile and they came out within a few days to fix it. Outside of that, the system had my bill the first month in August at $15 (normally $350). I pulled the trigger as a way to hedge against inflation and its doing an excellent job as an investment.

We decided on Elevation due to their technology and warranty. I am an engineer and read deep into everything. Overall install went very well and we have seen near zero bills over last month since its been activated. I did use their tracking app, which helped as they seem to be short staffed with customer service. The app made it possible to get updates without calling in. Would reccomend.

I am editing my review because Elevation Solar came through for me and my system is operating correctly now. I have been told I would be reimbursed for the months it was not working. Amy, the Resolutions Manager was wonderful and put up with my rantings. She got accomplished what no one else was able to. I can now monitor my service daily, and believe me I will. Justin who came and actually provided the service did a wonderful job. He was personable and very knowledgeable as well as patient regarding all my questions and complaints. I am relieved, and my stress level has gone way down so I now can recommend Elevation Solar if someone asks. I don't regret my earlier reviews since they got the attention I needed and deserved. My opinion has changed as of today because my system is running perfectly.

The first contact person (Concierge Person) was not the best. That's the bad part of the review.
Once I contacted my sales person and explained that I couldn’t get in contact with the concierge rep, I was switched to someone that better represented Elevation Solar. All my questions were answered and things moved forward quickly. The install crew was fast and courteous; completed the installation of the panels in one day and finished the remainder of the electrical install the following day.
Electrical inspections and coordination with the power company were handled by Elevation and went smoothly and quickly.
Overall, other than one bad employee, the process went well.

My experience with Elevation Solar has been with Adam D who has led me through the process of designing a system for my home and contracting for the system. The interaction with Adam has been terrific. He has been knowledgeable about every aspect of the system and responsive. It was a pleasure dealing with him. I emphasize that the solar system has not yet been delivered and installed. I hope that goes as well as things have been so far.

my husband and I started to look for solar panels and decided to do an application on line. We got contacted by Starlee. She was trully amazing . We made an appt with her. She came over our house and she was very professional explain by detail the whole process of the solar panel system. she was really helpful. We decided to shop around so we contacted other solar panel companies. No one gave us a better service or better quote than Starlee. Her customer service is excellent and my husband and I will surely recommend her. she is the best in the field.

Starlee K was amazing. She return my phone calls and text messages right away. When she came over our house she was so nice and explain everything very well to us. Her customer service decided us to pick this company for our solar panels. I got quoates from other companies but none of them gave me the service that i got from Starlee. Not mention that she gave me the best deal. I will highly recomend Starlee to my friends and relatives. You are lucky to have someone like starlee in your team.

Carmen and Jessica were so helpful when I requested information about energy efficient options from Elevation.
I was looking for information about solar pool pumps, they were knowledgeable and gave me great information.
Jessica was very kind, friendly and pleasant to talk with. She followed up with me the following day at my request. My husband and I are still reviewing the information. We will definitely be contacting Jessica when we are ready to move forward.

My friend had a great experience from start to finish and recommended I go with Elevation Solar over another known solar company because Elevation is Panasonic’s Premium Status Solar Installer so I get a 25 year Panasonic Labor Warranty on top of the 25 year product and performance warranty. I met with Ari at Elevation and he made me feel confident in his knowledge and ability to keep my job moving smoothly through the operations process and so far it’s been very smooth. Now that my system is on, I can’t wait to see the savings!

I checked out few solar companies. Everyone wants to sell. Everyone offers almost the same. However you are treated is very important. Working with Carmen F has been a pleasure and very informative. She and her two co workers Jessica B and Priscilla V are great at following up and making sure I don’t run into any issues. So far it has been a joy ride. I recommend Elevation Solar highly. They won’t leave out in the sun.

Jessica, Carmen and Priscilla came out to National Night Out for our neighborhood. They educated so many and I had them out to present to my house before where I had to much tree shading. I love it that they speak the truth and are so passionate about solar. If your interested in solar get with them for I know for a fact they will take care of you. Go Solar!!!

I’m not one who understands all the technical terms about solar but dealing with the salesman that we had he made everything very easy to understand and was very helpful throughout the whole process! Ben B was awesome! It took a day and a half to install the unit we purchased and Beni and his crew were very good and the installation went as smooth as it could have.

