Sunrun are the worst company I have ever dealt with. You never do what you say. We are now heading into fall soon, the temps at my home are in the triple digits, all summer it has been hot,. I am scared to use my air conditioner. My system has been underperforming for a year now, you ARE aware of this!!!. They have said they will sent someone out, that never happened. My bill to edison at the end of last year were $2500 as opposed to your estimate of between $600-$900. Between your company and Edison I am now paying an average of $400 per month, that is more than I paid before solar. I would have this system removed from my home and at some point I know I will.

On line about 6 months now. Installation was long, but OK. Accounting is good. Customer service seems receptive. I gave 4 to 6 potential references-not one was contacted by Sun Run. Their & my loss. But other than that, it seems to be legit so far.

There were a few hiccups when Sunrun took over from our previous solar contract with Vivant but it all worked out fairly and now we're enjoying considerable savings on our electric bill. 4 adults and a child use a lot of electricity but our rooftop solar system handles it like a champ!

Had a quote from them and as opposed to some other companies, the tech guy I spoke with was straightforward, knew his product and didn't read off a sales script. They had a good warranty on solar panels (25 years) but didn't have a good battery system and it only covered 8 hours in case of a power loss and on limited circuits... that is below standards these days. I would have given a higher rating if based on solar panels only, but I also have to say they were one of the most expensive quotes I got...

This company placed solar panels on my roof. The process was thorough from the perspective of informing us of the benefits. We had a direct contact person, which facilitated communication with the company. My concerns have more to do with their customer service subsequent to placing the panels. Consequently, placing the panels resulted in leakage (when there was a heavy rain/snow) onto my ceiling in one area resulting in two large water stains on my ceiling. They sent a person out and they re-mounted the problematic panel and we have not had an issue since. However, we have the damaged ceiling as a reminder. Upon requesting the company repair the damage to our ceiling, there was no service. We were persistent and reached out to the original sales person and submitted a claim on their website, as well as spoke directly with their customer service staff. No response yet and it has been several months.

I had my solar installation done a couple of years ago, and it went great. The team came in, did the installation, and I haven't had any issues since. I haven't interacted much with them since then, so I can't provide detailed feedback. Overall, I'm satisfied with the service and performance of my solar system.
