The Good

  • Exceptional Craftsmanship
  • Financial Accessibility
  • Comprehensive Warranties
  • Installation in One Day
  • Additional Home Services

Exceptional Craftsmanship

Attyx prides itself on providing exceptional craftsmanship. With an unwavering dedication to quality, Attyx selects high-grade materials sourced from industry-leading brands such as GAF, Goodman, Trane, Bryant, and Carrier.

Whether it's roofing or solar installations, customers can have peace of mind knowing that Attyx's solutions are built to withstand the test of time.

Financial Accessibility

Attyx firmly believes that upgrading one's home should be within reach for everyone. To make this vision a reality, the company offers several financial solutions designed to ensure that cost is not a major barrier to improving your home's systems.

With $0 out-of-pocket options, flexible financing plans, and access to lucrative government incentives, Attyx empowers homeowners to embark on their home improvement journey with confidence.

Furthermore, by bundling multiple services such as roofing, HVAC, and solar, we can maximize savings through local and federal incentives, making home upgrades even more accessible and affordable.

Comprehensive Warranties

Attyx stands behind its work with impressive warranties, including a 10-year warranty on parts and services and an exceptional 50-year warranty on GAF shingles. These comprehensive warranties not only demonstrate confidence in the durability and reliability of their installations but also underscore Attyx’s dedication to ensuring long-term satisfaction for every homeowner.

Installation in One Day

Attyx's 1-day installation approach is designed to streamline the entire process, from preparation to completion. By leveraging efficient workflows, experienced crews, and meticulous planning, Attyx minimizes downtime and accelerates project timelines, allowing customers to enjoy the benefits of their new roofing, HVAC, or solar systems in the shortest possible time frame.

Additional Home Services

In addition to solar, Attyx also offers HVAC and roofing services. Attyx's holistic approach to enhancing residential properties provides customers with a one-stop shop for several of their home improvement needs. This integrated approach not only streamlines the process for customers but also facilitates synergies between different components of their home, maximizing overall efficiency, comfort, and value.

The Bad

  • Limited Service Areas
  • No Mention of NABCEP Technicians

Limited Service Areas

While Attyx operates in multiple states, its service coverage does not extend nationwide, potentially limiting accessibility for some homeowners. Attyx operates in Hawaii, Virginia, South Carolina, North Carolina, New York, California, and Texas.

No Mention of NABCEP Technicians

One downside worth noting Attyx's website does not mention using NABCEP-certified technicians. NABCEP certification is a recognized standard in the solar industry, signifying expertise and proficiency in solar energy systems.

Since Attyx does not mention whether their technicians hold NABCEP certification, customers may be left questioning the level of expertise and qualification of the technicians handling their solar installations. This lack of clarity could lead to concerns regarding the quality and reliability of Attyx's solar services.
The Bottom Line

The Bottom Line

With a track record of over 3,500 successful installations, Attyx has earned a reputation for excellence in craftsmanship, affordability, and customer service.

Attyx's dedication to exceptional craftsmanship is evident in their meticulous selection of high-grade materials sourced from reputable brands, ensuring durability and longevity in every project. Moreover, Attyx's commitment to financial accessibility through $0 out-of-pocket options, flexible financing plans, and access to government incentives makes home upgrades attainable for homeowners of varying financial backgrounds.

Backed by comprehensive warranties, including a 10-year warranty on parts and services, and a remarkable 50-year warranty on GAF shingles, Attyx instills confidence in the longevity and reliability of their installations.

Their streamlined 1-day installation process minimizes inconvenience for customers, allowing them to enjoy the benefits of their new roofing, HVAC, or solar systems promptly. Additionally, Attyx's expansion beyond solar to offer HVAC and roofing services provides customers with a convenient one-stop shop for their home improvement needs.

It's worth noting that Attyx's service coverage is limited to select states, potentially excluding homeowners in areas outside their operational zone. Furthermore, the absence of mention of NABCEP-certified technicians on their website raises questions about the expertise and qualification of the technicians handling solar installations, which may cause uncertainty among customers.

Overall, Attyx may be worth exploring if you are a customer living in the service area and looking to improve your home's energy efficiency.

All workers/members are very reliable. Their time management is impeccable. Communication was excellent. The manager always kept us informed of all steps being taken. When we called Mr. Alex, the manager, he always returned our calls and came through with our concerns. All team members worked together which helped ease any stress we had.

When you call the support team on the mainland is excellent at what they do. They are very personable and friendly and seem to genuinely care. HOWEVER, the support team they have locally in your area, from my experience has been awful. Primarily because the guy that came to my house to look at the roof, never followed up with what he said he would do. It was difficult communicating with him because he never answered his phone or replied to the texts. Having a leaky roof is stressful and I am finding that finding a good reliable roofer is challenging. I would not recommend Attyx to anyone!

Attyx, formerly, Sunoco was excellent in walking me through the process of purchasing and installation of my solar panels including getting my tax incentives.

Here's the updated review: **1/5 Stars - Unacceptable Service and Poor Workmanship** "I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Sunco's (now operating as Attyx) installation of my roof and solar panels. Since the installation, my roof has been leaking, causing damage to my ceiling. Despite multiple attempts to address the issue, Sunco/Attyx has failed to resolve the problem. Today, I was told that I am out of warranty and need to contact the manufacturer to fix the roof. This is outrageous! The issue began immediately after installation, and Sunco/Attyx has refused to take responsibility for their subpar work. It's even more suspicious that they recently changed their name to Attyx, perhaps trying to distance themselves from their poor reputation. But the truth remains - their work is shoddy, and their customer service is non-existent. As a customer, I expect quality and service from the companies I work with. Sunco/Attyx has failed to deliver on both counts. I feel misled and taken advantage of. Beware of Attyx (formerly Sunco) - their poor workmanship and lack of accountability will leave you with costly headaches and stress. I demand better from companies I trust with my home."

My old roof which had 3 layers of shingles was removed and a new roof was installed all in the same day. A couple of weeks later my solar panels were installed in one day. The work was done quickly and efficiently.
