I rate them highly because of the Honesty of Solar rep , Zach Bee. The key to getting your Solar is in the Honesty of the Representative quoting you and not over selling the solar. I have paid off my Solar and also received my tax credit, which was like bonus. By bill has bee n in the negative. Saving so much money. This is because I was not oversold on my Solar.

Any time I’ve had any issues or problems, they’ve been able to resolve my issues right then and there and if they couldn’t they were able to give me a time line and they stuck with it. Everything has panned out exactly as they said. Installation was seamless. They came in and took care of it. I didn’t have to do anything. I would like it more if they used a different financing company.

The equipment looks sturdy. We’ve noticed that it is definitely working and there is a big difference in our bill. It is expensive but it would definitely recommend them. There are so many different companies involved with fusion power that I did have issues with a few in the beginning but customer service is easy to get in contact with and overall it wasn’t too bad.

Customer service is great. There are no hassles if you call. They are really easy to work with. I had an issue with the pressure on my ceiling and they came out within the week to make sure to fix the problem. It was fantastic. They made sure everything was clean after it was installed. The panels are working. I am happy with the whole system.

Overall it has been a good experience. They could be a bit more transparent with you with every detail of the process to make the transition a little easier but the only downside is the loan company they use. It was only inconvenient but you can’t really avoid those things. It is not so much their fault as mine.

Your product quality is good. I’m unhappy because I’m paying more for power now & that isn’t what I thought was going to happen. The pitch for going to solar was supposed to be to save money. But really has bothered me is your customer service people want to continue the lie by telling the reason my costs are going is my fault because I’m using more power than I did before I had solar power. My belief is that the program is set by ASP so that everyone who gets solar power will pay more.

You can’t talk to an actual human being, you have to go through a computer when you call customer service and I hate that because I am not very computer savvy. They equipment seems to be working very well and I haven’t had any real issues but I would like people in the office to call.

I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. Their Salesman lied and misrepresented what they were doing. I am contacting the Attorney General about the Fraud they perpetrated on me. I told the sales person I was not interested in adding panels to my existing system if it was a lease, as what I have was paid off. He assured me it was not a lease. I asked him again as we were going through the consultation and again he assured me, I was not leasing the panels. He lied about the rates also. I now have additional panels that so far have not lowered my power bill much and a lease which adds an additional cost to my power bill or a $46,000. bill to pay off.

Our salesman Jacob Browning was very enthusiastic and sufficiently thorough in his sales pitch. He did get the sizing (24 panels) correct. The problem is that he convinced us to pay more than necessary for the product provided by SunRun. He also made some promises that he did not keep. When we tried to contact him about these things after the sale, he was not available. He did not answer our phone calls. Now we can only negotiate with SunRun.

Well you know originally there was a lot of excitement, unfortunately this all happened during the pandemic so fusion Powers phone calling became like every other business across the country, we are experiencing pandemic at this time and we are so much busier than normal that we cannot answer any questions for anyone will try to reply to your email within a week maybe, all right that might have been work for work but that's kind of the way it was that at this point if I had any questions I wouldn't even know who to call or where or when, the solar power the people that installed it yeah that all works they were actually fairly decent individuals just kind of weird installation of the AC and those people didn't want to be here either anyways because of the pandemic maybe it was all a bad situation at the time at this point it's like we just don't even know each other we don't.

Although I am very satisfied with the financial set-up of leasing, I do not get the tax credits from the feds or state. I am saving money with no money out of pocket however I'm not sure if ownership or leasing in the long term is financially advantageous. Age is a factor. I am 70. I do not regret deciding to lease.

Your salesperson, Beau, was very forthcoming, informative and helpful, and the techs were fast and efficient. However, I was told I would receive a $1000 signup payment and after over four months this has not happened, altho Beau says he is following up. I counted on this money and need it now.

We have an issue with the referral program. It was kind of a hassle to get what was promised to us for referring a customer, but customer service got it taken care of.

First issue was with the initial inspection of the roof for the solar panels. The guy was scheduled to come out and call the day of, but never showed up. This put the project about 1 month behind because they inspection was not down, then the plan was not correct because of specific vents on the roof and had to wait a couple months for that to be re-created (little to no updates during this process). Once everything was approved, the installation and rest of the setup was quick. Secondly, they sell you on $0 down and you'll get $12K from a tax return/reimbursement that just needs to go to the loan. The problem is we only get $6K each year for 2 years. They said that they will raise monthly payments if this required payment is not met, which we couldn't meet because we don't have an extra $6K laying around. They were not upfront about how this works and hence the 2 of 5 stars. Power bill did drop from about $400 per month to $25, so that is a positive.

Fusion Solar comes off as a very good and trustworthy company at first. Over the course of 5 months it’s been headaches and delays one after another. The sales rep won’t tell you if there’s delay on your product and will authorize some actions without your consent. I had one such rep, I opted for a battery system and the installers came to my house to install the solar system without the battery. Come to find out that there was a recall on the battery I chose and the rep authorized the install without the battery. I wasn’t given a call or a reason why, which may not sound like a big deal. The catch is, once the panels are installed on your house you have 60 days before they will begin charging your account no matter if it’s working or producing power. Your electric will also not approve the system unless everything is hooked up. Imagine having solar on your house, missing a battery and being billed for it, while paying your normal electricity bill. The installers will also dupe you, they will be the nicest people to you and you will want to trust them. I had installers install everything and as told they will come back the next week to complete the install and never comeback to finish the install. What were they missing you wonder? What was required was for them to drill through my wall and patch in an Ethernet cord, as well as connect the solar to my main panel which should’ve been done the first time. I don’t recommend them. It’s been literally 5 months since I began the solar project with them and my solar still hasn’t been turned on and the installers still haven’t came back to finish what they started.

I was paying really high electricity bills so I got fusion power and my electricity bill fell though I get a bill from APS every month. Everything is working fine. The salesman basically sold it to me and then wouldn’t return my phone calls but everyone after that was okay.

I was told by their rep, Jacob, that I would never see an APS bill again. In fact, I should receive a check from them each January.The first year I had to pay over $400 to Aps, besides my payment to Sunrun Also, my roof leaks underneath where they put a panel and they refuse to fix it, saying my roof was in bad condition. It never leaked until they installed panels..
