They seem to be a very reliable company. They were always very fast to answer any questions and that I have and if there was a few things that still needed to be taken care of they were on top of it and kept me updated on the progress. I know they were not the cheapest that I've got but with the type of equipment installed it was worth paying a little bit extra for better quality and better service. It all went real smooth. They were done in about half the day and I have I think 28 panels and they cleaned up real well afterwards. There was really nothing that they left behind and it was a very good experience. Everybody was very nice on the crew. From the research I've done they're using some of the best equipment that's available right now.

Improve communication with the electricians and make sure they know about all the paperwork. Customer support has been very responsive, mainly the product managers. I was initially impressed with SunPro. The sales rep was up front and honest, and the installation crew was on time and professional. Since the installation I have received an error message on my phone app. I reported it upline and have since been in a holding pattern. I reached out to the account manager with a request concerning a cancellation fee from my old electric provider on 31 Dec. He replied back on 5 Jan that the request was submitted and that I was still pending a final inspection. I thought that everything had been completed and asked him about the inspection and also if he could provide me feedback concerning the error message. On 6 Jan I received his reply that everything was still pending. I reached out again on 17 Jan via email and haven't received a response back as yet, so I called and left him a message. Service after the sale goes a long way...a simple response to an email without being badgered would go a long way. It would also establish more trust in any response received. Time will tell on wither I'll be a satisfied customer, but one thing is for certain, I won't be advertising very strongly for future business with friends or family.

Initially we were, honestly, very impressed. The speed of information we received and the knowledge presented by the sales rep really floored us. Same thing with the install. Quick, hassle free, and surprisingly sooner than we expected. Then we were handed off to another rep who compared to the first service we received was lacking in many areas. We had to constantly be contacting her about the process and status of our progress and didn't seem to have the knowledge to help, seek help or further the process in a timely manner. The middle and end stages were bad. Period. We felt frustrated and wished we had received better guidance and assistance from Francesca our rep. I had to have a stern conversation with her after months and months and months of stagnant progress on finalizing our complete install. It was only after we demonstrated our frustration that she actually acted and got things moving. It should not have to come to this point and it disappoints us that it did. We now have our system fully operational but are having an issue with the App displaying crucial information about usage. As usual, we are awaiting a resolution from Francesca. We are on day 5 of the waiting game. We're not holding our breath.

SunPro seems to do things extremely well right up until after things are installed and "working," which I'll come back to. The salesman was excellent, as was the staff with which I communicated prior to the install. There was a mix up with the install date by a single day, but that's about as minor as things come and it was sorted out quickly. The installers themselves were knowledgeable and friendly, and they made sure the install itself looked clean and professional. Once everything was installed, there was a problem with the battery that took a little longer than I would have hoped (17 days) where neither our battery nor our app worked. I had to call a few times to get the app to work; the wrong house was assigned to my account, so I could see someone else's data but not mine. The battery apparently just needed to be turned on, but that wasn't communicated to me so some unfortunate workers had to drive to my house to flip a switch instead of just having me do it. Overall, none of those issues are that big of a deal. The worst part is the fact that my system continues to fail as if the grid goes down, but only the SunPro installed circuit goes down, and I still have power from the non-backed-up grid circuits. It's very obvious that there is something wrong with one of the boxes installed by SunPro at this point as it's happened multiple times. I have tried to get SunPro to fix this problem for 3 weeks and 3 phone calls now to no avail. I kept being told "someone will call you" but that never happened until the day I asked to guarantee I'd have something scheduled that day. I finally got them to send someone out after the customer service person questioned me over and over because they clearly didn't believe me when I explained the problem. The electrician who came out to check did not know how to resolve the issue (said he had never seen it before) and said they'd have to reschedule, but it hasn't been rescheduled. I've received more emails asking me to rate SunPro than the zero emails I have received asking if my issue was resolved and if not, what steps could be taken to do so. I'm to the point where I wish I could return the system and be free from my loan, which is disappointing because I was very excited to get the system installed. SunPro would be 4.5/5 or higher if I wasn't having this issue, but right now they're just not taking care of this issue which is causing me and my family concern about the state of the electrical equipment attached to my house.