Elevation Solar did an exceptional job from start to finish. Billy explained the entire process and gave us a lot of valuable information. At no point, did I feel like I was being forced or pressured to do anything; he laid out all the options and allowed me to make the decision I felt best. The staff support in general is great - they communicate consistently with their customers. I have had a great experience with them and recommend Elevation Solar.

I've spoken with 6 different solar companies over the past two months, and of those six companies elevation was the only company that sent someone out that answered all of accurately and effectively. There was only one question they were not able to answer at the time, but they researched and gave me the information I needed. I feel like I have made an informed decision going forward with elevation solar and I would reccomend them to a friend.

Our purchasing experience with Elevation was so smooth! I was a little hesitant to set myself up with another loan especially since I wasn’t quite sure how buying solar panels worked. Our sales rep Ariel O was very well informed and made sure that my husband and I understood everything we wanted to know before we signed the contract. He was able to get us the best panels for our home, honestly. I really felt like he was on our side, and not trying to oversell us. I would definitely recommend Elevation to anyone looking to buy or even just learn about how the process works.

We called out Elevation Solar because they installed our next door neighbor Tammy a few months ago. Dru, their sales rep, came out and gave us a free consultation to see if it'd make financial sense to do solar. We have a large south facing roof so we were actually in-pocket on the monthly budget! There was no pressure to move forward and we choose them over several other local companies in the area because of their warranties.

I got multiple quotes from solar companies and Elevation Solar offered the highest quality system and longest warranty. They are authorized with Panasonic, which has some of the best panels on the market right now. The overall process was a little long but most of it was waiting on the city so I can't blame Elevation Solar. My install team was beyond awesome. They were very polite and answered all my questions. My system was just activated and I can't wait to start saving with solar!

A couple of things they can improve are, OFFICE communication and lets say a 4 week email progress report. My installation was a long process (5 months to completion, I have a very strict Association) and I paid cash. There is a variable with estimate energy production and I have to wait until summer to see max production. I think they could have fit one more panel on roof but I presume the added cost to do now is prohibitive. I definitely would recommend Elevation Solar as one company to get a price quote from. I went out on open quote and out of 5 companies, 2 companies were pretty thorough incld Elevation Solar and the other 3 companies I just laughed at the salesman's face. 1 company actually wanted me to sign a contract without even giving me a WRITTEN quotation, LOL. BE VERY CAREFUL
Eric the salesman was fantastic and worked with my needs to go with Elevation Solar.

Hi Edward, we are currently working on making sure our proposals are as accurate as possible. Unfortunately some of our markets require us to build proposals based on the square footage of the home instead of usage but we are working on making sure we educate our customers if they don't match.

We started our project approximately August of 2018. Unfortunately our story is not quite as nice as most of the reviews I have read. Once panels were installed we were excited. After several inspections and different staff from Evelation Solar trying to make it right, and us thinking maybe this was not a good idea. Broken tiles (lots), panels not installed correctly, etc. final steps we were told it was up and running. Here we are in February 2019 when we learned our solar still was not working properly. However , the next person, Aryss who came out to let us know he was here to check the panels. He explained very professionally, what he needed to do. He did it and had to come back to complete his work. Anyway thank you Aryss for getting us up and running. We wish that you would have the supervisor of the first attempt . You are enthusiastic, professional and courteous at your customer service skills. Thank you again.

After going through a horrible experience with two different solar companies that were not able to deliver what they promised, we are extremely happy and grateful that we found Elevation Solar! They offer premium products which are backed by great warranties and also offer some of the best financing options that we have seen on the market. Elevation Solar from start to finish has been exceptional. The last company didn’t show up the day of install and waited almost 4 months. We are approximately 30 days from signing to install and that is awesome.. Like I just said “I waited almost 4 months for the other people” .The crew is extremely well mannered , hard-working and work well together as a team unit. As a business owner it’s difficult to find people that work so well together. I am impressed .

It was a pleasure working with Dru who answered my questions and explained the full solar process. It was a lot of information to take in one sitting but he was patient and made sure I understood. I haven't been thinking about solar until recently and wasn't sure it was for me but, now I am purchasing a solar system from Elevation Solar because of the short term benefits as far as my budget and the long term financial benefits.

Sherie M was my contact with Elevation Solar and she could not have been more helpful. She called me constantly to give me update and let me know what was next. It was a good experiance Ryan the sales rep was very patient and answered all my questions. Was not forceful allowed me time to shop around and get other estimates. After doing so I called Ryan back told him what I got. He was able to get with his team and they were able to price match another companies proposal with better quality panels. Only regret is I should of signed up when we first met because I lost out on a higher rebate from CPS.