Installation went well, it was quick, they did a good job. I mean overall they did an excellent job on installation and then through the whole process actually because they hooked it up pretty fast so once they finished the job they came I guess with the technical work they were doing they came right out and then everything went well with the hooked up and all that. It's top quality equipment they have. Once I had something leaking in my roof but they came out right away to fixed it.

Very seamless and very straightforward. It really does give you the best R.O.I. on the value for what you're investing. The panels are very durable and well constructed, they're good quality and brand the end phase power inverter and monitoring system is flawless I mean just works really well, connects, it gives me updates in everything I need, it's a dream. If you have the chance to get solar from SunPro you should do it.

I haven't had any problems, it just took awhile to get it all done and and turned on so that's that's the only problem I did have. I'm pretty happy with what I got. I think today's time the way things are going that or if I'll be away for most people to go In the long run to be self sufficient and save money. I haven't had to use customer support too much yet but so far all I have is doing really good. Really efficient, the crew is really good and got it all done in one day which is a good deal and they did a real nice job, cleaned up afterwards so that's really good.

I was approached in march of 2021 and singed up for them. hoping to havive them installed and functioning by summer. well that did not happen i knew it was going to be a little bit because the sales man told me it would be but i am pretty sure it was like 3 to 6 weeks not 3 to 6 months. but i did finally get them installed in late september. and they are functioning and doing well, and they have lived up to all of their other promises that they have made. So i would defiantly recommend them. One thing stuck out that the sales man had told me. he said don't think of it as you are compelely getting rid of your electric bill but think of it more like you are changing electric providers. But with this option there is potential to have an end to the bill once and for all. If you stick with plan A then that will never be an option. But go solar and that is an option. and with the right set up you wont ever be without power. When the whole neighborhood has an outage, well most of them anyway, you wont even know it happened. That in itself is such a good feeling. anyone with a basement that should know exactly what i am talking about. Thanks SunPro for keeping my family safe no matter what time of year and no matter what kind of weather we have. My alarm system will still work and my sump pump. Oh ya and can't forget about my nexflix.

SunPro was very good about keeping me informed of the things that were outside of their control so that they could get a proper installation on my older home with everything being brought up to current installation standard. They were able to keep me in weekly contact on the progress of the installation before the installers arrived. We had some difficulties with OG&E getting them out to do some line move but SunPro was very good at keeping me up to date with their communication with OG&E and information that they were receiving from subcontractors. The equipment is in good condition. They explained to me how everything operates and works and gave me information on how to use the apps that monitor the equipment and have been very good about answering any questions I have on the functionality of the equipment. They were very good about dealing with the long installation time. We had started the purchased in November of 2019, 2020 it seems like a really long time ago and there were delays due to Covid, delays due to storms keeping the OG&E teams busy, and there were delays due to Tesla moving its production plans. The equipment that was installed I feel very confident is going to outlast the warranty. I can already see a reduction in my energy cost with it only being installed.

Horrible. We signed paperwork back in July of 2020 it's now Jan 2022 and our panels still aren't up and working. I was told in October of 2020 I would get a refund for all the months that my panels haven't been working still never received a refund. SUNPRO keeps saying they are waiting on Duke Energy to switch the meter. But when I called Duke SUNPRO never sent in the application for the solar panels or the meter. I've been asked so many times how I like the solar and who I've gone with by new people also building in our neighborhood and I tell everyone not to go with SUNPRO I'm so disappointed and still waiting on the refund and the application to be turned in to Duke for my meter to be changed. Then they go and say my name doesn't match on my homeowners insurance and my Duke bill but I sent them my most recent bills proving that they do. They are trying to put the blame on anyone but themselves for there horrific customer service

L over the course of the project, I had multiple project managers and ones who was unresponsive for over a two week period via email, phone, and text. Incorrect installation by electricians that placed unnecessary holes in my home, which has to then be repaired. The total project was lengthy due to the changing of the project managers, over six months from the time I signed the contract until my system was active. Additionally, the panel installers did not follow the array agreed upon by when signing the contract with my salesman.