I had four quotes from four companies, but Elevation Solar actually provided a honest and realistic quote. Two other companies were using yearly KW below my actual usage, so their numbers were not valid, and very misleading. The other company never met me and sent all correspondence by email. I found that Elevation Solar was honest, and their deal was the best in quality and price. I have no hesitation in recommending the company, and their sales representative Douglas D. was informative, and helpful. I didn't feel rushed or pressured.

I had a delightful talk with Dru and he explained the system and answered questions very well. He is well informed as to how the process works. The tools the company used to show me the break down as to my current bill and the estimated increase in power rates over time and how much money I can save with the system I chose to go with was very helpful. The spreadsheet was very detailed. He is sending it to me to review while I wait for the inspection period. Working with Elevation has been very good.

I contacted Elevation Solar since I wanted solar panels to reduce my NV Energy bill and they had very good customer service reviews. Billy came to my house and explained every thing well. Another company had talked to me previously and said that their price ($26k) could not be beat. Elevation Solar not only beat it by thousands, they had better financing and will use more efficient, American-made panels. The site survey occurred today and soon they will present me with a detailed plan for my solar system. Elevation may be small, but they are competent and will be the price of larger companies.

I spent many hours and days interviewing solar vendors and at last found Elevation Solar. I found that their deal was by far the best in quality, price, grandfathered rate locks and in coverage. Further I can get a faster installation, better bank financing terms (by far) and a 20 year rate lock against all APS increases..that sold me. Hear them out, looking and talking are free, you won't go wrong.

Ari O was my sales consultant..he was wonderful! Ari was super knowledgeable, transparent with all info and all his facts were verifiable/verified. He was WONDERFUL in communicating/getting back to me as promised, a consummate professional and rarity these days! Elevation Solar had deals the other vendors simply did not have so it lowered the price substantially with more comprehensive and longer warranties. I would recommend Elevation and Ariel (Ari) without hesitation.

They will not try to sell you more power than you need and they will take care of your insulation. There was no pressure to buy during the consolation and I'm happy I called out Elevation Solar.

We had another solar company come out to give us a quote, but they were completely lackluster about the whole process from the start. On the other hand, we felt that Ariel with Elevation Solar genuinely wanted our business. We felt he was very easy to talk to, and he didn’t mind spending the extra time with us to answer all of our questions. He’s been a great guide so far for us. We’ve decided to move forward with Elevation Solar.

Our sales presenter, Brandon E, was very professional, but very personable while presenting our solar package to us. He explained all of the details, answered all of our questions and made us feel at ease about taking this big step with our electricity choice. We can't wait for pir install day and are excited about taking a positive step towards saving money on the one bill that fluctuates astronomically from season to season.

We shopped around for solar panels with a few different companies, and ended up choosing Elevation Solar because I appreciated their transparency and no-pressure sales experience. Jordan S, the salesperson, and Jeff in finance, came and gave a solid presentation and patiently walked me through the details of the savings calculations until I felt confident in the investment. The other two companies I was working with spent most of their time talking about how bad other companies were, and shied away from digging into the numbers as much (they claimed the numbers were "guaranteed" so I could trust them).
The entire process took about 2 months from the first consultation to getting my panels turned on and generating, including energy improvements Elevation provided as part of the installation: duct sealing, solar windows and fresh insulation. Elevation kept in touch on a weekly basis at minimum to keep me updated on the progress. Overall the whole thing was quick and painless.
The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is that the panel installation crew they contracted with acted unprofessionally while they were doing the panel install. They were being quite vulgar all throughout the day, and loud about it, while I was working from home. I did let Elevation know and they appreciated the feedback and are taking steps to address it. Not like it had a huge impact on the whole process though; I'd give 4.5 stars if I could.
In short, Elevation provided transparency, professionalism and promptness along with competitive rates for my solar buying experience and I would recommend them.

Elevation Solar was awesome! They were super fast in working with SRP and the city to get all of the approvals done. The installation crew was super knowledgeable and walked me through what they were doing and how the layout would be. They were professional and cleaned up everything after themselves. They ran into some complications on our type of roof but that didn’t stop them. They finished everything the same day. I am now producing more than expected and saving money!
